I had a concern of a possible leak behind my wall. I was lucky to find Ray. He is a master plumber. He identified where the leak was coming from, and made the repair. Ray was professional, honest and fair. I would call him again, and will be referring him to friend and family.

When I purchased my old house in Denison, I discovered that I needed extensive plumbing repairs to my upstairs bathroom. After getting the runaround, poor workmanship and other issues from local plumbers in my area, Ray really saved the day! He corrected the shoddy workmanship of previous contractors, totally rebuilt my plumbing system from the upstairs bathroom to the outside main and did it all in a very timely and professional manner. I've recommended Ray to my friends who've experienced similar headaches with other contractors and he really delivered for them as well! Call him, he'll do an excellent job without all the hassles, shortcuts and ripoffs the others out there seem to do.

We used them. We had a wall leak.we cut out the wall and removed baseboard and a little flooring . It was the opposite of the bathroom. Foundation was already cut from a previous work.they showed up did a little jack hammering they used 1 shark bit coupling and 2 ft. Of pvc pipe. A 30 minute job turn into a 2.5 hours due to there men spending most of time outside. The lead electrician was on his phone and smoking. Cost $1650.

I had a defect outside pipe and gave these guys a call. Appointment was set, and these guys showed up on time; they even called prior to their arrival. Larry was outstanding. He and his buddy got the job done in under an hour! Couldn't be more pleased with their service. Will definitely use Harvey West Plumbing again. Thanks guys.

Awesome company! Ownership stands by their work and units. They performed two full air conditioner installs for us in Houston and had to come back for some adjustments. No questions asked and the owner accompanied his crew. One of the best companies we have ever dealt with!! We just wish they were in Houston with us!

While Harvey West Plumbing isn't the least expensive plumber in the area, they were the ones that could do the work on the day I requested. The team members that visited my house were professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified and resolved the issue. While they were not able to put in a permanent fix, they did put a temporary fix in place and they outlined the next steps that needed to be taken. Would hire again.

We were worried about a possible slab leak, and the plumbers from Harvey West were able to locate the leaking pipe section and repair in way that saved us over $1,000. It was nice feeling like they only wanted to correct the problem and not just focusing on how they could make the most money. Even better is that once they were onsite, they did not leave until they are corrected the problem.

I had an emergency plumbing issue that I learned about at 1 pm the day before the fourth of July was being celebrated. I thought it was going to be nearly impossible to get a plumber. I called Harvey West (answered immediately) and they had a plumber to me within an hour. Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair in less than an hour. The charge was appropriate and no gouging for my distress call.

I called for them to check out our leak and they showed up the very same day. I later received a call that they would be arriving sooner than scheduled which was even better. Once they arrived they quickly pinpointed the area that the leak was coming from and got it fixed within a couple of hours. As usual, West Plumbing provided great service. Our technician was quick and efficient. We have used them for multiple issues (including drain clogs and our other hot water heater) and recommend them highly.

I was charged $390 to replace a simple knob on my bathtub. It took 15 minutes. After the repair, the hot water wasn’t coming out of the spout, so I called and left a message and never heard back.
I was overcharged and ignored. The only upside was the person they sent was knowledgeable and fast. Never again.

They were able to provide me a quote over the phone and did not change it after getting onsite (your experience may differ if they discover extra work needs to be done that wasn’t mentioned during the call). There quote was reasonable and much less then others that quoted me. Quality work was done and they even hauled away the old unit so I did not have to deal with it. I will continue doing business with them.

The technician who came to the house was very friendly and professional. He ran into some unforeseen issues while working and had to call his manager for direction as extra work was needed. His manager approved the work at no cost (which I think in that case was truly the right thing to do), and he finished up on time. Overall, the whole experience was very positive and I can recommend these guys with confidence to anyone in need of a good plumbing company.
