I'd give Ken and his crew at All States 10 stars if I could. They started my yard the first part of March 2021 and had it completely done in no time flat. He had his guys there working everyday and they knew what they were doing for sure. His guys were very polite and professional with interaction that they had with me. I could not be happier with the results. Also, I live in Daybreak, he and his landscape design team helped me get together all of the documents I needed to submit to the HOA for approval. Again, thanks Ken. Couldn't be happier.

After contacting several different landscaping companies, we chose AllStates Landscaping for a large spring cleanup job. We appreciated that they actually came out and measured our yard and gave us a full detailed quote before starting the work. Other landscapers we contacted wanted a credit card up front before they even saw our yard! This was our first time hiring a landscaping company and Jeremy actually took the time to explain to us what needed to be done and how much time it would take. His crew came out and were miracle workers. They worked fast and efficiently! Our backyard is a quarter acre and had many overgrown flower beds filled with weeds and overgrown bushes. They went above and beyond what we expected and the end result was a beautifully clean and trimmed yard. Their pricing was on point with other quotes we received, but their initial professionalism put them over the top of their competitors. They did have a delay on delivering our mulch, but we appreciated the fact that they were up front and honest about it, and not afraid to say they didn’t know when it would be in (it ended up coming in just a couple of days later). In my business, I would rather have honesty over a "yes” man any day!! Two points they could work on are slightly quicker communications, and implementing electronic payment options, but overall super impressed!!!

Ken Doyle and his team at All States Landscaping have been wonderful to work with for our front and backyard landscaping project. Their professionalism started with our first meeting and continued throughout the project. They kept to their scheduled meetings, they responded to emails/text/call for all our questions, and they explained step by step the process and delivered on their promises. Some highlights they did was a retaining wall covered in our home’s original stone, a large deck made from pavers, a custom pavilion, and an outdoor gas fireplace. Our landscaping is beautiful. The process was fair and reasonable, and never pushy. We will use All States Landscaping going forward for all our exterior needs.

All States willingly took on a job that they knew going in would likely have several unexpected issues at a fair price and presented a beautiful design. Maurico was very responsive and listened carefully to our vision and came up with a great design and executed our vision perfectly. He always answered his phone or returned our calls promptly. As with all projects the size of ours there’s unexpected revisions or corrections, but he addressed all our concerns and made absolutely sure the work of his teams were completed to our satisfaction; such a refreshing change for working with contractors. The before and after pictures of our yard are unbelievable and we are so happy to have a yard that better suits our family thanks to AllStates !

All State did a great job on my backyard project. Their teams were professional, they stayed on budget, they didn’t argue id I asked them to redo something. We had a few big hiccups that weren’t their fault and they rolled with it and were easy to work with.

Drew and his friend were awesome. I have them come mow my grass once a week and the other day they put in an amazing chain-link fence in my backyard. Good guys hard workers easy to work with. I’ll go with them every time.

A Fantastic Experience with Garrett and All States Landscaping

I am absolutely thrilled with the work Garrett and his team at All States Landscaping did for us! Our front yard was in dire need of attention, and they transformed it into a beautiful, fun zeroscaped design that perfectly reflects our personalities. We absolutely love the rocks they used, which add such a natural, yet striking element to the space. One of the highlights is the paw designs they were able to incorporate—it’s such a fun and personal touch that we adore.

They did xeriscaping in my front yard 2 years ago in the summer, at first I thought it was great and they had done a really good job. however, by the next spring the yard was covered in weeds. Ken, the owner, has very poor customer service, he would never answered the phone, never officially told me that it would be covered under the warranty until one day I was told they were on their way to the house, of which I was renting and needed to give the renters notice.

While they did pound the metal back down, removed the weeds and prayed weed killer, the same issue repeated again this spring. My mother and I spent 16 hours removing the weeds this time, only to find there was at least 1-2 inches of dirt with the red rock, where there should have been 2-3 inches of just rock, thus why the weeds were able to take root and grow.

When I contacted Ken this year, it was again via text, and he said they had fulfilled the warranty obligation. But if something continues to happen year after year then it isn't resolved!

Watch them, make sure they don't add dirt to your rocks to save themselves money by not having to give you as much rock as you paid for. My rocks were supposed to come washed and polished. You can clearly see in the pictures that wasn't the case for the red rock because that's where the weeds grow, you'll notice they hardly grow in the other rock colors.

I will never use them again for my other properties.

Just finished a large backyard project with All States Landscaping. We're very happy with the results and love our new backyard.

We went with All States looking for one company that could coordinate everything from start to finish and they delivered. Ken and his company do great work.

From design to completion, everything was coordinated and managed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Our project manager, Mauricio, was fantastic - always there for questions and checking in to make sure the project was on track. I was really impressed with the work crews. They did outstanding work start to finish.

After finishing a major backyard project with All States a year and a half ago, we had them add a custom rock bubbler and water fountain to our backyard along with some other work this summer.

The final product looks amazing. So happy with All States. They care about quality and back up their work.

Our project manager Mauricio and his team have earned our trust and I appreciate their communication and collaboration. After reviewing my original ideas we made a few changes for the better, including adding accent lighting and changing the water fountain to a custom rock build.

It looks so good. Was all done professionally and within our planned budget.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our backyard project! From the very beginning, the planning process was excellent. Doug, the foreman, provided outstanding leadership and guidance, while Greg brought incredible vision through detailed 3D landscaping plans. Greg not only helped transform our waterfall into a natural, stunning focal point, but also shaped the paver design in a way that added an extra touch of beauty we hadn’t even imagined.

The paver installation was seamless and impressive, with precise cuts around boulders and curved areas. Luiz and his crew were equally fantastic, carefully placing each boulder in the waterfall to maximize both the sound and the visual impact. Doug’s knowledge of plants and trees was invaluable, helping us choose the right mix for the look and feel we wanted.

While Allstate came in a little higher than some of our other bids, the quality of the work and peace of mind that comes with hiring an established, reputable company made it well worth it. They were also reliable about follow-up and fixing any issues that came up.

Communication on timing and some details wasn’t always perfect, but everything was always corrected promptly. Having gone through construction and remodel projects, my 5-star ratings come down to one question: did the final result exceed expectations? In this case, it’s an enthusiastic YES—the backyard turned out even better than we imagined.
