We called at 6am. Mic was great! She let us know the cost and time difference between an emergency call and a non-emergency call. She was light hearted and funny during an incredibly stressful situation.

Preston and Jake were here by 8:30. They looked at everything and explained our current electrical portfolio really well and answered all the questions we had. They gave us 3 options of varying cost and altered those quotes when we asked. They were friendly and professional and promised to have our power restored the same day.

Parker, Brendan, Isaac, and Adam came out and did all the work. They were very professional and got the job completed in a timely manner. They made sure everything was working, cleaned up before they left, and made sure to answer any follow up questions.

Overall, Mr. Sparky was great to work with and we will definitely be calling them for any future electrical needs.

Brendon and his apprentices do great work. I have enjoyed having him working on this project. He is great to communicate with, answers any of my questions and does amazing and very high quality work. I couldn’t have been more dissatisfied. For a simple plug installation in my garage for an EV I had received 3 separate quotes, 2 electricians were below 1500, and Mister Sparky came in with 3 different quotes between $6k - $20k before financing, and up to $60k after financing for 15 years. $6k was for the plug install, and the other quotes were for additional misc services they had noticed. Keep in mind - my home is 20 years old and I was told by Mister Sparky that my home was in great shape and very few electrical issues compared with other homes he frequents - good heavens…

Other electricians came and left within 30 mins, Mister Sparky told me that they would provide a free safety inspection (not optional). 90 mins later they provide their ludicrous quotes.

After leaving I come downstairs to discover ripped paint, missing bolts from the electrical panel they had to remove for “safety inspection”. I cannot fathom why anyone would use this company for anything.

Had Matthew out to the house. Great guy and super nice and talked me through everything. Gave me a couple options and didn’t push me, just wanted to make my house safe. Top notch!
Then I had Bridger out to do the work. Communicated great.
Not sure how expensive it is compared to other. But very satisfied with the care and professionalism. They take care of you.

The power went out to half our home unexpectedly at about 3:00 in the morning. Unfortunately, that also included the heater. We dealt with it until morning, and then called Mr. Sparky. The person we talked to was very helpful, and they were able to come out right away. Our home is older, and I've had concerns about our electrical panel for a while. As expected, the panel is pretty much shot and has to be replaced. The technician was patient, explain everything in great detail, and offered us multiple pricing and replacement / repair options that we were able to choose from.

Once the work started we were very impressed with the competence, professionalism, friendliness, and patience of everyone with whom we interacted. The project was extensive and went over several days (not complaining, they made our house perfectly safe, and the previous electrical system was a mess!). Our project lead was Bridger Shields and he was amazing! He explained everything so clearly over the course of the project, and we really came to trust him greatly. We met a quite a few folks during the process, including Preston, Brendan, and Parker, and even the apprentices Issac, Adam, and Jaden. Everyone was awesome, and we are super-happy with the end result. The peace of mind we now have is hard to put a value on.

Can you guess that we highly recommend Mr. Sparky for any electrical work? :) And ask for Bridger when you call -- you won't be disappointed!

Kyle and his crew were amazing. They had to travel several hours to come to my house and my daughter's houses for electrical work close to Price, UT. They were professional, courteous and easy to work with. They completed a very long and complicated rewire at my daughters home in a reasonable time. They had to work with small town electric and such for permits in record time. I am very pleased and impressed with them. I highly recommend them for any electrical job. They went above and beyond to make us happy customers.

Bobby was amazing, he explained everything to me so that I understood, he worked hard to help me get the financing, everything I needed to get the job done, he was so good to me and I knew that I had someone who was really working hard to take care of me, looking out for me, I felt so relieved when he and I finished because I knew he had done everything possible in watching out for and taking care of me. Kyle arrived and was awesome, explained everything to me, got everything needed and went to work doing an amazing job. Nothing here is easy but he worked till he got it all working, he put everything back together as it was and left my home clean and back together. I will continue to work with these guys for all my future work needed and will highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. I cannot say thank you strongly enough or express just how great these guys are, I felt truly cared for and taken care of.

Elliot is a wonderful tech. Explains everything clearly and is very polite. He lets you know what needs to be done but doesn't pressure you.
Found out we had star wars in common and we were talking light sabers so I had to have a photo taken with them. Just goes to show how relaxed and personable they are but also professional in the work.

PANDO PLUMBING is, in a word, AMAZING!! I don't recall exactly how I found them, but I have had three experiences with PANDO so far, and they are the ONLY plumbers I will use or recommend. They are HONEST to a fault so I would never worry about being overcharged by them. Let me illustrate: My first experience with PANDO was when I had installed a new faucer and matching drain poppet in my bathroom. I got two of them installed on other sinks and all was fine, but this one I could not get the drain to not leak and the poppet would not seal. I called PANDO and they came out, took a look, got some tools, and had it working in literally about three minutes. I asked how much I owed them and he said "Nothing." Not even a service call fee or something? "No, just keep us in mind. DONE. Next I wanted to install a slop sink in my garage. They came out and after looking it over said they couldn't do it because there was no way to do what I wanted without violating the building code. INTEGRITY!!! Finally, I had another small problem that looked to me like the beginning of a catastrophe. My garden hose would not come off the spigot no matter how much I tried, and I have some really BIG channellock pliers and I still couldn't get it. In fact, I crushed the hose nut onto the spigot! I thought we would have to knock a hole in the wall and replace the whole spigot. Jeff from PANDO came out, got some tools and while it took a little time and a lot of effort, he had the hose off of the spigot in about 10 minutes. GUESS WHAT? NO CHARGE! HOLY COW!! I'm telling you, you cannot go wrong with PANDO. I would hate to think that as a result of my experiences above someone would try to take advantage of PANDO, but they are the most honest, professional and esay to work with tradespeople I have ever encountered - including Chris in the office who not only works to get your help to you as soon as possible, she also keeps you informed of when they are on their way, and more. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY AND TEAM!

Pando plumbing are the only ones I trust with our plumbing needs. They are quick, fair, never try to upsell and overcharge, and have been nothing but the utmost professional to deal with. I first had to call them after my father passed away and the sump pump he had installed flooded my basement. Pando came out quickly, made the repairs, found me a restoration contractor and set that all up as well. I couldn't believe it! They are amazing.

Pando plumbing is an outstanding and reliable company. They are always extremely reliable, timely, professional and great communicators. Plus their service is top notch. I would recommend Pando to anyone and everyone. I have never had a better and more honest plumber than Pando.

Pando was a breath of fresh air after a long string of frustrating experiences with other vendors and contractors. Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had our issue resolved quickly. I would definitely call them again for future needs, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

One word…HONEST!! I would 100% recommend calling Pando. Jeff came to give me a free estimate, my situation required him to refer me to someone else for other work. I told him I wanted to make sure he got in on the job and he told me he wasn’t worried about that he just wanted my problem to get fixed! Also he came up with great solutions for my problem can’t thank him enough.

Since I now get an insane amount of spam asking me to review them, I will. They were nice when they came out to bid our project. However, we had pre-purchased all of the items that we wanted installed and they kept seeing how crappy they were and then they were going to give us bids for their products even though we did an extensive amount of research trying to figure out what the best products were based on customer reviews. They weren’t interested in bidding our project they wanted to do a bunch of different things that we didn’t even ask them to. I had three other plumbers come in bid and none of them suggested these things and I asked several after Pandos bid and see if they would do those and they said no. Their bid was four times the price of any other company and when I told them this, they ghosted me yet I still get all their spam.

The guys at Panda Plumbing were excellent to work with. Kyle and Austin installed a new water heater for us and were professional, hardworking, and extremely pleasant to be around. Will definitely hire again!
