Constraction reviews in Bountiful, Utah

Builder grade windows came with faulty drainage holes and Trango saved the day. Not only did they communicate kindly with us they were also able to assess the damage to the window/interior and provide a same day solution. We will definitely be utilizing them in the future. Thanks so much!

We had an incredible experience working with Tango Construction! Isaac and Clark installed over 3,000 sq. ft. of new baseboards in our puppy space, and Sam handled all of the painting. Their attention to detail was top-notch—every seam was clean, every corner was sharp, and not a single drop of paint out of place.

What really impressed me was their work ethic and communication. They were on time, responsive, and adapted to our busy, often unpredictable schedule without missing a beat. They worked consistently all day, cleaned up every evening, and took real pride in doing the job right.

They also went the extra mile without being asked—touching up window caulking, adjusting trim around tricky stair transitions, and just being incredibly conscientious. It’s rare to find a crew that’s not only skilled but also trustworthy and easy to work with.

I’m so grateful we found them. We’ll absolutely be using them again.

Trango did excellent work. Replaced two windows and a french door. They were the best cost and timing of competitive bids. They do great work and are great people. Highly Recommend.

Clark and his team at Trango Construction put a new roof and siding on our house after a hail storm. They were so professional, kind and friendly. It was a relief to find a company with integrity that gave us great quality and value without taking advantage of our insurance check. 10/10 recommend.

Issac and Clark with Trango Construction came out and installed an exterior door in a brick wall. They did a great job at cleaning up and were done in one day. Clark came back later and installed a Nest/Yale Wi-Fi control deadbolt. The door looks amazing and they were both really nice and respectful of our home. I am think we’ll have them come back and put in a new deck in our backyard.

I am so grateful for Trango! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I worked with Isaac on my home renovation and he was amazing! He put in long days and did so much in a short window of time! His team he had with him was amazing! Everyday I look around and feel grateful! His crew did everything from gutting to new windows and finished work! I even had them come back and hang my curtain rods!

Excellent experience with Clark and the team. I was referred by a friend who used them for an exterior deck, so I brought them in for a large viewing area deck in our indoor riding arena. The price was very competitive, the communication from Clark and team was amazing, and the quality of work was top notch. And they’re really fun, interesting guys living life to the fullest. I wholeheartedly recommend Trango.

We recently worked with Tango Construction on a full baseboard and painting project in our 3,000 sq. ft. puppy area, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Isaac and Clark handled all of the baseboard installation, and Sam took care of the painting. Every part of the job was done with professionalism, care, and incredible attention to detail.

They went above and beyond—fixing small things they noticed along the way, like caulking problem windows and adjusting trim connections near a stairway without being asked. Their workmanship was meticulous—no overspray, everything carefully masked and taped, and my plank vinyl floors were perfectly protected.

What really stood out was their communication, punctuality, and work ethic. They stayed on schedule, worked efficiently the entire time (no wasted time or long breaks), and adapted seamlessly to the unpredictable nature of my business. Every day, the space was left clean and tidy.

After so many stories of unreliable contractors, it’s honestly a relief to have found a team I can trust and confidently call on again. Highly recommend Tango Construction for any job—big or small.

Good solid work done on my basement. Very professional service

Todd built our deck just as we wanted! We love it! Great honest work and done in a timely manner. Will definitely use them in the future for other projects.

Elk horn was very professional. They made the construction on our house go smoothly and found great subcontractors that did their work on time and on budget! There communication with us was excellent better than any other company we have used in the past. They went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered. They also charged a fair price and provided a warranty on the work that was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a contractor!

We hired Todd to update some of the exterior on our home. We went to him with the idea, and he put everything into motion within days. Everything was so quick and turned out amazing! Todd kept in touch with updates frequently. I am grateful to have a place like Elkhorn Construction to refer to my family and friends.

Todd and his team did a fantastic job installing a new deck on our house. They removed the old one and replaced it with a great looking deck. They were very professional and worked with us on a few extras. The bid was reasonable and we are very pleased with the final product. Highly recommend!!

They helped us do some important repairs to the house we were buying and moving into. The work was very professional and they were very responsive! We had our basement flood during the process and thought it was from something the construction team did. Turns out it wasn't but they responded right away to help get it cleaned up and taken care of! They are great!

We hired Todd at Elkhorn Construction for a few projects when we moved into our home. He was great to work with, and was super knowledgeable. He will provide you with all the options for the hired projects and lets you pick how you want it done. He guided us through a remodel and helped us with the layout to make sure the space worked. He answered all our questions thoroughly which gave us peace of mind. He was communicating throughout the job and making sure we were happy with the results. Overall I’d work with him again. He’s fairly priced and honest, and provides top quality work.

My husband and I have never had a construction project go as smoothly as it did with Elkhorn. Austin and Todd were truly terrific and moving things along. They were detail oriented, tidy and all the subs they used were respectful and kind-- the type of people we felt great about having in our home. They were great to keep us informed about what would be happening when. The estimate was amazingly close to the finished cost. The completed project turned out better than we had hoped for. We would HIGHLY recommend Elkhorn Construction and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Highly recommendable, honest and detail oriented construction company. I couldn't say it any better than that....
