Brian and his team were awesome! They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We were so happy our contractor used them to install our gas lines for our kitchen renovation! It is nice to have trust worthy, good people in your home

We recently used Genuine Comfort to install a gas line into our kitchen to replace our electric oven with a gas oven. We also had them extend the line to our deck so we could connect our grill. Brian Dragon did the estimate and the installation (and gave us the idea to extend to the deck) and we were extremely pleased. He was very knowledgeable and professional and just a really good guy. The install turned out great and the whole experience was terrific. I would whole heartedly recommend these guys. Five stars!!

We decided to go with Genuine Comfort for our new furnace and A/C because we felt, out of all of the companies we called for estimates, that Wayne was truly concerned about helping us get what would be best for us and not just in selling us the most expensive units on the market. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. When it came time for the install, they were very timely and professional. They charged us exactly what they had estimated it would cost and not a penny more. We also really liked that they offered a two year warranty on the labor, every other company we contacted only offered a one year warranty on the labor. All in all, we were very impressed and would happily recommend Genuine Comfort to anyone and will be using them in the future for anything else we may need!

I can't give enough praise to Genuine Comfort and all the staff there. We needed an entire new Heating & AC system as ours was 16 years-old and I did A LOT of research and calling around for estimates & advice. Tony answered dozens of questions that I had and never tried to upsell me. He replied quickly to multiple texts and phone calls and followed up with me often without being pressuring. He gave me an incredible deal for a great system (and believe me, I did my research!) and I couldn't be more pleased. The team that came out to install (Mark, Konnor & Ryan) were professional, curteous and quick. They laid down liners to protect my carpet and kept me in the loop of what they were doing and how long it would take. They were friendly and great at thier work...what more could I ask for?! We're happy with our system and especially happy with the value! And then to get a 'thank you' in the mail from them several days later? This company has my business :).

When I called to get my air conditioner repaired, they sent me a person to repair it the next morning. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed it in no time at all. He also gave me advice regarding my filters, which I have no knowledge about. It was so helpful. Then I had another person come to give me a new thermostat and he was also very nice and very helpful. They couldn't be nicer and more professional. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!

I also had to call again because I had another issue and I had John come to my home to look at my air conditioner. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed the air conditioner and got it working within minutes. I was so impressed by his knowledge and the time he took to make sure it was working before he left my home. Thank you John! This is a great company!!!

What a great experience! Building an addition on our home I only had a couple good experiences with contractors and only 1 I would take the time to recommend on social media (Genuine Comfort). They handled all aspects of heating and cooling and showed up when they said they would, and better yet were flexible when other contractors didn't show up.

I have worked with lots of contractors over the years. These guys have been by far the easiest to work with. I highly highly recommend them. Read on if you want more details.

It started off with Tony. He seemed to understand what I wanted. He listened and gave smart and honest suggestions. He was in contact throughout the entire process and was very helpful. I never felt rushed.

Mark and Mac did the install. We were changing locations of the furnace and adding an A/C unit. They worked hard and got it done with as little mess as possible. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I would not have any issues with them coming back to do more work in the future. Very easy to work with.

Brian was sent over to fix the gas line. Since the furnace had been moved the gas line needed to be adjusted. He came in and ended up spending more time on it than he expected. He ended up running it a bit different to make it work perfect rather than just scab it together. It turned out perfect. He was very nice and easy to work with.

Everything looks clean and professional. We are very happy.

Genuine Comfort was contracted by my fireplace installer to add a gas line to our 93 year old home to supply the new fireplace. When Brian arrived for the initial inspection, I shared that I wanted to retain the aesthetic of our home and asked if we could find an option that would avoid running a gas line across the front of the house. He was happy to look at the options with me and explain the pros and cons of each. We finally settled on a great solution that I would have never considered that was sure to keep the line neatly hidden. Brian was back today for the install with another member of the Genuine Comfort team. These guys were EARLY, got the job done quickly, and were smiling and friendly the entire time. Not to mention that the visible work that they left behind is an example of true craftsmanship. The finished product is better than I had imagined without any need for plaster or drywall repair. Every person I have interacted with at Genuine Comfort has been a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly Recommended!

The technician, John, who performed our fall tuneup was great. I like to watch the people providing most services we have done and he had no problem with me looking over his shoulder. He told me what he was doing and earned my trust in what he said and recommended. I will definitely have them return.

John Weirick just saved us thousands of dollars and we'll be forever grateful! Instead of telling us that our AC unit was dead and trying sell us a new one (like the other 2 companies did) he looked at it for 10 minutes and had it working by replacing 1 part for a fraction of the cost of a new system.

We called because our central air wasn't producing much force and the blower sounded concerning. Turned out to only be a frozen coil but John was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us tips to prevent the issue in the future along with general information that was much appreciated. Very fair pricing as well, thank you!

I highly recommend signing-up for annual service for AC (Spring) and Furnace (Fall) by Genuine Comfort. For example: During the annual service this year, John W. saved me from needing a whole new furnace by finding a small crack that was leaking condensation, which could have resulted in significant problems. He takes pride in his work, treats my furnace as if it was his own, and clearly communicates what is going on. I have consistently experienced the same level of service from all their team members, and I choose to continue their annual service year after year. Worth every penny and peace of mind!

John was professional friendly and helpful! He explained everything he was doing and did not upsell! Solved my furnace problem in a timely fashion. I appreciated the quick response. I will definitely use genuine comfort, heating and air again.

Wayne was beyond helpful in fixing a gas leak in our home. We called several companies and most said they couldn’t work on the type of valve we had, but Wayne was able to work us in around his schedule to take care of the leak quickly and get heat back in our home. He went above and beyond to come back before Christmas in order to repair our system and get everything working again. He was communicative, punctual, and professional. I would highly recommend him!

Brandon, Kyle and Abe were absolutely amazing gentlemen that came by to assess my central air system. Unfortunately the prior companies (2) that installed and subsequently attempted to fix some problems did not inform me of some issues. The gentlemen took the time to check my furnace and vents and were able to adjust a few things. I am very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend them if I lived near the Salt Lake City area. They just happened to be working on a job near me and came by after working. Thank you again.

Dillon was great. He was attention detailed and was not only able to solf the problem but give me tips on how to prevent future problems.

What an amazing company! I especially want to give a huge shout out to Kevin their tech. This is the 3rd company that was involved. The first company - who did the original installation of the mini splits(and might I add incorrectly), completely washed their hands of it. The 2nd company got it partially right. But it was Kevin and his team from Salmon that figured out the whole problem. Kevin was thorough. He kept me informed about everything he discovered as well as the status on the replacement parts that were ordered. I have been 2 months without heat on my main floor and will sing their praises to anyone and everyone.

Without the persistence, the problem would have happened again in 2 years. Blowing out power board and the fan. The cause was the electricity going into the compressor which was never tested by the original company. Like I said, this HVAC company - Salmon got in and figured out the cause, not just show up and repair the problem. This is dedication to making for a very happy, and finally very warm client.

They were great to do business with. They diagnosed and fixed my condenser in about 1/2 hour. Really good to work with. Price was good.
