I was having serious water in the basement problems to the point where we thought we may have to get rid of our home Kevin at Valley design-build created a plan that changed the grade of our property included the drainage even installed a sump pump in the basement and the results have been fantastic totally dry basement and I feel like a new man with a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! The "Shonduras" (McBride family) backyard build out is amazing... a splash pad, skate park, inground trampoline, an amazing insulated 2 story doghouse, fire pit... there's no reason to go on vacation when you have a home like that!!!

We had Kevin finish our flower beds that where poorly done the previous year. They were quick and efficient. Very friendly and helpful.
