I had three small to medium load bearing walls removed and replaced with a recessed support beam. Greg was very responsive and professional. He communicated well before, during, and after the job. His quote was fair and accurate. And most importantly, the end result is amazing! I'm very glad I chose to work with this team- they know what they're doing!

We needed a steel beam put in our basement and later a metal post. Load Bearing Pros gave me a bid, showed up on time, helped me when more structural support was needed, and didn’t screw around. I was nervous but 1,000% these guys knew what they were doing (it was obvious they could do the work in my house in their sleep). I am SO glad I had them do the work, do it right and got it done quick.

I am a contractor in the Salt Lake Valley and have utilized Load Bearing Pros on numerous occasions over the years. They installed a 24' beam last week on a large scale kitchen remodel project for me. The were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Communication with the client and myself was outstanding. The site was spotless and free of hazards every day once work was concluded. I highly recommend Load Bearing Pros for any project that requires wall removal or beam installation.

Greg and his crew did a great job for a great price for a beam install for our kitchen remodel. They demoed half our kitchen and installed an approx 7 inch x 17 inch glulam beam with a massive (at least to me) 24-ft span so we could combine our living room and kitchen into a great room. He did most of it in a single day. They extended the support to the foundation in the basement below, which involved some tricky work around some HVAC ducts. As a homeowner trying to save money, I was the general contractor (and an inexperienced one at that), and Greg did a great job walking me through what he was going to do so I could coordinate the rest of the work on our remodel. I would definitely ask these folks to help me out again on another project.

I looked for some time to find someone both capable and affordable to replace an exterior structural beam on my 100+ year old building. I was lucky to find Crimson Rock Construction. Greg and his team really outdid themselves, we have wanted to do an addition on our home for some time and he made those dreams a reality! From ironing out kinks in our plan and explaining the process so we knew what was going on and what to expect all along the way, to meeting and exceeding city inspection requirements, working with engineers to ensure quality and that our home is safe and strong. They opened up a wall and supported the new addition and existing home with a large beam, his knowledge and the speed the beam went up was amazing. He was quick, clean and careful to help us stay on budget. I will definitely use their service again on future projects.

Installed a steel beam in my garage to remove a support post in the middle of my garage. It was done in one day at a good price. I wish I had done this years ago.
