I am selling my condo and my agent recommended Pando Plumbing to take care of some plumbing issues that came up on the inspection. Kyle and Austin came out and not only did they fix the issues quickly and easily, they were able to troubleshoot an issue that came up with their ability to swap out some plumbing because of the vanity that we had installed. They gave me options and handled the issue while maintaining the esthetics of the vanity. Everything came out looking great and they saved me a tremendous amount of time and money with their quick thinking. They were also such a pleasure to work with. So friendly and funny. They made me feel at ease with them right away. I love them so much that Pando will now be my go-to for all of my plumbing needs in my new home.

Pando Plumbing came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Jeff and his crew installed a water softener in our home. They were on time, tidy, professional, and explained the process as they went. They did not attempt to up-sell us on anything--which was a welcome relief. He also made some minor adjustments to our overall system so that we would have the right water pressure. Chris, the dispatcher did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of when Jeff would arrive and answered all of our questions. We continue to use Pando for our yearly tankless water flush service. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Pando plumbing sent Kyle and Austin out to take care of several jobs at my house. They fixed a leaky sink, installed a new shower insert, repaired two hose bibs and replaced the cold water valve in my laundry room. They were very professional, efficient and courteous! They were able to get all of the work done very quickly and everything looks and works great! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I woke up to water dripping from our basement ceiling and called Chris at 6:00AM She had her guys at my house that morning. They took great care of our place, kept us informed on everything that was happening and fixed our problem at a very reasonable rate. I was so thrilled with the professionalism and thoughtfulness that these craftsmen displayed. They came out to give an estimate (they were very late, coming from another appointment, but the phone correspondent was very active at giving me updates) and were able to look at all everything, and thoughtfully consider what needed to be done depending on the life of certain appliances and long-term vs short-term advantages (relating all the information to me, allowing me to decide how I wanted to proceed). When they came out several days later, one of the plumbers was nervous he may have given me some faulty advice, he expressed his concerns and proceeded to examine our utility closet with the furnace and water heater. He was then relieved to know that he had not told me incorrectly. I thought the gesture and concern to double check admirably showed the care toward the accuracy of his word. The plumbers did a beautiful job. I was so excited with the work they did, including the thoughtfulness as to how to mount things to the wall in case we had to replace the wall in the near future. Their work was beautiful and laid out cleanly. I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and educate me (because I am interested in plumbing) on various aspects of our new "fixer upper" house. They even went out of their way to fix our furnace's condensation pipe (I think that's what it is) which the previous owner had tried to hold together with tape. A small gesture that probably took them hardly a minute, for which they did not seek any acclaim and I only noticed after. Thank you Pando Plumbing!!!!

There's nothing worse than a plumbing issue on the weekend. We have used Pando before to install a tankless water heater and today they responded within 30 minute to our issue. Jeff was professional, skilled and so easy to work with. He solved our issue and the water is on in our house. So was Bailee in the office. Great company.

BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER! Over the past 67 years of owning the same home, we have dealt with many contractors including plumbers. We are so lucky to have had PANDO recommended to us by our contractor about 5 years ago! They are extremely good at what they do….from Chris, the office personal/scheduler to Jeff, the owner/head plumber to every other plumber of theirs that has been in our house ( mostly all family). They are all so professional and friendly and they really know what they are doing. They are very clean, picking up after themselves. They all actually care about their great customer service.
