Called own Sunday evening told the young man what my unit was doing, he said he would have to go Monday morning to get freon and would try to get to my home before 12 ,I was suppressed because Monday was Labor day .Cody was here before 12 ,very nice got the job done and said call if we needed him again wonderful person.

Steer clear of this fella. He starts off pretty good, like he stands by his work, but in the end he stops answering his phone because he’s a spineless cheat. I had to have my entire system redone by Ray Robert in Quitman.

Cody is great, what ever time I contact him he always answers my questions. He is an honest young man.and helped me with my ac and heating .

They were here on time and were very knowledgeable on ac and heat systems. They sold us and replaced our outside ac unit. They did a great job and were very through. We will never use anyone else.

Techs came out same day as called and on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made repairs. Very pleased with their work. Will be my first call for AC repairs in the future.

Thank you, thank you! I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds having my refrigerator fixed, or buying a new one. The knowledgeable service tech was able to do a little work around that saved all my food, saved me some money and bought me some time before to replace my 20 yr old fridge! Kind, courteous and prompt! Big Star will be my "go to" for repairs in the future.

A hot June day is not a good day for the a/c in Texas to stop working. We called Big Star AC and not only were they above par on being responsive and on time but also provided quality work. Big Star AC is courteous, friendly and they do not throw money at the problem to try to figure out what is wrong. They actually take an approach that is one of concern for your well-being as they diagnose the problem. They will not stop until the problem is solved and they are respectful in all matters of response time, quality and value. They do what they say they are going to do. Very refreshing.

We contacted Big Star to have them check our system after receiving some disappointing news from another company.
They came the next day, inspected our unit and thermostat and ran some diagnostics.
We were relieved to hear that our system did not in fact need repairs and was functioning properly.
We will definitely be using Big Star for our AC needs.
