The team did a great job! I appreciated the quote for the job and then the attention to detail. The staff were kind, polite, and professional. I had another company give me a quote and it was much more, so quality work for a fair price. When we need cleaning done in the future this is the first place I’ll call.

We had Utah Green Cleaning come clean our new house when we were partially moved in. We were particularly concerned with removing pet dander from the previous owner as my husband has allergies. Utah Green Cleaning did an excellent job with what they cleaned. They kept us informed and sent us a photo of all the gunk they vacuumed out of the carpet. They cleaned the blinds, ceiling fans, and even under the fridge. I thought they did a great job and their cleaning did help my husband's allergies quite a bit. We arrived quite a bit later than we thought we were going to to meet them but they were very patient.

Absolutely happy with the cleaning I got today. We needed our hood vent cleaned for move out. Maria was amazing as well as the other lady that helped too! They focused on what we wanted and went far and above with their service today. I would definitely recommend using them for their services!

Night and day. I contracted another service last year for weekly cleanings. They were the most budget-friendly firm I could find. From the first day, I was disappointed, but since it was my first experience, I wondered if my expectations were just too high. After time, that relationship fizzled out and I went back to trying to keep up my home myself. With work, frequent business travel, and three kids, I felt I was stressed all the time about the state of the house and was spending more time cleaning and grumbling than I was happy and spending time with my family. I finally broke down and searched for another service. Lavender Lush popped up on Google and had positive, detailed reviews. Usually, Google is a good indicator of a good company. I phoned LL and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice. She asked me a few questions about my space and provided a quote for a one-time deep clean and weekly, ongoing cleanings. I committed to the cleaning and scheduled the day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the GM, Hollie, and a cleaning manager, Briquell (sp?). Another cleaner arrived a bit late, but was there just after the walkthrough. I appreciated that the GM had come for the first walkthrough so we could discuss how the company operates, its policies and guarantees, and what and what not was on the “menu.” By now, I realized I was dealing with a professional company who truly seeks to please its customers. What a relief! During the clean, the lead cleaner was regularly checking in with me to make sure that the cleaning was up to standards and if anything had been missed. This made it feel “safe” for me to give feedback and not feel like a micromanager. I recognized that the lead cleaner was more thorough than the other and had to go back and re-do areas that the other had already covered. At the end of the day, I shared with her my observation and she committed to sharing it with the GM. The deep clean took about 3.5 hours and I was very satisfied by the end—so much so that I felt afraid to let my children back into the house. Haha. My first weekly clean will happen next week, so I can’t yet speak to the lighter cleaning, but overall my experience so far has been spectacular. The day after the clean, the GM called to ask how things had gone and if there was anything more they could do to make it a good experience, which was a nice touch.

I can not rave enough about how good my house looks after having Lavender Lush come out and clean for me! Stef was so helpful getting all our info and getting us booked and walking us through the steps of the whole process! Brikell and Amanda were the technicians that came out and they were the sweetest and so thorough with the cleaning! I'm so grateful for their hard work and even more grateful that now I don't have to stress about cleaning myself! BOOK WITH THEM IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY!!

The ladies were prompt and courteous, professional, and hard-working. They were friendly and seeing genuinely happy to do their job! This is a company that I would highly recommend and I plan on using in the future!

$500 for a "deep clean" for my 1,600 sq ft farmhouse that was already relatively clean, but dusty due to the farm and a dog.

Two young gals here for three hours. Blinds, baseboards, the whole shebang in three hours - a deep clean allegedly. I noticed a couple of things, asked if they cleaned. The answer was yes, which I clearly knew wasn't the case.

I was in the middle of conference calls and didn't have time to police their work until I took a quick lunch break and was so irritated I decided to get out my Swiffer and Clorox wipes.

You can imagine how unhappy I was. Floor wasn't done. Countertops still dirty. Baseboards not done. Glass not done. Stove not wiped. Went to the living room and it started all over again. Dirty blinds.The photos speak for themselves.

I reached out with photos within an hour of the gals leaving to express how disappointed and unacceptable this is, got a text response an hour+ later asking if they could call tomorrow to talk about the situation and schedule a time in the future for it to be fixed. Wow. Excellent customer service.

I hired them for help because I'm busy and they had great reviews, waited three weeks for an appointment and ended up having to clean my house on my own anyway and also lost $500 in the process. $83.33/hr per person for this? Perhaps I need to start a cleaning business.

Hate to provide this feedback to a small business but you can't be operating this way, though it seems like there's really no rush to correct any issues. Canceling all future maintenance visits I'd signed up for as well. Will not recommend. Hard pass for me.

I have used other cleaning companies and these guys are by far the best. Great people, friendly and the communication is great. I highly recommend them ! Such a great futon come home to a clean house ! They also love pets and that’s a plus !

I had a deep clean done by them in July and it was amazing! So I booked again and they missed so much. I texted the number on the cleaning checklist they left and got no response, I also spent nearly $200 more the second time. I won't ever be using them again

Lavender Lush was able to step in quickly to help a client with a moving-related cleaning on a tight schedule. They showed up as promised and really helped us out. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Would absolutely recommend!

Brikell, Bri, Alex, Josefina and Holli took excellent care of my house. I had them do a move out clean and they cleaned every nook and cranny in the house! They did a thorough walk through with me and I was extremely satisfied!

Mina, Amanda and Jessica went above and beyond for our deep clean. My mother lives with us, and they worked around us quietly. They were very sweet and courteous to my mom. Due to her alzheimers, anything new can be quite confusing. They checked in each step of the way, and I felt that I could sit back with my mom and not worry about things not getting done. Definitely recommend Lavender Lush and their team!

Not worth the cost!! I paid $430 for a “deep clean”, which was anything but. I’m not sure how this company has such good reviews. Maybe other people’s idea of deep cleaning is very different than mine. They came and did what I would call a regular cleaning service, at best. The thing is, my end tables and under my tv console in my living room were not even completely dusted/cleaned. They also would not wet wipe blinds, only dust. Then my glass patio door from my kitchen was not even cleaned (inside only). When I asked, I was told this was an add on service. That has never happened with other cleaning service I have used. The patio door has always been cleaned. When I told Holli about the issues she was willing to send some one back. I suggested that it wasn’t necessary to make someone travel here, rather just take a few bucks off the bill. But ya know what?! She couldn’t do that cause the charge had already gone through. They didn’t even have that much square footage to do. I will never use them again! Totally sub par.

I can’t say enough about Lavender Lush! Stef in the office is absolutely amazing, so friendly and easy to talk to. Pricing is reasonable and scheduling is a breeze.

I was lucky enough to have Brikell clean my office/studio and she did NOT disappoint. She was quick, efficient and did it all with a giant smile on her face. My studio is a big to-do because of all of the tile samples, countertop samples, cabinet samples, etc. She had the whole place shining like the top of the Chrysler Building in under 3 hours. The whole area was spotless, smelled clean, and looked like she had covered the whole place in lip gloss. It is glistening.
