Care cleaning has been great! I used another local cleaning company for a couple years and they seemed to always be missing little details. It got to the point where I felt like I was paying top dollar to have someone come and do a basic cleaning. I was having to “clean behind them” sweep floors, mop sticky spots left behind... etc...

Care cleaning as been fantastic to work with and the girls do a great job. Everything looks amazing! Feels and smells so clean when they leave. I have really enjoy having them come and help me out. I am one who actually loves cleaning my own home (I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness) but I needed the help so I could focus more on our home based company. It’s been perfect! I get lots of office work done and my house gets cleaned wonderfully at the same time.

I have been using care cleaning for about 4-5 months now and have been so impressed with them. From the beginning I first noticed how prompt they were. If they said 9am I knew they would be there at 9 and I wasn’t going to be waiting around wondering when they would arrive. Their attention to detail was the next thing I noticed. I’m fairly picky, someone needs to be able to clean my house as good or better than me if that’s what they do for a profession. They have never disappointed. They pay attention to even the smallest detail each and every time not just the first few times. I love that they use a check list so I know what to expect and they keep track of any requests I have. They are very honest about how long they are here and I am very comfortable with them in my home. They know how to correctly clean the different items in my house so I don’t have to worry about someone using the wrong cleaner and ruining my house. I recommend them whenever I know someone is in need of a great cleaning service.

Care Cleaning has been awesome! As a full working time busy mom it feels so good to come home to a clean house. And when I say clean I mean clean! From the carpet lines, to the fresh scent they do an outstanding job! They got spots out of surfaces I couldn’t. They’re professional and do an excellent job.

We just had Care Cleaning come for the first time, had no expectations, asked them to focus on blinds and living area since I gave them a time frame didn’t think much could be done within that time, and the girls literally blew my mind, they were able to clean my entire house including blinds, baseboards and all that detail stuff, and they were also super sweet and we’re not bothered by my little one that wanted to chat the entire time. They left the house spotless took all the garbage with them, oh and the best part they bring their own cleaning supplies even vacuum. Tara, Natalie and Kristina you guys were amazing, can’t wait for next month.

I finally hired Care Cleaning to come clean my house after months of thinking about it and I’m so glad I did! The staff was friendly and quick to get me on their schedule. With 4 small children and a full-time job, I’m so glad I have them to take the load of cleaning off my shoulders. My home hasn’t been this clean since we moved in 5 years ago! Truly amazing. Hire them; you won’t regret it!

I know the reviews are good, but after using them all I can think is the good five star reviews only come from their own family, friends, and influencers. I never leave reviews and by never I mean this may be my first. I would not recommend care cleaning! They are way overpriced for the service they offer. I have had tons of friends and neighbors ask who I use to clean and if I liked care cleaning to let them know. I was not impressed to say the least and have told them all to not use this company. I asked for a quote ahead of time and just was given a standard brochure of their policies, etc. I read through their brochure and what I received was not as expected. To be honest they do a comparable job to most companies quality/service wise, however, they are at minimum three times the cost. I was absolutely shocked the time they said they cleaned my house and the amount they charged me. I know what it takes to clean my house with one person cleaning let alone several people and the amount of hours they put was ridiculous (truly ridiculous). I feel like they are way way overpriced for the service and quality they offer. If you want to overspend go for it. I mean I doubt people who ask for cleaners weekly or bi- weekly spend what they charge and if they do they are spending more than a basic mortgage a month just on cleaners that are average. Also, I am all about the natural products but feel what they use is just water and towels, they couldn’t even tell me what cleaners they use so I don’t even feel like they did a good deep clean. For me I don’t recommend and would never use them again.

I’m amazed at the thoroughness of these cleaners! My husband and I kept looking around and smiling as we commented on every new clean area. They got some stains out of our bathroom sinks that we though were permanent! All while being so pleasant and very focused on the job at hand. I’m thrilled with Care Cleaning Co. and I’m so glad my friend recommended them so highly.

I first started following Care Cleaning on Instagram and immediately fell in love with their account. The owner Bailey is adorable and gives some really useful tips for cleaning the home with natural products and always has ways for people to purchase what they use. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping other people. I was beyond thrilled to book an appointment with them and they did not disappoint. Her employees were as sweet as could be. They were extremely thorough and had a checklist of items they checked off once it was completed. Our house is spotless and it smells great. I signed up to have them come once a month and I couldn’t be happier about it! I highly recommend them!!

Care Cleaning was so easy to communicate with and get scheduled and they were able to come just a couple days later! They also were so flexible with me changing my appointment time (that same day!) The staff was so kind and did an incredible job cleaning! I felt so relieved and happy to have a beautiful clean house to enjoy!!! I’m SO excited to have them come back monthly! 🙌🏼

The team at Care Cleaning is a delight to work with! I love how they send a team and get in and out (even in a larger home) in just a few hours. The most they follow is clear and thorough, and it makes it easy for me to recognize how much work has been done!

I only trust Care Cleaning to clean my home! They always do a phenomenal job, I’ve hired them a few times. This time I was desperate for a move-out cleaning and they fit me in two days before! They do not miss an inch. Inside of cabinets, perfect carpet lines, the bathroom sparkled. Never looked better! I will always use them! Can’t wait for them to clean my new home one day.

We recently moved into a new home and I wanted to get on a weekly cleaning schedule. We’ve used another cleaner for years and while they did an okay job I always felt like it could’ve been a little better. I decided to give care cleaning a try and I am glad I did! The service was amazing. The girls came and made my entire house sparkling clean and smelling great (but not overwhelming). They even made my basement pool table neat and tidy! Highly recommend and can’t wait for them to return!

I just had my first cleaning by Care Cleaning and am impressed. They did a great job cleaning. They were thorough, on time, professional, and communicated well with me via email and text. I especially loved their 65 point cleaning checklist, so I knew exactly what to expect, and I could see exactly what they completed. Overall I am very pleased!

I have heard amazing things about Care Cleaning from a couple of friends, but unfortunately, they will not contact me back. Twice now (August 2022 and July 2024) I have submitted a request on their website. I have gotten an almost immediate auto-reply to my email with their checklist, saying to respond if I'd like to move forward and they would reach out to me within 24 hours to schedule my first cleaning. Well... I've emailed back and even tried calling/texting but they won't get back to me. I've checked my spam just in case. Nothing. I'm honestly really bummed out, but if they won't return my emails/calls/texts now, how unreliable would they be if I managed to get on their schedule?! (And yes, according to their website, they service my area.) I'll move onto someone who wants to take my money. Haha!

Care cleaning for a year was gifted to me at my baby shower and it seriously is the best gift I could ever receive! Care cleaning is AMAZING! We had 5 girls here for 5 hours and they cleaned EVERY INCH of our home! It was INCREDIBLE! I cannot wait to have them come every week!
