Method always does a great job! Gave us a great price when we needed a new system 8 years ago and still kept up with the warranty to fix a problem this visit. Highly recommend them!

Rory stopped by to give an estimate to replace our whole home humidifier. He was very professional and explained the installation process and their install queue. I will definitely consider doing business with Rory and Method if their quote is competitive. Still in the evaluation process.

As a real estate agent representing a buyer, they requested a thorough inspection of the furnace and AC. The serviceman arrived on time, was prompt, professional, and very thorough. Carter came out to help us after another company messed up and didn't fix our gas leak. We were pretty gunshy at that point, but Carter fixed the leaky part, went above and beyond redoing some of the neighboring pipe connections, and was actually triple-checked for leaks, to put our minds at ease. Very good experience!

We used Method Air for a heating tune up. While doing the tune up, Carter found a leak that was causing a ton of rust and build up of building supplies that was causing our unit to overheat. Carter was able to stay and fix the problems and did a great job! We plan on calling Method Air in the future if we have problems.

Needed a new furnace and Method came in at almost half the cost of a large competitor. Everyone we dealt with in person or over the phone was amazing. Merl did the install and was prompt, courteous and professional. He even took the time to repair what the original contractor had messed up. We are in the process of building a new home and will not hesitate to use Method for all HVAC work.

Update: The owner reached out to me and talked to me about my concerns. A tech came out to clean the outdoor AC unit again and it looks a lot better now. I appreciated the communication and the redone work.

Since the time I bought the yearly membership last year they doubled their price of the two yearly tuneups. Way too expensive now. They came out to do the AC tuneup and I had them clean out all the debris from the outdoor AC unit (an additional $260) and the unit still had debris and spider webs in it after they cleaned it. Probably won’t affect performance but for that kind of price I would expect the unit to be clean. Didn’t renew my membership, doesn’t seem worth it.

My heating went out recently and I decided to contact Method Air to fix it. Rory was very friendly and made sure he knew exactly what my concerns and problems were regarding my heating system. He was thorough in checking everything to see what could be causing the problem. He gave me frequent updates about the progress he was making and informed of what he thought the issues were. When it came time to pay, he laid out exactly how much everything would cost and assured me this should fix the problems that my system was having. I'm very grateful to Rory and Method Air for their exceptional service! I will be sure to use them again if I run into any more issues.

We had a great service experience with Rory. Learned a lot too and will definitely get future services from this company. And he even wore shoe covers! Couldn’t have been a nicer and easier process. Very professional and the work was top notch.

Technician was polite; I approved the repair upfront.
Charged $350 ($159 diagnostic + labor) for a $10 thermocouple that takes 15 minutes to replace on an old wall furnace. Unit still doesn't work and I have no diagnostic on what's actually wrong.
After that simple fix didn't work, they demanded more money and pushed a new unit.
Going with another company. Local Draper shops (The HVAC Guys, Aire Serv) waive diagnostic fees if repair proceeds. This company does not.

Leo was great! Was very friendly and found the problem right away. Was not pushy and explained what other things we should do to make our air conditioner more efficient. I never felt pressured and took his recommendations. In the end it was a fair price and what we were expecting. We signed up for the maintenance program. Thank you for your help!
