If I could give 4.5 I would, but not because of Omar's work. Omar was great and knowledgeable, he told me the honest truth about my water and got me a brand new one within 12 hours and installed in under an hour. There was some lack of communication on the phone side of things, I left a voicemail and several texts and it was hard to get a response back. I understand somethings may have come up but there was almost 3 days with no response and finally after a series of calls I got a response. But again, Omar was amazing and I will definitely use these guys in the future for anything that comes up.

Omar was Super-Awesome! We have been having problems with our faucets in the bathroom and sinks and he fixed them fast. Now everything is great. No more wimpy water pressure. Was in a pinch water heater went out me felt like they were over priced in installation

These guys are genuinely the most honest and ethical service technicians I have EVER worked with! They've serviced my house twice, the first was replacing a water heater that was a flat rate for everything- no nickel and dime-ing, and this morning they came out to check my main water line leaking at the valve. I was ready to pay the estimated quote but the technician checked and was able to repair without replacing, saving me over $100. Since we were still within the service hour, they also helped check and repair a couple of other quick fixes in the home all within the service rate. I'm amazed that there are not more reviews for them, this company is so SO great to work with.

Have used Barnes for many years. They did our initial plumbing in a new house a number of years ago. We had them finish a basement bathroom several years later. Excellent work. Just bought a new home and using Barnes to do some improvements. Highly recommended.

Our home in Clinton is pretty old and used to be a duplex before being turned into a single-family house. We had three water heaters—one just sitting unused in the basement, another older one, and a newer one that actually worked. After some remodeling, we noticed the older water heater stopped working, so we decided to hook everything up to the newer one. That's when Brett and his plumbing team stepped in. Brett made sure the water going to the boiler was softened and conditioned, which helps the boiler run efficiently and last longer. The piping was installed very neatly, and he made sure to bypass outdoor faucets so they didn’t get softened water unnecessarily. While checking the hot water, Brett noticed one of my showers was draining slowly and fixed the clog for free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the new boiler and the great service.

ian, the plumber who came to check out our tankless water heater, was friendly and polite. he took a look at our system and, since it was a model he hadn't seen before, snapped a photo and sent it to his supervisor for some extra advice. they were careful to make sure they had the right information before recommending anything, which i appreciated. after talking things over with the supervisor, who was very understanding and explained everything clearly, i realized there was just a little mix-up in communication at first. in the end, i felt good about the service and would definitely consider calling them again for any plumbing needs here in clinton.

I want to share my experience today when I had a plumbing emergency in my kitchen. My sink was backed up, but the plumbers came out to my condo and worked most of the morning to fix it. When they finished, my kitchen sink was running clear, and they made sure to clean up all the dirt and grime from the work. I especially want to mention Ian, who was very polite and respectful the whole time. Since I was working from home, he made sure to keep the noise down and checked in to make sure it wouldn’t bother me. Even though I use a soundproof headset, I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism. I would gladly have Ian help with any plumbing needs again in the future. I highly recommend this company to my neighbors, family, and friends.
