Matthew was very good at explaining all my options and once we decided on which direction to go, did a great job in explaining what he did, not to mention cleaning up once he was done. Your company has provided us very good service since we initially reached out for your services after the big freeze a few winters ago. We will be calling again next time we have a need to.

Ayaz and Julian installed 3 toilets for me, removing the old ones and discarding them for me. Ayaz explained everything about the installation and kept me informed during the process. They did an excellent job! I'll be using Blue Star for any future plumbing issues.

Found a leak on New Year’s Day, got an appt scheduled for the next at 3p. They responded earlier than scheduled, found the leak and had it repaired quickly. Great service!

Ayaz repaired the flange at the base of my toilet and installed a new toilet for me. Very knowledgeable and explained all the steps and showed me pictures of wash step of the repair and installation. Very happy with the result.

The entire Blue star Team really helped us out in a pinch when our last water heater died during the deep freeze last week. Although Blue Star was swamped with emergencies, they were able to fit us into their schedule within 2 days. Shout out to Alan and Sky who did an amazing job replacing our 2 electric tank water heaters with 1 tankless propane unit. They already had everything needed in stock and the install was flawless with no hiccups. They even ran new vents to the roof. We are so pleased with our new energy efficient setup. Although tankless is more expensive to install (+$2k in our case), they last 2-3x longer, save a ton of money, and free up lots of space.

In addition, they offered financing through Green Sky at 0% for 12 months with the automatic transition to a 9.99% over 104 months if needed. That’s going to make this really affordable for a lot of people in a jam.

This company responded very quickly to my request for water heater service, and Daniel was out in the next couple of days to check everything out. He patiently went through every question I had, checked for plumbing issues throughout the house, and was very honest and thorough about his assessment. I had many questions, and he explained everything in detail. He replaced a line on my gas water heater and the workmanship looks great. I was concerned about a gas leak, which he checked out too. Blue Star came out to my house to replace hot water heater. I called them before 8 am and they were able to complete the job that afternoon. I am very pleased with their prompt response. Price was reasonable in my opinion.

They were great - good communication and explained what they found and what would be done to fix it. Our sewer pipes had 1 break under the house and 3 in the front yard. They had to dig 9 ft deep to fix the front yard pipe since it was broken where it tied in to the city sewer line . They also put in 2 new toilets and fixed a leaky faucet in the back yard.

My experience was a professional and efficient one. We ran into problems with a simple unhook and drain of my various appliances, my valves had split and were leaking, Bailey was quick and efficient getting these fixed and replaced. I would use Blue Star Plumbing again.

I saw all the great reviews and I contacted them for the odor in the hot water heater. they are very quick and professional, but the price for replacing the water heather and anode rod is extremely higher comparing with other company. The quote for replacing a water heater is over $3K. the price for replacing an anode rod is $599 which only cost $30 to buy at home depot.

We had a great service yesterday for a garbage disposal replacement. From call to completion it was seamless and quick. Bailey was professional and thorough. I definitely recommend Blue Star!
