I called Gladiator after hurricane Laura severely damaged my roof, to come out and tarp my roof. They only fixed the three tarps I had already put up there leaving the other 2/3 of my roof still exposed leading to further water damage in my home. Then a gentleman from Gladiator called to schedule an appointment, it got canceled due to rain which is understandable, problem is its been a week and a half and still no communication. I called them back today, 10/7, to share my frustration only to get a "Good luck." Needless to say I will be hiring another roofing company. Gladiator, I'm sure this will never actually see the light of day on Google reviews but if you do read this you should have held up your end of the deal. Oh and GOOD LUCK, seems to be solid advice to hand out these days.
