I don't typically leave reviews, but was extremely pleased with the service I received. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and knocked out the issue in under 30 minutes. I even offered to tip him and he respectfully declined saying that it was it against his principles to accept a tip. Great guy and great service all around.

We had a slab leak in our kitchen and Precision Plumbing came highly recommended. Jake showed up the next day and was at our home until after 9pm to diagnose the problem. A few days later, Richard was crawling under the slab and repaired the pipe. We can’t say enough good things about Jake and his team. Honest, prompt and great communication.

Big shoutout to Precision Plumbing! They totally nailed it by finding the real deal behind my plumbing issue (water heater). Instead of just slapping on a Band-Aid, they went deep to fix the core issue. They were super quick too, sorting it out in no time, and the invoice came through just as fast. 10/10 for being so on point and reliable!

Had the unfortunate experience of having a line break under my washroom. First company I called refused to repair due to flooded crawl space unless I paid with a fortune. Friend recommended Precision. Called them and they promptly showed up, diagnosed and proposed a repair at a very fair price. Great custo service! Will be my go to plumber from now on.

My water heater pilot was staying in. A plumber from Precision Plumbing NTX went and determined that the burn assembly needed to be replaced and it would take few days if I were to go with the warranty. The bid was over $1300 on top of the service fee of $97 I had already paid. I sent another plumber friend of mine to get a second opinion because the unit was only 1.5 years old. He noticed that there were a couple loose wires. He was able to tape them up and the unit was working just fine. Their name is precision but work is not so much. What a waste of time and money using them.

Our water main had a leak and we had no water. They came out 2 hours after we called at 6pm and stayed until 9pm, worked in the rain and the dark and remained very friendly and professional.
