I'm selling my townhome and moving so I hired Lavender Lush to come deep clean for me. They did amazing! They were professional, on time, great pricing, and a good quality clean. They didn't mind doing last minute spot checks if I noticed something. Brikell and Hannah did my clean and they were amazingly sweet. Brikell even offered me some tips/product opinions to help me upkeep the small things while the house is listed. Overall I'm very satisfied with this company and their clean!

Recent life events left me in a situation where I had to be a single dad for a bit in a house that needed a lot of help. So glad I reached out to these guys. Great response time to my inquiry, Holli explained everything well over the phone, and was ultra clear on the services and pricing. Needed a few extra services to get everything clean, and each time they were upfront on the why, what it was cost, and it was up to me if I wanted to do it. Mina has been doing a fantastic job cleaning, great to communicate with, and has remembered all the requests on particulars for each room. A++. So glad I hired them, worth every penny.

We hired Lavender Lush to clean my brother’s home. He is on oxygen and can no longer clean for himself. My sister and I went in and did the deep clean portion. We cleaned his bathrooms, shower/tub and the stove top. We removed any items that would be in the way for cleaning. On the day they were supposed to come, they showed up 45 minutes late. Apparently the technician had run out of gas in her car. The other technician,who was assigned to work with her, drove to pick her up. In the meantime, the manager came to take a look at his home. She agreed that it was small in nature and they could easily take care of that in a few hours. After they arrived, they chatted outside for quite some time. We took my brother from the home while they did their cleaning. We were notified when they were finished, and we brought him home. The first thing we noticed was there was dirt sand, and spots all over the tile floor in the entryway. Then we noticed that none of the floors had been swept, vacuumed or mopped at all. I notified the manager, and she claimed that the house needed a deep clean. I reminded her that she had told me they could take care of the cleaning very easily in a few hours. They left after two hours and we struggled to see of anything that had been cleaned. There was dust on all surfaces, floors, dirty, and unmopped. No vacuuming had been done, there were cobwebs., spots on walls, baseboards were not cleaned etc. After I called, they offered to return the next day to clean the floor. Brianne came a few days later, and mopped the kitchen, and foyer floor. At our request, she mopped the bathroom floor as well. I feel like she worked hard to clean those floors. The two cleaners we had to start with did nothing! We truly could not see a difference at all! We paid $255 for two hours and at $125.50 an hour....No difference. We did get the kitchen, foyer and bathroom floors scrubbed on the return trip but that isnt what we were promised. They wanted $499 + $255 to do what was on the contract.
We cleaned it ourselves! Do not recommend!

I hired Lavender Lush to do a deep clean of my house. They had Mina and Kody come out and they both did an excellent job! Even the GM, Holli, came out to personally introduce herself to me. Then she followed up with me the next day to see how the cleaning went. I truly appreciate the above and beyond service that Lavender Lush provided. I signed up for a monthly service and look forward to having their team clean my house! Highly recommend.

The Lavender Lush crew are courteous, professional and came right on time. They did a fantastic job cleaning our home and have a detailed check list that they review with you before they start. They do a walk through with you when compleated to show highlights or troubled areas. I would highly recommend.

I chose Lavender Lush because I liked the name! What an excellent choice it was. This is a locally owned business with enthusiastic employees who want to work to your satisfaction. Ruthie and Mina worked solidly for 6 hours on a deep clean and my house is spotless. At 79, there are many places I can't reach and they did! I look forward to their next visit.

I had a wonderful experience with Lavender Lush’s services! They were very communicative from initial booking to day of service. It was nice coming home to a clean house after a long day of work. They had 3 employees come to clean my home and they did it very expeditiously. We will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Loved the care and detail that was given to my home. The ladies who cleaned were fabulous; they were proactive and took note of things of more importance to us as well. We’ve tried a few cleaners in the area and were thrilled with the level of service Lavender Lush provided.

Not the "deep clean" I was hoping for. I would recommend looking elsewhere or maybe you'll get lucky with the team they send. Some areas were great, others untouched even after walking through and pointing things out for half an hour.

This was my first time using Lavender Lush Cleaning and I decided to just get my bathrooms and kitchen cleaned this time because those always get neglected and everyone in my house hates to do those and I only ever have time to get the surface cleaned. Just doing that made a huge difference and it smells so good!! My husband hates chemical smells and the cleaner they used did not have a chemical smell at all it was perfect, it smells so fresh and clean. Also the cleaners from Lavender Lush were so friendly and thorough, they were on time and did an amazing job! Looking forward to my next clean. Thank you!!

Alright first off the simpleness of requesting services is beyond quick and easy, Holli was there answering any questions I had and helped me complete the forms to get service. Then the way my house feels after they came! HOLY SMOKES my house feels so fresh and soft (lush) from how clean it is! I feel rejuvenated being in my house and feel more energized, helps out a lot to keep me motivated to keep it clean! If I fall behind on cleaning again though I know exactly who I will be contacting. Lavender lush kicks butt!

Very professional and effective in their work! We had Lavendar Lush come in to do a deep clean before we had a new baby, and between a dog and a toddler and a very outdoorsy spouse, our house was in desperate need. We were blown away by the time they left! We’ll be having them back again soon

They arrived as scheduled on time, very professional. The job was done well, we were impressed with their teamwork and finishing quickly. They did a great job and we would recommend this company!

Lavender Lush did a deep clean of my home and I was so impressed! The cleaning techs were punctual and friendly. When I got home from work, I immediately smelled the cleanliness and noticed they had done detailed work in every room. My oven and kitchen looked amazing and my bathtub and shower were cleaner than they have ever been. My dog loved the treats. Will definitely be using them again!
