While remodelling my home a plumbing issue was discovered. I called around to multiple companies to get qoutes. I chose Kenny Bunch Plumbing because of all the companies that I spoke to, they were the most genuine when discussing the issues. They didn't try to sell me on services that weren't needed, didn't over exaggerate the issue, were transparent about prices and assured me they would only charge me if they could resolve my issue.

Later, when another plumbing issue was discovered and another plumber flaked on an appointment, I called on Kenny. After explaining that we had less than a week before close on the sale of the property, Kenny assured me he would be able to help. Kenny and Kasey came out to my property, assessed the problem and went stright to work. Upon realizing the magnitude of the issue, they rearranged their schedule to make sure the repair were done with minimal damage to the interior of my home. They finished the job and relieved tons of stress.

Bad experience with other plumbing companies regarding honesty, transparency and ethics has caused me to dread plumbers. I'm relieved to have Kenny Bunch Plumbing as my plumbers.

The best ! had a leak in my closet. I was nervous about getting a plumber but these guys were so great!!!! Called them in the morning and they were at my house fixing the issue in the afternoon same day. They made sure I knew what was happening, quoted and fixed the job within no time. They didnt try and take me for all I had either, their price was more than fair. They will be my number go to plumbing team :-)

We had a hot water leak under our slab in a location that was difficult to find. We had several plumbers look and give us and estimate (one told us we didn’t have a leak even though water was coming up through our floor). Kenny‘s crew was the only one that spent significant time looking at the issue and explaining to us how he would repair the problem.

After they did the work, the final cost was exactly the same as his estimate, Casey and Chris were professional, hard working, and very knowledgeable. They were also able to explain the process to me in a way that I understood which was greatly appreciated. They really do treat their customers as if they are family. I would definitely recommend calling Kenny first before anyone else for plumbing issues.

The outside faucet cover failed to cover our faucet during the freeze and resulted in our pipes freezing over and leaking. Casey came out quickly and fixed the problem within an hour and charged us only a minimal price. There was another area of concern that has eluded other plumbers for 2 years and, after consulting his boss, was able to diagnose quickly and provide us an honest answer, potentially saving us thousands. Highly recommend, will use for all plumbing needs in the future.

We setup an appointment, Kasey called and let me know they were a few mins out to confirm my availability. They assessed the problem almost immediately. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple clog. They fully explained the issue and the plan to fix, as well as showed me the materials used.

In my case living in an older house we had 4 or 5 shut off valves that did different things individually and or together. One of the valves failed and was broken in the off position. The primary cost driver was the effort to dig out the water box to pull and replace the broken faucet. Kasey recommended that they replace all valves with a different setup that will be more straight forward and more in line with current build outs. I agreed, as the other valves given age and condition were likely to fail as well. I was a bit surprised about the estimate, but will say that the fix was beyond my scope of knowledge and seeing what it took, when all said and done, it is understood. I did not shop around and made my decision based on need, initial interaction, and explanation. Right or wrong - I felt comfortable and a level of trust. The replacement is much easier and straight forward. it's done, I've got a year warranty, no more issue.

Prompt, professional, and didn't try to price gouge like Ontime Experts tried to. They installed our sink, faucet, and shower system in a couple hours. This was from rough in plumbing, so they started from just pipes sticking out of the wall.

Needed a plumber to check the backflow tester. They were very receptive and came to the house the next day. They gave us a quote and replaced the the assemblies the next day. Very courteous and professional.

Casey is a professional and knowledgeable plumber. My kitchen faucet and disposal were installed quick and fast.

I have used this company for multiple plumbing calls. The most recent time was to replace the pipe from the toilet to the outside of the house. They had to dig through the hard ground and underneath the house to get to the pipe. It was a 2 day job and Chris was here the entire time overseeing the crew. Both Chris and Kasey communicate fully on what is going to be done and I couldn't be happier with the results! It was a repair I had been putting off but everything is working beautifully and will use them for as long as they are around. Thank you!!

We had used Kenny Bunch in the past for minor repairs, so when the time came to replace the water heaters, we called them. Not only was the service first rate, but their price was better than the big guys'. I most appreciated their honesty and forthrightness. They did not try to upsell at all and provided honest opinions when asked.

We have used Kenny Bunch plumbing for about 15 years and are very happy with their service. All three bathrooms have been redone over the years in including tunneling under the house to make repairs. During that time, I’ve had to call two different times for warranty work which were years after the repairs were made. A faucet came loose on the sink and a flex line under the tub started to pinch. Each time they promptly came out and made the repair and was always courteous and professional. I recently had a tunnel job to repair a separated shower drain so I shopped for pricing. Kenny Bunch was my lowest bid and spent close to an hour feeding cameras down vent lines to isolate the problem. Other companies wanted to charge me $300 just to come take a look. Kasey and Chris helped relocate our water heater from the attic to the garage while upgrading us with the latest model. They were always respectful and very efficient in their work to do so. I can't give them a 6 star review. But, I would if I could. Great guys! Great work! Great communicators!

I've known Kenny for over thirty years. He has always been very accommodating and has done an excellent job every time I have used his services. In fact Kenny was unable to do a recent repair for me due to a holiday and called me after the holiday to make sure I had gotten the repair that was needed. He and his people care about their community. Kasey and Chris are fine young man and completed my hose bib replacement rapidly and ahead of schedule.

I have been using Kenny Bunch Plumbing for the last 10 years and recommend them to all. Chris came last week to replace a toilet. As always he was prompt, professional, courteous, and informative. He reviewed all the work and answered all my questions. Plus there was no mess left behind. A good solid local business who stands behind their work. GIVE THEM A TRY you won't be disappointed.
