House Cleaning reviews in Centerville, Utah

The man who came to clean our ducts and carpet was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job! I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was a hard worker! He was clean cut and I highly recommend this company! They hire hardworking people! This was well worth it!! Thank you!! Rhonda

Had to call the location to ask when their technician would arrive because it had been two hours past the appt. time. They said my appt. was canceled because the technician (supposedly) arrived and tried for 15 minutes to contact me. I've been waiting at home all day, no one ever knocked at my door, I have no missed texts or phone calls. Now, I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK! for service.

Update:
After receiving service, you won't clearly be able to see all areas where stains remain until it dries. After my rug and carpets dried I had to go over them again to get a better clean and you can see in photos what is still coming out of the area rug after spraying my own pet treatment, which is a service I paid for from them. The only areas I feel confident that is clean are my tiled floor areas. The only reason I sought out their services was to save time and hopefully to get a good cleaning. I don't think this is a deep cleaning business, but if you want to feel clean you could seek out their (surface cleaning) services.

Five Stars: for the technician, because he was very nice.

My technician, Eric, was awesome. I was particularly concerned that the cleaning solution would have a scent. It can trigger migraines. Eric let me smell the cleaning solution straight from the container
He sprayed it on a sofa arm cover - outside the house and inside the house. He cleaned the ottoman outside so I could check out the scent there. I brought it inside to see if my nose could handle it. I gave him the go ahead to clean the sofa and it looks brighter! I discussed future jobs with him. I cant say enough positive things about my cleaning experience with Eric. You are lucky to have him as your employee. Jude

I had Zerorez clean my floors this morning. Cail did an exceptional job. I was impressed with how thorough and hard working he was. He was also professional and answered all my questions. Thank you very much to Cail and ZeroRez for making my floors look amazing!

Jake did a GREAT job cleaning our carpets! He is professional and personable. We are very pleased.

Eric from Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets and chairs. He was very courteous and informed me about the entire process. I would use him and zerorez again.

Super fast and efficient. Was able to get stains out that other carpet cleaners could not. A great deal also. Would highly recommend.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning our carpet. The tech was friendly and respectful of our property. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what we needed to do after he left. Thank you.

They called me and said they finished early and would be at my house in 15 minutes. Did an outstanding job in the family room. There was quite a discoloration in front of the couch because of heavy foot traffic. He went over and over it till the discoloration was gone. Carpet looked fantastic when he left.

Kyle was great to work with! Very open to discuss pricing on some different items we considered adding. Thanks!

Very satisfied customer. It was easy to book, they called asking if they could come early, arrived on time and were very professional. Grant did a great job and was friendly and very respectful of property.

I was so impressed with Zerorez! My carpets, rugs and couches haven’t been this clean since they were brand new! Highly recommend this company and also loved the tech that cleaned my home! So professional and incredibly kind!

Best there is! I’ve used others that leave my dog pee spots still smelling. This one, there is zero odor, they got it all! Cleans up well, courteous of other spots in the house.

We were in desperate need of a good cleaning after some home renovations and they fit us in right before the holiday. Jake was on time and friendly. He did a great job getting us all taken care of and the carpet looks great!

Colton was amazing! He took time to explain the different services that are offered with animal stains and spent a lot of time getting stains out. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but when I witnessed all his hard work and how my carpet looks I feel like it was definitely a fair price. Thanks Zerorez and Colton
Sincerely,

We had Jacob from Zerorez come to clean our upholstered chairs and sectional. He was professional, conscientious, fast and very good. We appreciated his integrity.

we have had them clean our carpets before and they have always done a great job. Aurea was very good and pleasant. He seemed to go the extra mile to make sure that it was clean and ready to go. I could recommend zero Riz.

Great experience all around. Easy online scheduling. My technician, Eric, called to let me know he was on his way, and was punctual. Very courteous and professional. He did a super job, and left my carpets clean and refreshed.

What can I say, Eric was phenomenal as a representative of Zerorez! Very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of Zerorez! Definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone that needs carpets cleaned!

When I couldn’t make the original appointment they were so friendly and flexible to work in my home to where we even got our service a week earlier. Daniel was our tech and he did such an amazing job. This was our first time getting our carpets professionally cleaned. He was attentive, informative and was very pleasant and kind. I will definitely call them again. I even got a text from Daniel after where he sent me a short video on the cleaning process. He had remembered my son's interest in how the whole cleaning process worked!

Easy to set an appointment, technician arrived when promised, work was efficient but quite thorough, everything smells clean fresh now. The technician gave us bonus pointers on caring for our carpet long-term. Thank you!!
