I signed a contract with Glide Cleaners of Bountiful, UT on 6/4/25 for three window‑cleaning services over the next year. The contract clearly stated that they would remove and replace screens safely, use no solvents, and squeegee every window—including upper and sunroom windows—after using a water‑fed pole.

The first cleaning was done as agreed. However, during the second cleaning, even after I reminded them to use a squeegee, they did not. The windows were left streaked and looked noticeably worse. This was a direct violation of the terms of the agreement.

Because they did not follow the contract, I cancelled the remaining service. Despite their failure to meet the agreed‑upon terms, they charged me a $589 cancellation fee. In my experience, this company did not honor their own contract, and I would encourage others to review their policies carefully before signing anything.

I requested a deep clean of my oven and a cleaning of the kitchen. Brian did what he could do to the best of his abilities. He was very friendly and well mannered. He worked very diligently to get it done. He asked questions to ensure that no damage was caused to any appliances.

They did a great service in my house, the two bathtubs were really well stained and they managed to make them white again, and I was also surprised by the stove that had black stains and that also disappeared. I just have to thank you for the great work.
