I had a great experience with Blue Star plumbing service repairing my leak in the yard. From the start, Shannon was sweet and scheduled me right away. The technician Ski and Justin arrived right on time and was very polite and professional throughout the visit. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that values both quality and customer service. Highly recommend Blue Star and Ski as your tech.

Called a few plumbers and these guys. Blue Star was one of the few that didn't have a stupid "pay up front" and "sorry, I can't quote prices over the phone".
I needed some quarter turns put in and it's pretty simple (my body doesn't let me do stuff like that anymore so I needed someone to do it.)
These guys were great on every front!
Casual and professional, courteous and fair.
I would absolutely use them again!

I wish I had the words to extol the virtues Blue Star Plumbing. As we know, the weather hasn’t been great for the last week. Our water heater decided it was having none of it. We called a few plumbing co and the earliest they could come is Saturday (today is Thursday and we’d been w/o hot water since Monday night / Tuesday). A friend of ours recommended Blue Star Plumbing and what wonderful and kind people! I am so grateful to them. They were nice, understanding and very professional… called yesterday evening and they were here first thing this morning with the correct parts and fixed us right up! I just took the longest, hottest shower of my life thanks to them 😁 We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Luis Diaz and Caleb came out to check on a leak and took preventative measures to make sure it wouldn’t turn into a bigger issue. They were super friendly, very polite, and easy to talk to. The work was done efficiently, everything was left very clean, and they explained what they were doing along the way. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. Great experience overall — I’d definitely recommend them.

Five years ago I paid $3200 for 20 feet of clay pipe to be replaced with pvc because tree roots has clogged it. Recently discovered that only two 3' sections had been installed. This was discovered when the two sections collapsed. According to the next plumber the sections did not have a watertight connection. The result was that the wetness drew more tree roots to the site which led to the collapse. A repair that should have lasted 20+ years lasted five. Guess how long their work is warranted for?

I have use Precision Plumbing multiple times and have been happy with communication, punctuality, pricing, and customer service, every time. Great company!!

Called on Tuesday afternoon for appointment and Plumber was available next morning whoohoo ! Eric arrived was professional and courteous replaced my toilet in an efficient manner and cleaned up so I could go about my day.

Complaint Description:
Very rude and disrespectful and trying to mock. I requested a plumber to come in who has a camera in case he needed to use it to detect roots in line. the customer rep send a plumber only to do the camera with 180.00 which I think is a misrepresentation of what I have requested. Further more the camera service has lot of hidden details that was not disclosed for example:

1. The camera can only inspect the main route which means it cannot get to the sub lines that fork out, which means it was no benefit for my situation.
2. You need pay 75 extra for each toilet to insert the camera because the camera head is too big and you have to lift the toilet.
3. goin through the roof (which is the right way to access) is something takes time so I won't do that for this price

4. it does not record/take pictures and no praphical report to prodcue with this service which makes it useless. The toilet only needed a auger to fix the issue which is very minimal. When I complained and wanted to talk to the super visor or the owner the front lady claimed she is the owner and started laughing. I am the kind if person who is not argumentative but even I was very very disappointed the way I was treated and misled. Finally when I threaten to complaint, the owner came on the phone and started to make me look bad which was very unprofessional and threaten to sue me if I ever write any bad comment. So here I am.

Wonderful company run by one of the hardest working people I know. Great service and staff centered on affordable pricing for investors and homeowners alike.

By far the worst contractor we've ever dealt with.
Worst thing is, I am the general contractor!
My company deals with all kinds of contractors and none came close to this one.
Simply put, call around and you will find many plumbers who will gladly DO their job at reasonable price. We had to have another company come out and do the better job at $500 instead of PPD 's discounted price of $3,300.00.
We paid these people $3,300.00 at first too, but it was our credit card company who took the charge back after they found out how and what PPD did and didn't do.
They do not care nothing but their money!!!!!
Watch out honest citizens of Dallas!!

Just paid $110 for nothing. They gave you $900 estimate for leakage and didn't have correct part. Workers were very nice, but manager and phone representative were very unfriendly and rude. what a waste of time and money. Don't trust them. They only want your 110 for your first visit and will not fix anything.

They came out after hours to make an emergency repair at one of my rental properties when I couldn’t find anybody else to help me out. Great job and fair pricing!

I don't know what to think about this company. We had them replace a hot water heater that was under warranty, they were listed as a company that worked with the water heater's manufacturer. Charge us about what the new one cost and no additional warranty. Then they set up the permit inspection but since they didn't install a sediment trap on the gas line their work didn't pass inspection. Now they want an additional couple of hundred dollars to fix what they didn't take care of the first go round, and keep in mind they set up the permit inspection. I'm not willing to let them back in my house under any circumstances. I don't know what they'd foul up next.

After Several plumbing companies coming out to repair my water heater, none of them could get it to work longer than a week! Precision Plumbing told me the problem they thought it was before they even looked at it. And guess what? They were right!!! $20 part and 1 Hour labor and Now my water heater has been working for a week with no problems. They even Called back to make sure I was happy and everything was still OK. So I give them 2 thumbs up!! I AM NOW A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

These guys did a pressure test and other diagnostic tests for us today. We are really grateful to them for going above and beyond. This was not your normal "I have a leak" situation and is kind of comical. I did a load of laundry yesterday. When I went to do a second load, I noticed water on the floor and then all of a sudden, there was smoke coming from behind the washer. I immediately pulled the washer out and noticed the wall behind it was molded, and the smoke was getting thicker. I called the fire department and opened our garage door to air it out. Thats when I noticed the City Water Dept was "smoke testing" our neighborhood sewer lines. Embarrassing. Seeing the molded walls, we tore out sheetrock to look at the plumbing. Not knowing what to look for, we called Precision. They had these guys here first thing in the morning. I explained what happened and they did their tests. Our water pressure test was fine so they hooked up our washer and found it to be the culprit. These guys are honest technicians. Thank you for helping us out!
