Big Star installed two new A/C units at our home using a crew of 3 who did a complete change out of our systems in one day! Installed wireless thermostats with sensor alarms for heat and water condensation levels. Great folks, professional and provided quality products. Also used for service calls and they were very responsive as well.

They provided excellent service. I called them amid single digit weather and snow icy roads to repair my central heating unit. Serviceman arrived within 40-45 minutes. Repairman was knowledgeable and completed the task in a timely manner. I highly recommend Big Star AC!

Cody sent Brandon to look at our ac after hrs he put 3 lbs he said of freon into the unit after saying 1 lb Charged us for 3 and 250. Service call. Big problem Brandon didnt put the stoppers or caps back on so all of the freon leaked out. I called CODY to discus price and fact the unit still wasnt
blowing cold air and he said not to call him back and hung up. He hasnt replied to my request for a receit or acknowledged BRANDONS huge mistake. The repairman that came out the next day found the caps on the ground where they werent put back on.
I want a complete refund.or legal matter will be next.

We called Cody to come out and see if he could
see what was wrong. Because it wasnt blowing cokd air. He send someone named Brandon who said he had put 1 lb of freon, then said 3 when we questioned the price. I called Cody to ask about the
price and was told not to ever call him again and
he hung up. Seeing that he hasnt replied to my request for an itemized receit which Brandon said Cody would text me. Ive asked 3 times. My husband called and he was hung up on. This guy shouldnt be
in business at all. Just because theres a problem
doesnt mean you ignore the customer.
We had to call a 2nd company who got there
fast the next morning and the first thing they find are the rubber stoppers AND the caps on the ground.
Brandon never put the stoppers or caps back on the unit so ALL of the freon we paid for escaped straight out into the environment. The 2nd company had to put in 4 lbs and then waited for it to start cooling the upstairs.
We want and deserve a 100% refund for this rediculous excuse of a simple service call. If not received legal matters will be next to recoup our 529.00 paid to this "company".

Cody repaired my A/C on a Sunday in brutally hot temperatures. His service was impeccable and price was more than fair. If you need dependable service, look no further than Cody and Big Star.

They sent someone out on a Saturday, which was awesome. He washed out everything and it actually dropped the temp 5 degrees. So it didn’t fix a dam thing. I told them I needed an estimate done for the air delivery on the house and possibly an air intake. Never heard back from them. I have called back numerous times and can never get anyone on the phone. Left messages. Never worked. Finally called three times in a row on 10/25/23 and finally got an answer at about 9 pm. And he was rude and I can kinda appreciate that but then he started saying he didn’t want my business cuz I was being rude. And telling me I have never called him. And saying I was calling the wrong number. Well when I leave a message on an answering service and it tells me it’s an ac service. I feel like I am calling the right number. Plus his hired help should have told him that we needed an estimate on further work which never happened. This company sucks. Don’t use them.

Cody and Collin did a great job putting in our ac/heating unit. Works great! Friendly and made us feel very comfortable while in our home. Cleaned up as they went. Fast and efficient. Thank you Big Star A/C!!!

We recently moved into a home on a ranch our boss purchased and realized the central heat didn't work. We called Big Star and Cody came and assessed the situation, had to special order two parts and got it fixed ,all in a very timely manner and very professional and friendly. And very affordable!I highly recommend this company and will use them again when needed.

Cody and his service is fantastic! After hours a/c repair and affordable. Great guy and a family man that lives near me. His truck is constantly on the go and his work ethic is impeccable.

We purchased a house "as is". We knew the smaller unit upstairs needed to be replaced, but the large unit downstairs worked fine...until three days later. I found Cody by Googling and reading reviews. He was my choice. He replace both units and even brought over a portable A/C unit when he realized we were actually staying at the house. Two weeks later, when we came to town, the house wasn't cool. I called him on a Saturday night at dinner time and he showed up to fix it within the hour. Good guy, would definitely recommend him.

I called 3 AC companies on a weekday and only 1 was answered by the owner. Cody was able to provide me accurate information, an estimate, and an appointment when I needed it. When he arrived, he quickly and thoroughly resolved my issue and provided me a reasonable invoice. Well mannered and knowledgeable young man. I highly recommend Big Star.

We are 100% pleased. Cody came to our home the same day we called. He came out Friday to check our nonworking air conditioner. It was done for. Cody and his helper, Stacie his wife, came to our home before 8am Saturday. We had our new unit installed and running BEFORE lunch. He is the best. We would trust them in our home without us.
We think his pricing is good.

I called Big Star and spoke with Cody about my A/C problem. He came out the same day and right on time. Cody is not only a great A/C Technician from his many years in the business, he is a stand-up kind of guy. He is the type of guy you trust with your life. He is of upstanding moral character and great A/C technician. It's great to have him nearby. I know you won't be disappointed by using Big Star. He's a five star kind of businessman. ;)

Our AC went out on a “Friday night” go figure, Cody showed up late Friday night after hrs found the problem, unfortunately for us we needed a whole new unit. He gave us a smaller mobile ac to plug in for the evening free of charge & we where able to keep the bedroom cool enough to be able to sleep. Saturday morning he had us a brand new ac unit installed in the house& had it cooling before noon. Great service, great person to do fair business with. Highly recommended.

Labor Day weekend I arrived late home with my family that were staying the weekend with me. It was 9:30 p.m. and the air conditioner was not working. I called big star and Cody said he would come out and be there in about 30 minutes. I have used Big Star before and they did a good job and we're very fair pricing. He showed up within the 30 minutes and it was only something minor. Cory works fast to fix it he always does good work. He could have charged me a lot more but was so fair to the situation. I will always use Big Star AC. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Cody is great! He is very honest and knowledgeable. We got his opinion on our busted A/C system and he was very forth-coming about the issue and what to expect from our warranty company. After getting the run-around from the A/C service our warranty company wanted us to use and finally getting the work done, we figured out they messed it up. Cody came in and fixed it. It was an expensive lesson, but always go with the honest, nice, reliable ones! Big Star is just that. Highly recommend!

We called Big Star in July based off of Facebook recommendations. Cody was awesome! Arrived in a timely manner, worked quickly, and was extremely reasonable in price. A faulty part replaced and our AC was back to blowing COLD! We called again this morning as our heat wasn't working. Again he responded quickly and was finished within about 30 minutes or so. Found the issue with a wonky wire in the thermostat and BOOM we're warm and toasty again. His number is posted on the info board in our kitchen and we will continue to use him when needed! Fantastic service, very down to earth and friendly. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this business!! Cody was amazing and SAVED US! We have a newborn and our AC went out at 6 pm on a Friday (because when does it ever go out during normal business hours!?!)
He had us fixed up so fast and let me tell you, he was so nice, honest, and professional. If we ever have issues in the future he will be my first call!

Cody Replaced my whole unit 3/12/2021. It has a 5 year warranty. On 7/6/2025 I called big star because it wasn't cooling, Cody came out, said it was the motor and it was still under warranty. He said it would take 7 to 10 days to get the part and I would pay labor only... I have not heard from him since. I have called, no answer. I've left voicemail and text messages. He has completely ghosted me. It's August 24th 2025 it's been 7 weeks with no contact.
