Lavender lush is fabulous. They did a great job and I am definitely having them back. They are expensive but worth it.

Having a household of 5, including a puppy, I never have time for day to day cleaning. Lavender Lush Cleaning was referred to me and I booked a deep cleaning service to kick off spring. I was so amazed with the service and how clean my house was, that I will hire them regularly! It feels great to sit and relax in a clean home. Especially when you can trust and rely on service. Thank you Nicole, Joey and the techs that worked so hard that day. I look forward to my next freshly cleaned home! ✨🥰

Lavendar Lush is amazing. Holli and the team were on time and accomplished so much in their 2 hours at my house. I had fallen behind in cleaning and they helped me get my place back to a clean and manageable place. Getting a quote and booking was super fast and easy. I hired this company to clean my home, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. The first visit left behind obvious dust, grime, and multiple areas that were clearly skipped. I had to call them back to finish the job I had already paid for, and unfortunately the second visit made things worse instead of better.

They scrubbed the drains so aggressively that the finish was stripped off the fixtures, causing permanent damage that now has to be replaced. Even after they returned, there was still dust left behind, buildup on hardware, and several surfaces that didn’t appear to have been cleaned at all. The job was never properly completed.

They initially offered only a $50 credit rather than a refund, which was frustrating considering the condition my home was left in and the damage that was caused. This was later increased to $150, but that still does not cover the cost of replacing the drains that were ruined during cleaning.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the quality of work and the damage that resulted.

I’ve never used a cleaning service before, but Lavender Lush made it a phenomenal experience. They did an amazing job and cleaned more than what I had expected or thought would happen. They communicated through every step so I wasn’t left with questions or surprises. I will definitely be using them again!!!

I moved out and had Lavender Lush do a move out clean. They did an amazing job. The house was so clean it looked the same as the day I moved in. The girls were very friendly and hard workers. I definitely recommend using them.

Lavender Lush was absolutely amazing! From the thorough consultation to determine the best service for my needs, the transparency in their processes, checklists and the follow up after the service was beyond my expectations. On the date of the service, they arrived on time (I received a notice of them being on their way prior to arrival), they were friendly and efficient, the bathrooms looked nicer/cleaner than when we moved in (and it was a new build when we moved in). They were great and plan to use them for recurring services in the future (bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly are available options after the deep clean).

My wife has underwent two major surgeries since February of this year and I have a bad back. We found ourselves in a bind since we had guests coming over that weekend and our bathroom needed a lot of attention. So we decided have our bathroom cleaned professionally. I called Lavender and they sent out Kenzie who spent two hours working diligently to clean it. It was absolutely spotless! I was so impressed. This was my first experience with Lavendar Lush and I was very pleased as was my husband. Everything about this company was professional and boy, did they make my glass shower doors sparkle! I absolutely love Lavender Lush, there team is always on time and they always do an amazing job. I went out of town a couple of times they were scheduled to clean and it was so nice to come home to a clean fresh smelling house. I absolutely love how great my house smells. I have used other cleaning companies and it always smelled like they used heavy chemicals but not Lavender Lush. I also love that they give accurate quotes for the job and a timeframe for the clean. I have had other companies where they charge by the hour and they are there FOREVER almost milking the clock which is very inconvenient having people in your home for 5 hours plus and then the bill is shocking, it's nice to know up front. If the job requires more attention and detail Lavender sends out two or more cleaners to make sure it doesn't drag out and gives reasonable quotes. I also love the little special touches they add to my toilet paper and paper towel rolls, it's so cute! Also Holli their office manager is so great to work with if I ever need to reschedule, she is on top of it not to mention the cleaners are so nice and friendly as well.

Had Holli And her team show up today. They were very thorough and did a wonderful job on a deep clean. Cleaning places I didn’t expect them to clean. Very cheerful crew and worked well as a team.

It was good. Tasty. Cooked just right. I had the smoked pork chop and my friend had the Ribeye. It was a little expensive. But I've paid alot more for really poor meals. I'll be going back. You should try it too.

I've been very impressed with Jeff and his knowledge in the business. Jeff has contracted the company I manage (Green Gro Hydroseeding)to do the Hydroseed and the end of his projects. And have been impressed with Jeff and his work.

Horrible company! The owner Jeff was very rude and unprofessional. His concrete work has started sinking, his bushes that he planted and have warranties have died and he won’t come back and replace them. He was told that the hill he was landscaping needed to be very low maintenance because the yard had to be maintained by a 71 year old lady. He gave her plants that need to be trimmed every couple weeks because they are so aggressive. He rearranged rocks on the hill and made it so steep the dirt and plants have slid off it. He was suppose to bring in processed dirt that weeds would be minimal in (there were more weeds than plants in the spring). He suppose to plant ground cover that didn’t attract bees becaus some people in the house are highly allergic, and he planted this yellow and red ground cover that attracts hundreds of bees and I mean hundreds! Everything he did needs to be replaced or reworked and it hasn’t even been a year yet.

Had LaytonScape plant a dozen of 14' trees at our property. They came when they said they would, the crew was great and they left the property cleaner than they found it. Could not be happier. Highly recommended.

I called Jeff to ask for a quote to clear and re-mulch my flower beds, fruit trees, in my front and back yard and some landscaping on my fairly large property. He informed me that he was booked about two weeks out and that he wouldn't come out to just for a mulch job on a "small yard". He didn't even ask how large of yard I have or how large of area I needed to be mulched. If it was a small job I wouldn't be trying to pay Jeff to do it.

Additionally, when my wife and I bought the house a couple of months ago I called Jeff to come to my house and provide me a quote on a landscaping project to put down brick to extend my patio and also replace my firepit with brick instead of flagstone. We set an appointment for 10am on a weekday and I took that day off work to be home when he was going to arrive. Jeff didn't arrive at the scheduled time and I attempted to call him with no answer. It wasn't until approximately 12:00 I received a call back with Jeff giving some excuse about why he missed the appointment and would like to reschedule. I rescheduled the appointment again, and again he was a no show.

This demonstrates that Jeff is unprofessional and unreliable. Landscaping and Lawncare businesses typically live and die by their reputations. I will not put my seal of approval on LaytonScape, and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

LaytonScape built a gorgeous retaining wall for us that has literally transformed the look of our yard. Two years later, we are still getting compliments from neighbors on what a beautiful job LaytonScape did. Jeff and his crew were professional and easy to work with. They made sure everything was to our liking, and they thoroughly cleaned up the area when they were finished. A top-notch job from a great company!!

We are thrilled with our experience with Laytonscape and Jeff (and his great crew!). He gave us a quote on the spot, showed up several times before the job started to verify and brainstorm ideas. They took extra precautions to protect our property from any potential damage. They showed up on time to do the job, every day. They cleaned up any material from the road every afternoon. The crew were quiet (no loud music), clean, nice and thorough. The finished when they said they would and replaced broken sprinklers, fixed damaged grass (and even fertilized it), and coiled up hoses. And they stayed on budget. It feels like you hear horror stories about giving a deposit then never seeing a crew, but these guys are the best of the best. Our project turned out better than we expected, they were able to get us everything we hoped to get, on budget and on time. And it looks beautiful! Truly amazing!

I contacted many landscaping companies for estimates and recommendations for landscaping and a sprinkling system for my new home. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but was open to suggestions and recommendations. There was a concern about slope and running off into the neighbors property. Jeff, the owner of LaytonScape, was one of the few that showed up when promised and offered recommendations during that initial discussion. I was quite surprised to receive a comprehensive estimate on the spot with a professional company packet. Of the other companies that show up, few got back to me with estimates. Laytonscape was neither the most expensive nor cheapest but because of the professional initial meeting, conversations, and verifiable insurance, I chose to work with Laytonscape. Jeff kept me up to date on his crew's schedule and when they would be able to begin my project. I had to coordinate his work with a fencing company's schedule that kept slipping. Jeff was very accommodating. His crew showed up on the agreed upon day and did as much as could be done pending fencing. Once the fence was completed, his crew again showed up on the agreed upon day and completed the work. About his crew...they have been with Laytonscape for many years. I think that says something about a company. The crew cleaned up every single day, never a foul word, and were like watching a well oiled hard working machine. My 70 something neighbor was doing some digging in his yard and one of Jeff's crew went over and finished it for him. Jeff wasn't there so I know he wasn't told to do that. My landscaping and sprinkler project turned out great. I could not be more pleased with the finished product and the process of getting it there. We had a torrential rainstorm after the project was completed. This was more of a contractor's problem than Laytonscape, but an area around the foundation near the front steps sunk a foot or more. I sent Jeff a text and without any issues, he sent his crew over to bring it back up to level as part of his guarantee. I made the right choice choosing to work with Laytonscape and Jeff.
