My place looks and feels so clean! Fast service, thorough and totally worth the money

It is so nice to come home to a clean house. The teams have been doing a great job on my home cleaning. They get alot done in 2 hours, bring all their own equipment, are prompt to let me know if they are running a little late due to traffic or bad weather. They do everything on the checklist for the plan I selected, plus add special touches like cute towel folding in the bathrooms, toilet paper & tissue box folding, empty all trash bins, run the dishwasher & straightening all my decorative pillows!

I'm surprised this company has such a high avg rating because they were not that great. We tried them with a one time special and the workers have a pretty half-hearted effort and seemed very rushed trying to get out of here. They were late but they did let me know about 30 mins beforehand so that was nice. My wife said only 1 of the 2 spoke English and it was hard to communicate to her. Our shower looks like it wasn't even touched, we've only had the glass in for less than a month so it wasn't dirty. Easy to tell it wasn't cleaned because the 1 spot that was on it was still there. They also didn't dust everything in our bedroom, you can see our headboard in the pictures was obviously skipped. Their vacuum didn't seem to pickup stuff well. We definitely won't be return customers. It was a bummer when I came home from work and I couldn't even tell they had come. The only thing that was obvious was our bathroom counters and toilets. They definitely missed stuff that was listed as included.

Adobe House Cleaning has impressed me thoroughly. Their communication is second to none! I’ve had the worst luck with cleaners in the past. Adobe took the guess work out as far as scheduling the process and the options. The humans they sent did an EXCELLENT job. They were on time, thorough, kind and were able to clean stuff off my walls that I couldn’t after many attempts! I’m so impressed and satisfied in all the ways. I signed up for their reoccurring program!!! EXCITED!! 🤩

We had a team do a deep clean on our home following a remodel. Our bathrooms and kitchen are sparkling, and the rest of the house feels welcoming and ready for us to put things back into place. My husband works from home, and they were so careful not to disturb him that he barely knew they were here. Highly recommended!!

Every single time they came out to clean, they would either not do my bathroom floors or do my kitchen floors. I always had issues with my house not being clean! Not one single person that works for this company can speak English, It made communication impossible!!! Also I had quite a few items in my home, Broken!!!

Always a delight having the crews from Adobe come clean our home. Worth every penny. Pictures don’t even do justice for the piece of mind this gave me.

Three thoughtful and thorough cleaners showed up to my home to do a move-in move out cleaning. I am delighted with their work. Everything that was promised was accomplished. I am very, very happy with their work.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with the cleaning itself was good, but those women that are cleaning for them are not Treated well I even had one of the girls that works for them trying to give me to have her come back and clean for me not under the company. They’re back in. Service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with the guy who runs the place threatened all sorts of legal action. When there was a miscommunication about payment I sent them a check twice they claim they didn’t receive it and wanted to get paid that day so I had to cancel two checks. They then sent me a notification that I was gonna have to pay almost triple the amount if I didn’t do it on a debit or credit card which I had to pay a processing fee, never do business with this company. They will jerk you around and mess with the bill and harass you via text email and phone call consistently and never admit to their wrongdoing. If I could give these guys a zero star for their professionalism I would and also how they treat their employees.

Excellent experience with Abode! The team showed up to my house early, which was greatly appreciated and worked hard the entire time they were in my home while I worked in my office. Bianca and Amanda were INCREDIBLE. I can’t believe how much they were able to get done in three hours. They went above and beyond and cleaned my blinds that had never been touched. 🙈 They also cleaned our oven and cleaned out the microwave. In top of that, they were kind and had a great attitude even though our house was a disaster. 😂 We will be hiring them on a regular basis.

They do great work. My house feels so great when they come. Be warned that they rarely speak English, and google translate is not great for communication, but I have just requested that they must send at least one person who does speak it and that’s been just fine. Any concerns I have had were addressed immediately and I feel like my text communication with the company is very good.
