Removed a film on glass that I couldn’t remove.

Fernando has been doing our windows since we moved into our home almost 3 years ago. We actually liked him and his work so much I have him do our outside windows monthly and our inside windows twice a year. We have very large and tall windows. Actually, most of our home are windows. He does a fantastic job and he is so pleasant to work with. His pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

We had hard water stains on our dirty windows before Gavin from Glide made them look brand new. He did a thorough job and paid attention to detail on every pane. Worth every penny.

Omar came to clean our windows for us. He was excellent to work with. Communication about when they would arrive was excellent. He was kind and thoughtful. And most importantly, my windows were sparkling clean when they were finished. I had 2 windows with a lot of hard water on them, and they were perfect when they were finished. I would highly recommend their services.

We decided to give Glide a try because of all the promises their sales people made. As can happen in companies, there's a big disconnect from what the sales people promised us to get the contract and the actual work that was done. They showed up on the appointed day but the gentleman claimed that his equipment was broken on Friday afternoon . He had started the job by removing all the screens in the house and window well covers, etc. He promised my wife that he would return those to the windows but only returned one. So that night we couldn't open the windows as is customary at our location. All the other screens and window well covers were left sitting on the ground. So we could have mountain breeze cooling at night I had to put the screens back in myself. Today, 6 days after the original scheduled appointment, a gentleman from the company showed up in his car with all the equipment inside. When I met him he said he had all that he needed to do the job which was a window squeegee and a bucket. That is not what the sales people told us would be done with our windows. They talked about deionized water and equipment that would clean our windows better than they had ever been cleaned before. He got the equipment out of his car finally. They had also promised us that all hard water would be removed by using steel wool and extra effort. Looking at the results and meeting with the guy that actually did the work, I noticed that many spots on the window removed with my fingernail. It meant that they hadn't cleaned the windows very well at all. The job look great, but the fine details that the sales people promised us would be taken care of. They were not. They promised us that all screens would be cleaned and brushed and rinsed and replaced, the results were far from that. I've either done the job or had somebody do the job, my jobs are mediocre, but so was theirs. We paid a premium price for a premium job, what we got was a mediocre job with a contract lasting a year at a high price. Our first impression with Glide? Don't sign up with them. They have a long way to go to become a premium window cleaning company.

Great job by Glide. Connor and Nate did a great job,I was impressed with their service and detail. They even reached out to remind me of their seven day rain guarantee, but amazingly my window still looked good after the rain, but it was good to know they would’ve come back and re-did them if needed.

I have to admit, I had some negative feelings after dealing with the sales representative. That said,
Gavin did a beautiful job on my windows. He also addressed some problem areas and pointed out a few concerns with windows. He was extremely helpful and delightful to deal with!
