I will be recommending Panda Plumbing to anyone who will listen! When looking for a plumbing company I searched online and read the reviews that Panda had. Their online booking system was the best I have ever used. Super easy, auto fill, able to take a video of the issue, etc.

I am as picky or high maintenance as they come…. They showed up right on time removed his shoes identified the problems, fixed them quickly and easily. Anyone else would have known that I am not well-versed and likely would have told me I needed a new garbage disposal for the sink and a new hose for my showerhead and a new drain for the bathtub. And the truth is, I would’ve happily paid it to have resolved. At the end, I asked if I paid him or if someone would be sending me an invoice. He said, “Oh, I’m not going to bill you… This was fun and easy for me.” I insisted I needed to pay as any other company would’ve charged me at least a service fee! He said, “ just the next time you have an issue, please use us.” I’ve already told a group of guys that I work with that if they have any plumbing issues, I have an honest company that will treat them right.

I wish all service companies cared as much about their name, branding and reputation as much as Panda. I simply cannot say enough, good things about them…

They are always so professional, kind, and understanding. I have never truly felt like a plumber had my best interests at heart, until we went with Pando Plumbing several years ago. Their work is so clean and they explain everything they are doing so you are on the same page! Please, please, PLEASE call them if you're in need. You won't regret it! They are incredibly honest and will do the best plumbing for your home.

Everyone was not only professional but truly cared about putting me at ease, which was important to me as my sump pump failed and my basement was flooding.

We deduced that the sump pump was fried and to instead reach out to the installer, who is replacing it for free due to warranty. The check was thorough and quick.

I called Pando about a basement pipe leak ... drip. They were quick to answer their phone, and they were able to schedule a free estimate the next day. Their Tech, Jeff, was prompt and friendly. His estimate was reasonable, and he completed the needed repair both quickly and professionally! I will definitely continue to use Pando for my plumbing needs.

Jeff came to repair a constantly "running" Toto toilet today and the visit went perfectly! From Chris, who set up my appointment and kept me informed of details and time along the way , to Jeff, the plumber, who was aptly qualified with many years of experience. He was personable, informative, respectful and honest and I am so appreciative I have found this wonderful professional company with whom to do business when the need arises. Jeff did a great job finding the source of our leak and was efficient with his skilled professional labor. He also consistently kept us informed of what he would need to do. I would highly recommend Jeff's services for future work!

Kyle did a Great job fixing the waterline to my refrigerator. They actually put in a better sturdy line and installed a shut off valve behind the fridge which was removed by a contractor a few years ago. I feel confident I will no longer have leaks behind my fridge. I highly recommend Pando Plumbing.

Austin and Kyle did a great job of diagnosing my shower leak. When told that it would flood the floor below when turned on, they protected the floor with a drop cloth and turned it on for just enough time to actually see the leak themselves and evaluate it. They also cut a hole (at no charge) and verified that there were no pipes leaking. In the end the leak was in the shower unit itself and they found it just by close observation. In other words, they were thoroughly attentive and professional. Will definitely turn to Pando Plumbing next time I have a plumbing issue.

Pando just earned a new lifetime customer. Jeff was very pleasant and got to our house quick after a weekend plumbing emergency. The pricing was super reasonable. I also appreciated that when I called, I got to speak with a real person not an AI machine. Pando couldn’t have done a better job for us.

KYLE Christiansen from Pando Plumbing, did a great job listening to my concerns and problem solving my anticipated future issues with my system. He and his companion were great to work with, we're respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. I also needed assistance in a timely fashion due to Aurbnb bookings I have to honor in this space affected in my home. They worked to fit me in sooner so I would not have to cancel on guests coming from out of town.

I love that I found Pando! They are one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with and appreciate how helpful, knowledgeable, and professional they are. They always do well by me and it’s nice to be able to trust a company! Recently had our very old water heater go out. They come over gave me some great options and patiently and kindly answered all my questions and concerns. Ultimately, we ended up getting a tankless water heater installed. Really happy with the service provided by their team. They fixed a dripping kitchen faucet that had been bothering us for weeks. The repair was fast and effective.

Water began dripping from a pipe joint in the utility room. I contacted a plumber for assistance. The faulty joint was repaired and the leak stopped.

I contacted a plumbing technician after noticing moisture around the pipe joints. The plumber replaced a worn gasket and sealed the connection properly. The cabinet area is completely dry now.

Our shower faucet had started leaking around the handle. The technician opened the fixture and replaced the worn seal. After the repair he tested the water flow several times. Everything is working perfectly now.
