Anthony was awesome! He showed up right on time, walked me through the pricing so there were no surprises, and got everything done quickly without any disruptions. Super easy to talk to and just a really pleasant guy to work with. Highly recommend if you need electrical work done!

Colton and Elliot came to our home and they could not have been better!! They were so nice and so professional and we got the best 2 guys possible. They were truly amazing and we highly recommend them to anybody and everybody!🙂

Called this morning for an issue with our fire alarm. They were super nice to work with. Jake came out same day and showed up promptly at the time they said he would. He did a great job detecting the issue which ended up being a faulty fire alarm system.

Elliot and Anthony did a great job finishing a complex job in a day, Anthony even stayed late (with his supervisor I believe?) to make sure the job got done. The project included replacing most of the outlets and switches in the home to aluminum compatible devices, along with a new electrical panel. The day after, Elliot came back (with another electrician whose name I forgot) to label the panel and fix any mishaps that we noticed.

Would be a 5 star review if they cleaned up a little better after themselves and, at the very least, told us about breaking a family souvenir from Peru. We found the souvenir placed back on the shelf it likely fell from and still finding pieces of copper lying around the house, which is a concern with little ones running around the house.

Overall, satisfied with the services and professional demeanor of both Elliot and Anthony. Just a little disappointed about the broken souvenir.

Preston & Matthew took care of the electrical issues in just a few hours. Everything was explained so it was understood. Thank you for good service. Matthew finished up the electrical panel. When I got back he had the installation completed. The price listed below is not the amount I paid. It came to $5279. It did in include a house surge protector.

I had Mr. Sparky come out after purchasing a home to address a few minor items noted on our inspection. After a walkthrough, the technician did not provide an estimate for the specific work I requested. Instead, he presented a quote for $30,000 that included replacing smoke detectors that were only 5 years into their 10-year lifespan and changing out every outlet in the home.

He repeatedly framed these recommendations as serious safety concerns and strongly implied that not doing this work would put my family at risk, which felt extremely pressuring and fear-based. He even stated that if it were his own family, he would absolutely do the work to keep them safe.

Concerned, I had two independent electricians come out afterward. Both confirmed that the house was safe, that the majority of the recommended work was unnecessary, and neither shared the same safety concerns. They completed the actual needed work for under $1,000.

I find Mr. Sparky’s pricing to be wildly excessive and, more importantly, their sales approach unethical. Using fear about a family’s safety to push a $30,000 job that multiple professionals later confirmed was unnecessary is not acceptable. I would not recommend this company and would encourage others to get second opinions before proceeding with work

Elliott came out for the initial consultation, and was very thorough in his analysis and explanation. He was very frank about what we did or did not actually need, and how much each option would be. Payton came the next day to install, and did top notch work, and had the same informative and thorough attitude.

I'm thrilled with Mister Sparky! Elliot came out promptly and fixed my lighting issue—when I turn on my bedroom light, the loft lights used to flicker. He quickly eased my concerns, was professional and friendly, explained every step, and had it fixed in no time. Highly recommend!

I was having a lot of electrical problems at my condo. I contacted Mr. Sparky and they sent out Peyton Shields. He came on a Saturday and explained everything and fixed all the problems. Im very happy with the outcome!

I wasnt going to leave a review but after being harassed twice for a review I’ll be happy to share that the tech that came out to my house, Matthew, was pushy and way more Interested in Sales than helping me with my actual issue. He gave me a 45 minute spiel about options I didn’t need, one of them costing almost $30k. I would not recommend this company. I literally needed a light switch removed and a thermostat relocated. Found someone else that did the work in an hour and charged less than half of what this guy quoted me.

Ryan is very flexible, kind, and friendly. He went above and beyond, stopping by twice a day to fix our electrical problem! Our doorbell hadn’t worked for half a year, and we finally realized it was a wiring issue. This company offered us an affordable price to get it fixed. We are happy to call them again if we have other problems :)

He showed up on time, did a good job of planning the work, was quiet, quick and professional. The problem was solved, minor and unavoidable Sheetrock openings were minimized, and the circuits were operating when he finished. Multiple options were presented and one was as chosen, the billing was done as he left. A generally pleasant experience!

Great service! I will definitely use them again. Anthony was very professional and did the job 110%. He made sure everything was done. Everything. He did not complain when I asked questions and made sure I was taken care of. Great job! Can’t wait to tell other that need help!

This place is great. We had an emergency at our home and within two days Payton and his group refit our whole home and changed a panel. My family feels safe again and I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of the team. This has been an incredible experience.

When you need an electrician, you’re not just hiring someone to “fix a thing”, you’re trusting them with the safety of your home. Sooooo I was stressed out of my mind before I gave these guys a call. I had accidentally cut a wire, had legit safety concerns, was confused about what needed to be done, and honestly had some baggage from past bad experiences with home service companies (including the fear that the price was about to be insane).

From the first interaction, that stress dropped immediately. Their response time was instant, and Anthony was the electrician who came out (within the hour!!!), and wow. This guy knows his stuff and knows how to treat people. He fixed the issue quickly, made everything look great, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt talked down to or rushed. He walked me through exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and made sure I felt comfortable/confident the whole time.

He was super respectful (shoe protectors on the floors, super professional but personable, incredibly friendly) and you could just tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right. He even took time to pet my German Shepherd, which immediately earned bonus points. On top of fixing the grounding wire I accidentally cut, he walked me through the wiring and safety pieces in my home and gave me an inspection report.

Now I feel so much more confident and at ease. The outlets look fantastic, everything feels safe, and I have zero anxiety knowing I can call these guys again when I need them. Homeownership is way less stressful when you know you’ve got a pro like Anthony and the Mister Sparky team on speed dial.
(Mister Sparky whatever you are doing to hire people like Anthony, KEEP DOING THAT.)

I will 100% use them again and will absolutely be that type of person who tells all my friends and family they must use these guys. First-time homeowners, long-time homeowners, busy people, people with safety concerns, people who don’t know anything about electrical work (and even people who do); call these guys. If you’ve been hesitant to find the right electrician, this is your sign! They’ll knock it out of the park for you.

I looked for a quote on Angie’s List for a ceiling fan install and Mister Sparky were the most-communicative and straightforward with their safety inspections and quoting. Elliot came out and did the quote and helped break down what I needed and some safety and quality of life upgrades, then helped explain my choices.
They offered to do the work same day which was convenient. I opted to take some time to think about it and scheduled for a week or so later.
On the day of our appointment, I did need to call and make sure they were still coming as I didn’t get any confirmation. They let me know they were running a little late but assured me they were on their way. The manager called an hour later and explained a job was going longer than planned to address some safety concerns, but someone was still coming. 3 hours after the original appointment window, I got a call asking to reschedule.
They were really nice to work with, and a little more communication would have been appreciated. Kyle and Robin came out to do the job and they were very communicative and respectful. They did a really clean job installing the ceiling fans. They made sure I saw how everything worked and pointed out an issue with the fan I bought so I could work out the warranty. After they left, I realized a three way switch wasn’t wired the way I expected, but I think that’s an easy fix. Overall, I would recommend them for quality of work, timing, and customer satisfaction.

Colin was friendly and seemed competent. He fave several options for the project I want to complete. He explained what he was doing as we went through the process.

The task at hand was to replace nine three-way switches. And in addition to that, I got the full shake down of everything that needed to be replaced in my house and the option of doing this would be $32,000. Needless to say, I just wanted him to replace nine three-way switches. I was running thin on patience. I am happy with the work he did, nonetheless. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Just didn’t like the shakedown.
