I am curious how it cost me less to replace my roof and 1200 sq feet of flooring than Paul Davis is trying to charge me for drywall repairs and paint. The cost for your services is absolutely outrageous. Paul Davis feeds off the despair of others by making them feel like they have no other option than to use their services in a time of need, the middle of a disaster. The time to completion was extremely long with no sense of urgency to complete the job, the house sat for weeks at a time, with no one coming to the house to do any repairs. After we finally had the repairs fixed we discovered that the contractors had been using the downstairs bathroom, causing a large clog and backup that we had to pay for out of pocket. No one at Paul Davis took responsibility. Lastly, I have asked for an itemized breakdown of the actual work completed but the representative refuses stating that the estimate is the same as the final invoice. How can this be accurate? An estimate is ESTIMATING the cost while the invoice should show the FINAL cost. Why can't someone provide an invoice showing what work was completed and the costs associated?
