When I found out my water heater was leaking 3 days after moving into my first place, Jake was extra helpful and willing to answer questions. Great communication and prompt responses. He'll also match competitor pricing. Would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing.

They are great guys! I called them out to run a sewer snake camera on the sewer line of rental property I own, and they showed up on time / did a great job / and diagnosed the problem immediately. And their price was fair.

I had a slab leak that needed to be repaired. Luckily my insurance adjuster said the insurance company was going to cover the repair costs. I contacted Precision Plumbing, a tech came out to verify the slab leak with their fancy sewer camera. It was really neat to see! I was put on the schedule, and they came out and made the repair! Very simple process to a plumbing problem! I will definitely keep their phone number for future use!!

JD and his crew were great. They offered a very competitive price for a complicated drain line replacement that required the slab to be broken up in the master bathroom. They described exactly what was wrong after sending a camera down the line, and what would be needed to complete the job. They were able to get the work done in one day and took care to keep everything clean and orderly. Plus, they communicated quickly and honestly at each step of the way. I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Called for an estimation for a slab leak and my experience was TERRIBLE. The first call went very well. I was told that they would send somebody the same day, detect the leak and they do charge a trip fee if I decide to repair with somebody else. However, 2 hours later, the poor guy showed up without any tools to do any diagnosis. He just called the owner and gave me a price that is more than double the "rough range" that I was given during the first call and two options: pay half of the price, or pay the trip fee and he'll leave. I tried to call the company back but the owner was VERY rude. He basically threatened me to pay the trip charge immediately or he'll charge full repair costs and put a lien on house. What a liar. I should have listened to other reviewers. NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with them!

I have the best experience at Precision Plumbing. Their service is amazing and everything get done quickly. Can’t ask for a better one. Highly recommend to everyone.

Horrible experience! First person was helpful and nice, We have roots growing in a small section in our main line. What should of been a one day processes is taking 4 days! We have about a 2 foot hole dug in our front yard right next to the side walk, that's not secure so any small child or even an adult could not notice and fall in! The hole is also filling up with sewer water (health hazard?!)! We was told they will be here on in a certain day to start work, they didn't show up til 3 days later! They didnt contact me to notify me about the schedule change nor that it would be a "several day" process!! That info was extremely important being that my 5 year son's birthday party is Saturday and I have about 15 small kiddos coming and running around (safety hazard?!)! Called the office about the issue and they have horrible horrible Customer service and was absolutely no help at all!! Feel like they are just "milking it" to get all the money that they can for this simple fix. We are renting so no money is coming out of our pocket for the repairs, but if it was I most definitely would of fired them and hired another company that's more capable of getting the job done right and in a timely manner! This is ridiculous and unprofessional, bad Customer service, and a horrible experience all around! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL REGRET IT!!

I called Precision Plumbing and talked to Sara the very first time and it was to check my Water Heater as the water was getting cold faster and they adjusted my thermostat. Now works great. Then had to call another time due to a terrible smell in the Kitchen and Sara got me in fast to fix the problem. It took 3 different times to figure out what was causing the problem but Sara would work me in very fast. I appreciate all the hard work to get the smell out of my Kitchen. I appreciate Sara, Eric and Richard as they are Fantastic at what they do!!!! Now I have a New Sink and Faucet as they went beyond the call of duty!! They care about you and they are very professional.
I will definitely use them again.

Richard was the service tech and did a great job, even though we were dealing with my home warranty company. He came in got the job done and was very nice about everything even though my home warranty company went out of their way to be difficult and slow down progress. Thank you Precision and hang on to Richard, he is a keeper.

These guys know an enormous amount about all things plumbing. They give so much advice and help to us about rental properties and how to prep for cold snaps in weather, general topics, and special emergency issues we need to be aware of. Outstanding!
