The technician arrived on time. Leo was professional and courteous. I showed him what I needed to be replaced, burst pipe outside and new shutoff valve under kitchen sink. He took time to look and explained what it takes and costs and how much time. The job was costly but I'm happy everything done properly.

Harvey/West Plumbing is the greatest. We had major failure of our toilet system and they came right away and took care of the problem in short order. The Plumbers were very polite, kind and courteous. Mindful of the home floors (protecting their feet with booties). The price was high, but reasonable for the amount of work performed. We would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repair done. The work was very good.

Within the last 4 years, we have used Harvey's on several occasions. GREAT customer service, and knowledgeable hard working employees! We have NEVER had to call them back out for a job they completed! (Knock on Wood)

I am a long time customer of Harvey West and have always received great service. Larry Fulton is our usual technician and he is always prompt, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have had some unusual problems, and they always find a great solution. They are usually here the same day we call!

Plumbers arrived on time which I appreciated. They listened attentively to what I needed done and responded with suggestions of their own on how best to accomplish this. I was able to save some money on their suggestions. They were personable and seemed very knowledgeable. I knew the cost before they started the work. It has been over two weeks and all is well. They came out quickly, but the quality of work was lacking. We had a shower and tub that were draining really slow and they came out to look at it. They tried snaking the drain from the clean outs but weren’t able to get the water flowing. Ended up telling us that they needed to replace a large section of pipes that ran under our master bathroom and that it would be $7500. For the work they were quoting the price was fair, however we decided to get another opinion before committing to that cost. Another company came out yesterday and they had to use a more powerful drain snake, but an hour later the water was draining and problem was solved for $200. Turns out there was just a hard clog that needed to be forced out and Harvey West either didn’t have the tools to do it or just saw an opportunity to make thousands more on us. Previously I would have given them a good rating, but after that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Brandon Pierce at Harvey West plumbing was a real professional and good at his craft. He didn’t believe me when I said that my kitchen faucet was a real pain to take off. Well, he found out real quick after 45 minutes and 3 power tools later hahaha! I recommend this business to everyone!!

Kitchen faucet was not functioning properly. John examined the item and advised me to replace the faucet. John provided a written estimate for installation, reflecting a very reasonable price. He returned promptly for the installation. Highly recommend Harvey West Plumbing (and their staff).

The service was pricey but overall I'm satisfied. I had Stephen as my plumber to fix a low water pressure faucet. Turns out there was sediment lodged along one of the parts in the water line. My plumber was a great guy; super professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. Dispatcher was also great, she was able to have the technician come out within a few hours. Thank you!!

Had a great experience with Harvey West Plumbing. I was able to speak with a plumber prior to setting my appointment and answered all my questions. I was sent a proposal and the Service Tech, Leo, was professional, on time and performed services requested at a great price. Brandon did a great job to install 2 water heaters. One was leaking badly and causing a huge mess in our utility room and a bedroom. They not only professionately installed the water heaters but helped move appliances in the utility room to remove the water that had gotten underneath and under. We truly appreciate their good work.

Recently replaced both water heaters in my home, and everything was excellent. I've been using West Plumbing for years and I have always had positive experiences with all their work.

The person who owns the company is the rudest and totally unprofessional individual, believe his first name is John, not sure. His son, Brandon, who is also a plumber came to my house to do a job on 08/26/25. Upon completion I paid his fees of $254.28. Invoice said 30 day warranty. On 21st of September I experienced issues pertaining to work done by plumber. Called him on Sunday to schedule an appt for Monday as water was leaking everywhere. He says to me the earliest i have is Tuesday "take it or leave it" extremely annoyed by me. I told him that I can also write a review , so he said "write your review and find another plumber!!!!!"and hung up on me. Well, I wrote my review!!!!! The job was not done as it should have been done either

Josh Trammel was awesome! Super friendly. Came in and got straight to business. The price was fair. I will definitely use this group again.

Daniel was on time and took care of our dispos-all problem quickly, charging us only for the cost of the visit. He also fixed two toilets for less than expected. Friendly and courteous, he took pics of everything he did and showed them to me.
