Dave has been great, He installed a complete new system in my home and it is awesome. We are finnishing my mothers basement and Dave did all the ductwork in one day. I recommend him to everyone.

Dave is the best HVAC technician ever! He’s replaced my AC and he also replaced the entire system in my son’s home. He communicates and sets reasonable expectations. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything works well for years to come!

Dave is the best! I’m VERY particular about who is in my home and Dave instantly makes me feel like he’s an old family friend. He really knows his stuff when it comes to anything AC or heating and is VERY quick to respond to help you out. He has gone out of his way to make sure my family had cool air blowing in the hot summer months and is also extremely trust worthy and I don’t throw that around usually when it comes to contractors. He’s an all around great person who is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met when it comes to your heating and cooling system. I couldn’t recommend Dave and this company any more!

Dave came out super fast on a Sunday morning. Our furnace was not staying lit. He diagnosed and cleaned the furnace and it stayed working. Very friendly and accommodating. He didn't want to charge me for parts that we didn't need. THANK you! I would definitely recommend and call DSI again!

The service was excellent. I called at 6:00AM they answered and made an appointment for me first thing in the morning. They repaired my air conditioner. Dave was great to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Performance Heating and Air. I was meet with friendly professional service.They were extremely accommodating to get me schedule same day. They had great communication via text to let me know when I was scheduled for and when they were enroute. David Sackett was able to arrive early, identified the problem and had everything to fix it quickly. He clearly communicated what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and how much it would cost. I knew what to expect and approve of the services I was receiving before they were performed. They had several payment options including Venmo which made the transaction seamless. I will use them in the future for all of my heating and AC needs and highly recommend them.

Our AC was running but not cooling the house. Dave responded quickly when I reached out about an appointment. He even showed up early. I showed him the AC. He quickly diagnosed the most likely cause of what was going on and initiated the fix. After multiple nights of sweating ourselves to sleep, we now have fully functioning AC. Highly recommended!

Dave is the best. He is honest and came to our rescue within 24 hours. I had different HVAC person come out a quote me $1200 for a part that was “blown”. I called Dave after DSI came highly recommended by my mother. She said he was extremely dependable and didn't want to charge an arm and a leg like the other companies she had dealt with here in the SL valley. My mother was absolutely right. My AC was in dire need of replacing and I was prepared to to get it done, but Dave was able to keep my dying 20+ year old AC unit running to get us through the last bit of last summer knowing it would save us quite a bit of money if we waited until well after the summer to replace it. It is so nice to deal with an honest, trustworthy company and individual like Dave and DSI who are there to make sure you are taken care of rather than just someone who is there to take your money! I naturally called Dave towards the end of winter and had him do the install of my new HVAC system and know that anytime I need this system to be serviced, I will only call DSI.

The furnace stopped working at my 81-year-old mom’s condo in the middle of a 20-degree night. I found Dave because of these reviews, and every positive thing people have said is absolutely true. He answered my call at 7am, was there by noon to look at it, made some adjustments and analyzed the result of each one, and then explained it to me in plain English. He was honest and said he really didn’t know what the problem was but that he got it working after he disconnected and reconnected a few things. The furnace is 20+ years old, so I asked him for a quote on a new one. He quoted a price for a furnace plus an A/C unit that was equal to what we’d gotten for just a furnace previously. He said he could install it in 5 days and that he’d come back if the old one stopped before then. He got it installed and running and will be back in early spring to fill the A/C with Freon. I highly recommend Dave for his skill, punctuality, dependability, communication, and organization. Use him - you won’t be disappointed!

We finally found someone who is honest and excellent. We had a different company install our furnace and AC through a home warranty and it was installed incorrectly. Dave came in and diagnose the issue within mins and solved it quickly. He was honest and is incredibly fair on pricing. Great guy and a great business.

Our heat stopped working Christmas Eve at 4pm. This angel of a human not only answered his phone but proceeded to walk me through troubleshooting my heater. He was making candy bags to prep hosting Christmas Eve at his home! He stayed on the phone with me until I confirmed that my heater was again working. I could cry thinking of his genuine kindness again right now. THANK YOU! I cannot recommend him, his honesty, and his HVAC expertise enough.

We got home from vacation and our air conditioner was out. David was over the next day, determined what was wrong and fixed it. Great service at a reasonable price. Will use him and his team in the future.

If you want someone responsive, trustworthy, and hardworking, Dave is your guy. He has come to fix a few things at our home and has done a great job each time. He responds quickly to questions and requests, fits you in to the schedule as soon as he can, and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Can't recommend Dave enough.
