I used Wasatch moving a year ago today to
move from Centerville to North Salt Lake. We were quoted 4-6 hrs for the move, we had everything except the big furniture boxed and ready to go. Even after being in my home and seeing my furniture, he still confirmed a 4-6 hour move with 2 movers. A couple things bothered me about that day:
1. One of gentleman moving used our restroom for an extended amount of time. We were paying $109 hr, so I paid this person $21.80 for the 20 minutes he was using my restroom that day. His partner couldn’t move the big items alone, so this was wasted time.
2. They were very slow to load things up, it took 6 hours before we even left the first location and then he decided to call a 3rd guy to come help unload at a higher $159 rate at our new home.
3. Our stuff got pretty banged up, and when I pointed it out, I felt like they didn’t care and made some mention of .20 per pound. One of the items was an antique chest my grandmother gave me, I wasn’t sad to see large scrapes of paint had come off.

Our total bill that day ended up being almost $1000 when the original estimate was 6 hrs at $109= $654. I never followed up about the damaged items because I was so frustrated with the higher cost and lack of urgency to load my items quicker.

These guys came in and got me moved inside of 3 hours, out of a tiny apartment into my new living arrangement and they were very personable and professional. Would highly recommend using them! I was able to make an appointment two days in advance after another moving company canceled on me after making an appointment 2 weeks prior. WMC saved me!

Jesse, Javier, and Jay moved us from our 3 bed 2 bath home in Ogden to our similar size second story apartment in Farmington. They were on time, professional, and positive-minded people who moved our property with care and swiftness. Overall, took 4 hours, which is FAST for the amount of stuff they relocated. I highly recommend them for anyone moving in an area they cover.

I have had movers help before but hands downs this is the best company out there. They moved all my awkward heavy stuff without damaging a thing! Best part was they were running up our steep driveway to try and get it done in the time I was shooting for all while being cheerful and positive making this a definite 5 star experience. I will for sure recommend Wasatch Moving Company to anyone I know.

Wasatch Moving was a great company to work with. My move was very difficult due to health and other issues. These guys accommodated my needs and went the extra mile. You will appreciate their kindness and work ethics. Everything was carefully packed and safely delivered.

Overall they're worth every cent. Was it a perfect move damage free? No. They did manage to add a few minor dings and scrapes to the new home but it wasn't truly something I felt warranted a drop in stars. The two man crew moved a large amount of heavy furniture, not to mention an oversized sectional. To the best of their abilities they managed everything with only 3-4 minor dings, it seems fatigue began to set in and a few items got away from them. I don't fault them moving what they did, nothing I can't patch up and paint in a few minutes. Preserving my health and safety was top priority, I'd hire them again 10 times out of 10. There is a 3 hour minimum which we managed to hit almost on the dot. Considering the amount of furniture to load, travel times, and unloading, I couldn't have been more pleased. Other things to factor in, I needed to reschedule on them 3 times, they were very flexible and felt like they did everything they could to accomodate my schedule. Very happy with the service provided.

From the first moment everyone was very nice, polite, hardworking and careful with our belongings. Well priced, I Highly recommend this moving company!

Tyler and Daniel came and helped me move the last few large items from our home. I called yesterday afternoon and they were there by 9 am the next morning. I got a quote over the phone and it was accurate - no hidden fees! They were quick while being extra careful with delicate things like our piano. Super friendly guys and were great to work with. I appreciated that they were friendly to my 5 year old and dogs. I would totally recommend this company and especially Tyler and Daniel as a crew.

Wasatch Moving Co. moved me from Utah to southern Idaho 3 yrs. ago and did an excellent job! Nothing was damaged, they arrived to load and unload when they said they would. Movers were clean & friendly and handled my things in a professional manner. They used blankets where needed and had a nice wooden bin for paintings & mirrors. Price was very competitive too. I would definitely use them again and plan to in the future!

By far the best movers I have ever dealt with! The 4 men that helped us move were all very nice, respectful and polite and took great care of our things! Eric who manages our move was amazing!! We had some unexpected things come up and they were more than accommodating! Highly recommend. We found a company that was cheaper but they were horribly unorganized and actually sent movers the day after we moved when we hadn’t booked anything... you get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny!

Wasatch Moving Company was fantastic. They sent very capable and strong individuals to my house to support my move. I have used other moving companies in the past and they typically send individuals who look like the couldn’t lift up a bail of straw if they had too. These individuals were well suited for the task at hand and were very friendly and engaging. During the move I did have some pieces of furniture get damaged (which can happen) but Wasatch worked to have those pieces fixed in a very fast and efficient manner. it is always hard to get a good moving company but I would definitely use Wasatch Moving again.

From start to finish Wasatch Moving Company exceeded our expectations. From being greeted promptly on the telephone by Brendan, who was friendly and enthusiastic when I initially called for a quote, to a comprehensive and thorough moving process. We are incredibly impressed with Wasatch. Daniel, Robert and Tony were an exceptional moving team! They were professional, organized, respectful and speedy! They made the moving process so painless. I cannot recommend this company enough. Wasatch Moving really understands moving and their entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with.

This company was great. Not only did they move my things from a basement to a storage container they also took a truck load to a donation center. The donation center didn’t take everything so Wasatch Moving took the leftovers to the landfill. They worked hard but were very careful not to damage furniture or walls. They were pleasant and cheerful the whole time. I will be using them again when my stored items need to return. I recommend them to anyone needing packing help for a local or long distance move!

We had a great experience with Wasatch Moving Company. They kept in contact with us before the move to make sure they came prepared with the crew and supplies we would need. The 3 person crew (Colbie, Arlan and Collin) were very professional and worked hard to get us packed, loaded and moved. I would definitely recommend this company for your move.

Everything about the move went perfectly. The men were on time, professional, polite, and efficient. We reviewed everything when they arrived, they got to work right after that, and things went smoothly. The unloading was much faster. We had everything labeled as to which room it went in, which was a big time saver. They asked if there was anything else they could do to help, and got their gear back in their truck. The bill was reviewed with me first to itemize the charges. It was an easy and pleasant move thanks to Wasatch Moving Company. I had a great experience with Wasatch Moving Company, and would highly recommend them. They were incredibly responsive from the moment I submitted a request for an estimate, and very transparent in their pricing. There was a mix up as to their arrival time for my move, but as soon as I called and asked about it the office staff was on top of finding out what happened and getting a crew to me asap. Once the crew arrived they were very professional and efficient. All of my furniture and contents of my boxes arrived in the same condition as when I packed them. Wasatch Moving Company definitely took out a lot of stress of my move and it was worth every penny to hire them.

I called Wasatch Moving company about moving a specialty item. They told me they could do it and gave me an estimate. The person I talked to was efficient and friendly. I told them I was still shopping around and they gave me the name of another company that they thought would do a great job for my specific needs. I love it when a company is willing to refer you to their competition, if they know the other person is better suited to the job.

4 flights of stairs! A total of 54 steps x over 20 trips, lifting extremely heavy furniture. They didnt complain once. In fact they were making positive remarks about the fact that the landing was wide.

I know I hired a company, but I still felt bad and embarrassed to force people to walk up that many steps with all my heavy items. So the fact that they were positive and kind, really made a difference.

I also booked same day on a hot Saturday. And booking was a breeze.

Juan P and Ben were my guys. I have used moving companies in the past and had some terrible experiences including theft of my items and lying about the travel time. It was the complete opposite with Ben and Juan P. Juan found a leftover random button that fell off of a chair, and Ben found a random doll shoe that fell out of a dollhouse. They walked up the stairs just to give them to me!

Seriously they were amazing, I cant tell you what a relief it was to find them.
