The crew did an amazing job. We just moved to the Sandy area and our yard needed a lot of work to look as good as the rest of the neighborhood. We had Allstates come out and they did full cleanup and trimming/pruning of the massively overgrown landscaping, plus removed some dead tress and a couple others we just didn't like. The work crew did a wonderful job and I think the cost was definitely worth the finished product. Communication was a little lacking -- the crew showed up earlier than expected and I wasn't aware when they were coming -- and it took a few extra days of coordination to reschedule getting one additional thing done on a second day. But they handled this well in the end and we are happy.

Thanks to All States Landscaping, we have a beautiful yard. We had Ken Doyle and his team do all of the landscaping for our new home, which included retaining wall with a basement walkout, front yard planter walls, a playground area with trampoline, large cement RV and basketball court, all the remaining area with sprinklers and sod, planter. They handled everything and coordinated all of the projects! Because of a material shortage last year, our project was a little slow but Mauricio was a great guy to work with. He made sure to give us all options and helped us to get the job done. Robert was a great guy too, he helped and showed us how to work with sprinklers. We will recommend All States to everyone!

I appreciated that Allstates actually returned our call, came, and gave us an estimate (I had no idea that was a difficult thing). Ken was good to work with and he had some great ideas to help make our backyard work for us. His employees were on time and polite. We did have some communication issues, but Ken came out to our house and sit down to figure it all out. He really wanted us to be happy with our yard--and it is beautiful! They did a great job!

We recently had our yard landscaped by AllState and we are very pleased with the results. Ken has a great team that knows what they are doing and their work is top quality. They were great about working with me during the project to make sure everything met our needs, and to make adjustments when necessary.

It was great to be able to get a plan drawn up for us so we could visualize the project and make changes to a few things. Then Ken's team executed the plan very well. We appreciated that Ken then did a final walk through with us to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction and answer any questions that we had.

We hired All States Landscaping for our entire yard installation. We had gotten bids from other companies and were the most impressed with Ken's bid. From start to finish, the process was great! We loved meeting with Darren, who met with us for over an hour to ask us all of our goals for our yard and our favorite plants and ones we did not want in our design. He came up with a much better design for our yard than we could imagine! Efrain and Luis did an incredible job building a stone patio, installing sprinklers, and planting our yard. It looks just like the professional design. We love how the whole team went above and beyond to complete our entire yard project. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone!

I highly recommend All States Landscaping. All States exceeded expectations every step of the way on a complete yard landscape with paver patio, fire pit, water feature, plants and hardscape. Doug and Garrett were simply awesome to work with and went above and beyond in ensuring our project success. On budget, on time, excellent communications. Garrett was on site every day to meet with us and discuss the project. He and Doug proactively offered solutions on the few occasions when changes were needed, often making suggestions that enhanced the finished project. Their crews are experts at their craft, friendly, and hard-working. Greg worked closely with us on the designs, and created a vision we could not have done on our own, and then followed up with on-site visits to make sure everything was going to plan. His renderings were beautiful, and the finished product looked even better. We love the results, and our new friends at All States!

We recently used All States Landscaping for a project in our back yard. Our project manager, Robert, was great to work with. He was extremely responsive, at any hour of the day. He was also very knowledgeable and gave great advise on project design and materials. The work the crew did was also great, and we are very happy with the finished project. Definitely recommend and would use them again for future projects.

Updated Review: Very poor customer service. First, a lot of replacement plants were used than what my wife asked for, but the communication of such was quite poor - and now we have numerous plants that we do not want and need to replace. Soil job was very shallow and the weed guard is absolutely a pain in the keister. Given the future plans communicated, it should not have been recommended. It not only does not stop weeds, it makes it hard to put in new plants. But, the really, the biggest problem by far (and reason for this update) is the very poor service and follow up received.

At the risk of making this review over 1,000 words, I'll simply give this example. I have asked the sales rep, a customer service rep, and even filled out a warranty card regarding an issue. I was assured the owner himself would arrange to review the issue and talk to us. Weeks later, we have still received no follow up. We worked with numerous vendors on our house - and any of them were MUCH better about follow up if we identified issues after the fact.

I'll give credit where due: This design / layout of the garden is great, and the reason we accepted the bid. But if I could do it all over again, I would go with a different company. If you're spending 10-30k, you want to know that this company has your back when it comes to the follow up service. This company, sadly, does not. We are now paying for it, one replacement plant at a time.

The estimated wait time for the summer schedule wasn't very long and turned out to be precise. Once they began, they worked all day every day until the job was completed. The finished product was exactly how it was drawn up for me. Recommend.

All States Landscaping did a fantastic job on our front and backyard landscaping. They were easy to work with and willing to adapt to changes as we went. Throughout the process Doug was able to provide good direction on what would work, and what wouldn't. I really appreciated this insight as we were new to the area and first-time home buyers so we weren't quite sure what we should do with our plant selection. Thankfully ASL was willing to accommodate our changes as we learned about things on the go. Garrett was also super helpful when it came to the actual execution of the job and was attentive to the small details. We're very happy with how everything turned out and for ASL ensuring that the job was done right the first time. We get a lot of compliments on our yard! Thank you ASL.

Wow!! I love all state and what they have done for my yard. I bought a home, that the previous owner neglected the yard. Well all state was able to totally change that!

From the moment the rep called to the completion of the job was a smooth process that did take 2-4 weeks. But it was also spring!

AllStates Landscaping did an amazing job, I would give 10 stars if I could. When we bought our house this past fall the only thing lacking was the backyard, it had a small deck and an open dirt area, it was just horrible. Ken came out and took a look at everything and we decided to go with pavers, the end result is beyond our expectations, everything is open and the space has tripled in size from what we had. Taking on such a big project can be daunting but you will not be let down by choosing AllStates.

Doug was a great partner to work with to design and implement what we wanted in a yard. We wanted to focus on native plants with a drip irrigation and got everything we want. Professional crew and great communication. Thank you!
