I had Frosty's come and help us with our water heater. They were great!! Came on time. Did a complete inspection of our situation, and was totally honest and only recommended what we needed. He didn't just tell us we needed a new water heater, he recommended some small things and helped us do only what we needed. He also did a complete replacement for my son and made him a really fair deal and did excellent work... I'd recommend Frosty's to anyone I know..

White glove experience. My water heater was leaking so I gave Frosty a call. I sent him some pictures of the leak and he was able to provide me a quote and get me on the schedule right away. He was incredibly professional and respectful. He even took his shoes off each time he came in to the house. He removed my water heater and installed a new one very quickly. We needed some pipe work and fittings replaced as well which Frosty took care of for us too. His prices were very reasonable as well. My neighbors got their water heater replaced recently and they were quoted significantly more. If you have a water issue I highly recommend Frosty!

well, my water heater was leaking, and although it was just over six years old it needed to be replaced. I called a different plumbing service that night, but they wouldn’t tell me how much a new water heater would be. Later that night my wife said, you should get bids from more than one person. So I came across Frosty’s reviews and they were all five star so that morning while the other plumbing service was on their way to give me a bid I texted Frosty and sent him pictures of my water heater.. even before the other people had come he gave me the quote. The other plumbing service was almost double the price of frosty’s. Also, the night before anybody came to look at my water heater I watched a you tube video saying that you could get a dual anode rod upgrade which would improve the life of your water heater. Without saying anything to frosty when he sent his bid, he included the option of the dual anode rod. The dual rod wasn’t even an option with the other plumbing company. So my advice is go with Frosty. Also buying a water heater shouldn’t make you feel like you’re buying a new car . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Frosty did a water heater installation for us when our old one broke. Not only was he efficient and quick to come out, but he was also extremely kind and friendly -- something which is greatly appreciated. Communication was amazing and he even texts (another thing I love, being able to text questions, confirmations, and photos).

Frosty May be the most honest and professional technician of any kind that I have ever encountered. Two years ago I had him repair a simple component on my water heater that only cost me $85, and when I called him a few days ago and let him know I needed him to repair that same component a second time (Fully willing to pay again), he came and fixed it, but because he thought his repair and the component he replaced should have lasted longer, he didn't charge me anything. I couldn't believe it. As long as he is in business he will be my go to. Thanks Frosty, I really appreciate your dedication to your practice.

Pilot light didn’t stay lit on my water heater…called Frosty’s Elite. He was over here and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour! Great guy and knows what he is doing-very knowledgeable and would highly recommend him.

My two twenty year old water heaters went out the day before Christmas. A relative, who is a contractor, recommended him. He came over early on Christmas Eve and pulled the old ones out. The contractors that built my house left some nasty and potential damaging mistakes behind. He repaired the damage and installed a shiny new water heater, and in record time. He even adjusted my water pressure. I hope I don't need him again, but if I do, he's my guy. Two thumbs way up.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Frosty today. Our “new” water heater broke 3 weeks after the 6-year warranty expired and needless to say cold showers and cold baths for the kiddos in Feb just won’t cut it. Frosty got us in the next day and installed a new water heater with a 10-year warranty. Super clean, fast, and professional. Greatly appreciate his urgency in taking care of our family! My hot water heater went out after only 3 years. I called a local plumber and their bid was $2,100. (Even though it was still under warranty!!!) I was able to find my original plumber Frosty and he put a new one in for $550. He was able to install the new one right away. He is very kind and ethical which can be hard to find these days!
