I was super impressed with Chris at Love's Carpet Cleaning! He was on time, smart, polite, friendly and very professional!
I wasn't expecting much from this service but he definitely exceeded my expectations, even working to get paint stains out of carpet (nearly all of them came out!!).
I felt like the price was great, too! Definitely worth the money, so much value in their service!
I will absolutely use them again in the future and be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

They were amazing! Fit us in so we could have a nice clean couch for Christmas. Our tech was Chris. He came to our house on time and somehow my daughter missed the doorbell. I called and he was happy to come back even with his busy schedule. When he returned he was very friendly and did a great job!!!

This was the first time I tried Love Cleaning and was extremely happy with them. My memory is terrible with names I think it was Chris who did such a wonderful job on our carpets. He got stuck in traffic due to an accident and called to let us know he was headed our way as soon as he could get through the major slow down. I really appreciated him keeping us informed. Chris was very friendly and professional I will definitely be using Love Cleaning again in the future.

Chris from Love Cleaning cleaned our white fabric couch and did an amazing job! They got back to us really quickly to set up an appointment, and just three days later, he was here to clean it. We have a toddler, so it goes without saying how dirty our couch was, but Chris made it look almost new again!

He was super kind and personable, cleaned up every spill and stain we had, and even took the time to explain how our warranty through RC Willey works so I’ll know what to do next time. We have had Chris come a few times to clean and I highly recommend him and this company! He is friendly, fast and gets the job done beautifully! I wish I had a before photo of my couch with my baby’s spit-up on it to show you how great Chris did. But enjoy the after photo with it looking new again! The day my home had water damage these guys came out to help! Within an hour they had arrived.
Explaining the process in detail and they immediately got to work. They were professional, fast, always making sure I understood what was next and answered any and all of my questions. Very trustworthy workers that came in my home. If I ever have water damage again I wouldn't hesitate on who I would call! They're amazing!

After our 2nd floor hot water heater leaked overnight, our insurance company sent ServiceMaster to the house within 2 hours. They were great! Unfortunately they found water damage on three floors. At one time we had 21 pieces of equipment drying out everything! They came back over and over to check and make sure it had properly dried. They were easy to work with and took time to explain what they were doing and why. The guys we dealt primarily with were Jay, Garrett, Josh, and Candler. But we also saw Nick and Brad briefly. All of them we’re exceptional!

ServiceMaster by Smith went above and beyond and took great care in mitigating our water damage. RJ and his team were beyond knowledgeable of our problem and insurance coverage. We could not be more grateful and impressed by their work and dedication.

We had a sprinkler pipe break and flooded our basement. The team at Servicemaster by Smith were very knowledgeable and was there in no time to get started on the cleanup. I'd call them in an instant if I ever need them again. Which obviously I hope I don't. We highly recommend.

We had a fire at our home and after we called our insurance company they sent out Servicemaster by Smith. Initially two people came by to assess the damage of the home and to see what needed to be done. The next day the cleaning crew came and they cleaned all the walls in my home had to tear out tile from the ceiling had to tear up carpet and had to load out totes and boxes of stuff that were in those rooms. They worked very, and very hard and never complained and we’re so pleasant to work with. The crew that came to my home was led by a gentleman named Josh and his crew are so delightful to work with. They were so respectful and helpful for anything that needed to be done. I was so impressed with the way they cleaned and packed out boxes that needed to be taken out of homes. Each morning I would receive a text that they were on their way and they were always prompt and came every single day to get the job completed. I highly recommend this company if anyone is in need of any type of the service!

Their lead tech, Garrett was exceptional with how he handled the work each day. We were very happy with his communication with us as issues arose. What a great experience! RJ and his team came in and started work cleaning up the water damage. They were extremely professional and kept me informed on how things were going.
When they finished the first day they explained how they would place the fans to make sure the room would dry evenly.
It took only two days and RJ came back to double check the job.
I couldn't be more pleased with how they handled the job and put my mind at ease during the process.
