Ski did and amazing job clearing my clog by using his toilet auger. He was very professional and friendly. He took pride in doing his job and he did everything in a timely manner.

Luke and David did an excellent job pinpointing our mysterious odor. Then strategically resolved the situation in a timely maner. In the future we will be giving them a call for further assistance if needed.

Not satisfied with the way this company does business. My husband called to have someone come to look to replace our water heater. The man that came out was real late after saying he would be here after a certain time. He didnt have honesty about the price and he told us that we have a 10 year warranty. We have nothing in writing. Then we make appointment at 11 am and my husband gets a call they will arrive at 8 am no phone call and they showed up at 10:45 am. My husband was quoted a price then after they finished the job the man that agreed on price tried to up it. Again nothing in writing. We had to pay 1000 up front to get someone to come out in the first place. Now the invoice is wrong. No paperwork no agreement on warranty in writing. They have zero integrity and respect for the customer. They have no organization and it seems the employees dont communicate. You dont call a customer the day before and say they will be earlier and waste the customers time. Not happy at all with this company.

Ski did a great job. Kind, professional, quality work. I had a complex leak and he fixed with ease.

Luis was incredibly kind and super efficient! Not only did he repair the item I requested, he stayed a couple minutes extra to allow me to ask questions about future projects I may need done. Very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like I was being “sold” anything. I will definitely use Blue Star again and ask for Luis.

Ski and Caleb came earlier than expected and were already looking into the issue before ringing the doorbell! Impressive, most impressive!! Very professional, very courteous, and very honest...can't ask for more!

Ayaz did excellent. He was professional and courteous. I found him well educated and skilled on the job. I am extremely satisfied by the job he did and how he carried himself through it.

My water heater went cold overnight. I called Blue Star around 9AM. Made appointment for 2PM. They reached out around 11 to see if they could come early. I was fine with that. Tech Ayaz showed up a few minutes later. He relit the pilot light and noticed the vent pipe was unseated. He repaired the vent. Storm last night may have caused a gust of wind to blow out pilot and unseat the vent. 9 year old water heater never flushed. No pressure to replace it. $120 for minimum service fee waived the $69 service call. Fast, knowledgeable, reasonable fee but not the cheapest. I would definitely use them again.

Ayaz was fabulous with his recommendations and the work he performed. We had cast iron replacement under our home from Kitchen to Laundry & upstairs bathroom. His communication throughout the process was excellent. The work was completed more quickly than I had expected and passed inspection without any issues! I highly recommend Ayaz and Blue Star Plumbing!!!

Ortiz was a lot friendlier than the picture of him you sent, just prior to him showing up, had me believing (you need to take another pic of him smiling). Great guy, he found a better path to run the new pipes than I had come up with. I liked how he triple checked prior to working. He and his partner teamed up well. What do you need to know? Knowledgeable, friendly, polite, quick, and ethical. While pulling the new line the tubing kinked. Some people might have just pushed the kink out and use it. Ortiz made sure to extend the pipe past the kink enough to cut that portion off. Great job.

Blue Star Plumbing is always my go to for my plumbing needs and they never disappoint and this time was no exception. Ski and Kaleb arrived in a timely manner and assessed the situation and explained in great detail what was going on and what they would do to fix it. They also were very upfront with the cost, no sneaky add on cost at the end like some companies tend to do. They worked fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very courteous and respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Blue Star Plumbing LLC deserves all the praise they have gotten to this point. About a week ago I had the ill luck of a slab leak, we called out multiple plumbing companies to quote us on what was to be a pretty costly repair.

Out of the three companies that came out, Josh of Blue Star Plumbing LLC was a rock star well above the rest. Not only did Josh do a thorough examination of were the leak would be using non invasive techniques. He was patient, courteous and a model for what other companies should strive for.

We were not charged for him to come out and look into the issue. He gave us quotes for fixing the leak and he did way more for us then the 2 other companies that did charge us to give quotes. These two other companies came out, did very little in the way of simple investigations and only offered us very expensive options to just find the source of the leak and not even including the which was to be probably very expensive repairs. All the while these two companies used pressure tactics to push a new water heater, really anything they could tack on the the investigation and repair cost.

We got our extensively detailed quotes, the price was fair for the work to be done. They scheduled it literally the next day due to the urgency of the repair. Kyler came out with another gentleman on the day of the repair (If you guys respond to the review please include this guys name, couldn't find it.)

These two guys did an awesome job on rerouting the leaking water line. They took into account that they were cutting into the walls of our home and did only the necessary amount of cutting. I appreciate this because I was the one re patching the drywall, and they made it as painless as possible for me. Thanks a lot for that. I feel this is also worth mentioning that they worked with the tight space under our water heater where the manifold was at for main water. Josh didn't try charge me extra to drain and relocate the water heater or replace it. They really tried their best to keep costs down and not gouge me.

Because of all of this, I will only use Blue Star Plumbing LLC for any plumbing needs I have. I recommend to anyone if you have an issue call em out, heck call multiple companies out to get a good handle on repair costs. Blue Star Plumbing LLC will convince you through action and fairness to go with them.

I had a gas stove being installed, but it was hung up somewhere. Called blue star to come out and check out what problem could be. They found and corrected the problem, fast and easy fix and it was no charge. The tech, Bailey, that came over was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company.
