Wasatch was great in helping me move a bunch of odd furniture and boxes and art into a fourth floor avenues apartment with no elevator. Also very helpful with packing up a few odds and ends, and were almost too protective of some things! I had a lot of personal paintings that took a bit of time for them to secure and wrap, which was good on a wet day but was something I probably could have done with a friend's help and could have saved some time and money on the move. But overall, a really great experience considering the workload and amount of stairs involved in the new home.

Hired Wasatch to move my family into a rental while my new house was being built. The whole experience was awful. It took twice as long as it should have, they broke a bed, they didn't send enough guys at the beginning, and then they sent too many (which changed the pricing). They broke a king bed, and on top of that, now that I'm moving out of the rental, I'm finding that they stripped nearly every screw that they used to reassemble my furniture.

In the end, it would have been less hassle to just do it myself.

I used Wasatch Moving Company to move a guest for me and was very disappointed. I let them know ahead of time the guest would need help packing and disassembling items but movers did not bring any tools and they ended up leaving many items in the apartment. I spoke with Nate and he said he would go back personally to retrieve the items, but still left things the guest needed for safety even though I sent photos of everything that was needed. He sent another person from his team a few days later, and he ended up collecting the items but asked to use our tools to do so, as he did not have any. A few days later I visited the guest to inquire about the move and noticed the television was propped on its stand against the wall. The guest stated the movers said it broke in the move, I called Nate at this point on a Thursday to inquire about the television and spoke with Brandon, who apologized and kindly told me he would make sure I got a call back from Nate or the owner soon. By Monday I had no reply, so I emailed Nate asking him to call me directly about the situation. He promptly emailed me back, even though I asked for a phone call, stating his movers didn't have the tools to put the television in its base and all it needed was to be screwed in, and he asked me to call his mover directly and gave me his number. When I did, the gentleman stated the screws fell out when they were moving and they did not know where they were. I was hopeful that using this company would allow me to help my elderly guest with a smooth move, but what resulted was poor communication, in-efficient services and lack of follow through. I am sorry to say I will not ever use Wasatch Moving Company to move my guests in the future, and I sincerely hope they will be able to take this experience and grow from it so that others do not have the same results.

Phenomenal crew today!! I booked a move last minute, and underestimated my load out. They were extremely understanding and brought another person out…the manager came out to my house to inspect wrap jobs and say hi. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and care the crew displayed, I have used this company in the past and would highly recommend them. Exceptional work, efficient and flexible.
