Reviews of local pros in Draper, Utah

Trevin did an exemplary job proving a yearly maintenance exam of the generator including oil filter and oil refill. He also checked the spark plugs and did gap adjustment for smoother startup and operation.

KAYLUB IS AN AMAZING ELECTRICIAN I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND HIM AND THIS COMPANY.

Fast service. Friendly. Cleaned up after they did work.

Timely and professional!

Knowledgeable, friendly people who follow through on their commitments.

This company is very professional and their work is great. Very clean with the wiring and they are thorough with the job. Their bids are well written and explained.

Amazing company! Put in a home generator for me. Very happy with how the job looks! They know how to do things the correct way!

Steve provided great service for our backup power generator.

Excellent service for my 30 KVA generator for the house. Have the generator serviced annually by American Electric, highly recommended!

AEC installed our generac generator last year. They just completed the first year's service. Always professional and courteous service.

The generator has been trouble free. Fortunately we have not had power outages to see it in action.
Steve who has been doing our service is great to work with.

American Electric is the BEST! Steve is so dependable, so responsive and very skilled! I’m grateful for the outstanding service he provides - always! I have such peace of mind knowing I am in good hands. This is a real blessing to me! Thanks!!!

Just wanted to thank American Electric Company and Jermey for the excellent installation and service they have provided over the last 4 years for my Generac generator
Jermey has done a phenomenal job on servicing my generater by checking all the systems both mechanical and electrical
Most impressive to me is checking the valve lifters for proper clearance.
His attention to detail makes the service charge very affordable for the service that my generator receives.
Thanks again Jermey for the great work!

Respectfully
Steve Schiele

We are very happy with the service Jeremy and Steve gave us on our Generac. They were so thorough. We are sticking with them. Very personable and explained very easily what they were doing

Jeremy showed up in a snow storm to service the generator. He’s always ready to do his job and he does it well. We can always count on him and the crew at American Electric for great quality work.

Great company! Very timely service and their expertise is evident in their work. They were flexible with my schedule and even gave great suggestions when we were trying to decide what work to have done. I would recommend them to anyone.

American Electric has taken good care of our generator. Their annual service keeps things running smoothly. And when we ran out of propane they helped us get the generator up and running again quickly.

Jeremy and his crew did a fabulous job. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. Jeremy came up with ideas that 3 other companies overlooked when they submitted a bid - resulting in saving us money and providing a more complete job. We were impressed with Jeremy so much that we have already hired him for another project.

Our technician from American Electric came by to do the annual service on our Generac — he is always knowledgeable and professional! We appreciate Steve’s thorough evaluation and recommendation to remove mulch around the Generac because “the beast” sucks in the mulch which can gum up the unit (we’ve already contracted to have the mulch removed and replaced with decorative rock!!) 10 out of 10 stars for Steve and American Electric!

The person doing the maintenance came out quickly from the time I paid for The service and the email with all the work done was very informative, and we are satisfied!

Thank you for the great service you have provided me and my family over the past 10 years. My 22 kw Generac Generator has been cared for with the help and support of your highly skilled staff. Keep up the outstanding support!
