Ashton Gillen from Groundworks did an excellent job inspecting my house. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain his findings clearly and answered all my questions honestly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism.

I had a team out this week to work on one of my properties, and they were absolutely fantastic. They explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure nothing was left unclear. They took the time to listen to my concerns, reassured me throughout the process, and kept me updated every step of the way.

Corbin, Jaxon, Joseph, and Jayden were all incredibly helpful, hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and kind. I genuinely appreciate the effort they put into the project and how smooth they made the entire experience.

Hunter and Pasi did great work with my crumbled garage slab. They explained every part of process and helped me understand what I could expect. The crumbled condition was almost more than then they might ordinarily work on, yet I am very pleased with the amount of leveling they were able to accomplish and with the stabilizing of the slabs. They were available a day earlier than originally scheduled and finished in an afternoon.

David, Russell, Ives, Chris and Victor just wrapped up stabilizing the corner of my 95 year old brick home. Also provided a lift that tightened up cracks in the walls and foundation. Great process. Great skills.

Had some voids starting to form by my electrical box and running under the driveway. Sales guy Phil was great. Anthony and Mitch the installers did a great job! Went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and I was happy with the end result. Overall great communication, and reasonable pricing. Would recommend

Ashton was on time, gave a 30 min heads up. He was extremely knowledgeable and very much the friendly and respectful professional. He explained all that he did in a language we could understand. He didn't get pushy about any services they offer but did outline all the services they offer.

Jacob Isbell worked with us on getting a bid to raise our stairs. He was very thorough in checking out what was needed and walked us through the whole process while answering our questions. He provided a few different options to help meet our financial needs, along with pros and cons for each option. The crew performing the work was awesome! Hunter and Joseph made sure we knew what they were doing every step of the way, and why. They made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. I recommend using Groundworks for your concrete needs!

Dylan, Jaxon and Kevin were great with our cabin basement waterproofing project . They communicated well, answered my questions and were very friendly . They also worked extremely hard to remove extra unexpected cement . They are truly the workhorses of your company.

Hunter and Joseph were the crew that fixed our cement. They did a great job. My wife and I are very pleased with the results of the leveling and crack sealing. Anthony and Mitch from Groundworks are rock stars. They did a significant amount of sidewalk leveling today to fix trip hazards all around our house in less than ideal conditions. Incredible work by Anthony and Mitch! Our concrete in our back yard was SO jacked and I had no idea what to expect. The cracks and uneven slabs were so bad I really wasn’t sure if the end result would be that impactful. Anthony and Mitch totally transformed our back yard living space. Our driveway was an absolute hodge-podge concrete mess and it looks so nice now, no more digging out weeds from cracks, no more feeling like we were going off roading when backing out. Finally our porch was sinking so bad there was a like a six inch gap where all this dust/hair/dirt would collect, it’s seamless with our house now. Anthony and Mitch were so chill and nice and professional. Anthony walked us through any expected complications/hiccups and helped us understand our options and the pros/cons of each option. They left the space cleaner than when they came! Worth every penny, cannot recommend specifically Anthony and Mitch (and Groundworks) enough.

I had a really good overall experience with Groundworks. The service they did for us was technically "concrete lifting", although it was just filling voids underneath our porch steps and driveway, since there wasn't any sinking yet. Their salesman/inspector was very thorough in his assessment and worked with us on different options. We were comfortable having him in our home to walk through the process and costs with us. The actual installation team was also very good to work with! We had Joseph, Hunter, and Cameron do the actual poly foam work and they were a great group; very professional but also personable. We are especially happy that they have the yearly check-in option where they come check everything out once a year to make sure there are no issues.

The only problem we experienced with Groundworks was that they scheduled the install day with us early on, but never told us a timeframe. I reached out the day before the install to ask when they would be coming, but never got a response and they ended up coming at a time that didn't work for us. So my one suggestion would be that Groundworks needs to have an automated message to tell customers the estimated timeframe of arrival for the installation team THE DAY BEFORE, rather than just the courtesy text 30 minutes before they arrive the day of. But they were able to reschedule a couple of days later and give me a timeframe estimate, so it ended up working out either way.

A couple months ago I posted about my experience with Groundworks and Ashton. After my initial encounter and planning when would work best to have the work I needed down I finally had it completed today. I have had nothing but the best experience with Groundworks. From my initial free estimate phone call to my last good-bye from the group of gentleman who worked on my project. I had a group of superb men on my project the past couple days. Kaleb (Foreman), Christian, and Ethan were so efficient, helpful, and their communication as well as friendly nature was everything I could have asked for! They let me know they were on their way and their ETA. Once they arrived I was introduced to the group and walked through step by step on what their plan was. They made sure all my questions were answered. These gentleman work straight through the day. I never heard them stop once. Honestly I could go on and on about these men and how great my experience was. The project was completed earlier than expected and they even cleaned up after themselves. I sincerely appreciate them and their work. I do recommend Groundworks to any and everyone who need foundation work as I did. I am planning on using them for another service in the near future!
