I hired this company last minute around the holidays for a deep clean of our entire house during a bathroom remodel. Dust, dirt, construction debris, you name it. 3 ladies showed up on time in the morning and were done in 3 hours. Will be using them again once all the remodel is done.

Did a wonderful job! I am super pleased. They cleaned something on my stove that I thought was permanent as well as a random marking on the wall. They were in and out in 2 hours.

I had a very good experience with The House Cleaning Squad. They came on relatively short notice and cleaned everything to my apartment complex's specifications which got me my full deposit back. For example, they cleaned the burner covers of my stove to such a high polish that I could see my reflection where before it was the ashy charred remnants of meals past.

I thought the tactics I employed to clean my house were good, but boy, was I wrong.. The House Cleaning Squad put me to SHAME!

We recently built a new home and want to ensure it has the "new" smell and look for years to come and were on the hunt for a monthly cleaning service. I came across this company via a FB ad and decided to give them a chance. To put it simply, they did not disappoint.

Two lovely ladies (wish I could remember their names because they did a superb job) arrived this morning and got right to work and had my home SPARKLING clean within hours. If you're looking for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly clean, look no further. Not only are they reasonably priced (trust me, I did my homework), but their services and quality is unmatched.

Maria V. did an outstanding cleaning for me. Extra effort was appreciated and she exhibited her desire to do a quality cleaning, even though she had other cleaning jobs still on her task list. I would definitely recommend her and enjoy having her clean for me again.

I thought they did a very good job overall. Just minor stuff seemed to be overlooked, crumbs on pantry shelves, but nothing major. The house looked great though! I guess the cleaner had to leave before the last load of sheets was finished so I had to have a friend run over to the property to make a bed before guests arrived as I was out of town. I don't know the circumstances of the cleaner though, so it wasn't a big deal. I would recommend their services though

I unfortunately was not impressed with the move out cleaning I received at my home. The LVP flooring that was downstairs did not look like it was mopped at all in certain areas. The metal sink in our kitchen was scratched/scuffed up from whatever cleaning material was used. And we found a drawer in the kitchen that had the face of the drawer almost completely ripped off (just kind of hanging there), which we had to fix ourselves. There is also white staining on the counter in the kitchen that will not come off, that was not previously there. They did a good job otherwise on the other areas cleaned. I work in real estate so I unfortunately will not be able to recommend this cleaning company to my clients. I hope this feedback will help them to be more thorough and careful in the future.

We have had The House Cleaning Squad clean our apartments for awhile now. They are INCREDIBLE! I cannot stress enough how professional they are. I have never had to have them come back and re-clean an apartment. The apartment looks very clean and smells great after they are done. Their price is reasonable and they are flexible with their schedule. They are also responsive making scheduling easy. I really appreciate all the work they do for us!

Had them do the move out clean. My house now looks like we never lived there. They did an amazing job and were very thorough. I definitely recommend them for any cleaning needs. They are affordable and amazing at what they do. Thank you so much and i look forward to using in the future.

Update: they eventually dropped me as a client when I noticed they weren’t doing as good of a job, and certainly weren’t giving me the full hours I was paying them for. When I pointed this out, they adjusted my bill (which I hadn’t asked for but appreciated), and then they’d do better the next time… then the time after that, they’d be done within 2 hours and lots of areas weren’t done. I was paying for 4 hours (a team of two, so 8 cleaning hours), which seemed unfair to me that they’d hurry through and leave with some areas unfinished. So they told me they would be dropping me because I didn’t seem satisfied with their service. Huh? That’s not what I wanted at all; I wanted them to go back to the amazing service they had started with. I was so disappointed. I’ve withheld posting this update because I hated to think what they will respond with, and because I know they are CAPABLE of doing a good job. I just wish they had kept it up. And not dropped me. 😆

I absolutely love The House Cleaning Squad. When looking for a cleaning service, I wanted someone who was affordable and easy to work with. I also wanted to feel like they could do a better job than I could! I found their ad on Facebook and decided to take a chance on them. I had gotten several quotes and they were the most responsive and extremely affordable by the hour.

I was blown away by what they accomplished in the first visit. I’ve had health issues for the past several years, and with several children at home, the cleaning has seriously suffered. They set the bar HIGH - I even tried a big name franchise service, and I was almost embarrassed by how poorly they did compared to The House Cleaning Squad! Now, we love walking around the house after they’ve left to see what they did, because there’s always another area they cleaned that we didn’t expect them to get to.

On top of the outstanding cleaning they normally do, they are friendly (my four year old loves them!) and trustworthy. I plan to continue to use The House Cleaning Squad for as long as I can afford to do so! They are amazing!

Fantastic! After a couple of bad experiences with other professional cleaners, I didn't want to try again. But The House Cleaning Squad was amazing and I will 100% be hiring them again! We needed a VERY dirty home cleaned before we could move in and they did a fantastic job. Their pricing was very reasonable and I liked the transparency they have with a specific checklist of exactly what they will and won't clean. They did everything on the list and even touched up a few other areas that obviously needed to be cleaned but weren't on the checklist and I really appreciated that. I also couldn't believe how fast they were and I was able to get in last minute and without signing up for any sort of ongoing service. Thank you so much.

I liked most of the work they did. Found for a deep clean I would have like to have all the dust off the blinds which was a point we asked for. The carpets were done great. The hardwood floors were done fair, seems like they did a fast swifter mopping rather than the deep clean mopping. The floor boards were done very well. The stove was cleaned very well. Looks like they missed the ceiling fan blades. Overall I feel like they did a descent job just could have done a touch deeper clean
