Care Cleaning came for the first time today and we were absolutely BLOWN AWAY with how incredibly clean they got our house. I couldn’t be happier! Everything from scheduling, having them come and clean, and communication afterwards, etc., they were great to work with. I could not recommend this company enough! They are the best of the best and I can’t wait to continue using them!

Finally! I found someone who does detailed work and charges by the hour not the job. The Care Cleaning crew did an amazing job today. When I asked for a few specific things to be done it wasn't a problem at all. I am going to really love working with Care Cleaning!!

I had the best experience with Care Cleaning. They did such an amazing job. My house was so clean it truly sparkled, my 5 year old even noticed and commented on how clean the house was. Care Cleaning is such a great and easy company to work with. The girls that came to clean my house were so nice and professional. We will absolutely be using them again!

Updating my review to 2 stars. I used Care Cleaning a number of times and absolutely loved them, but when my husband was furloughed during Covid, I didn't think paying for cleaners was very responsible. I have since attempted to get back on their schedule and have not been able to get in touch with them. I have emailed multiple times and never get responses. The customer service has decreased significantly since I last used them.

I was very impressed with Care Cleaning! I personally have a high standard for what I consider clean, and they met all of my expectations and then some! They did a very thorough job. I really liked what was included on their cleaning checklist. The employees were professional and polite. They arrived when they said they would and locked up when they left. It was so nice to come home to a very clean house that smelled so good. I definitely recommend Care Cleaning and will continue to use them to clean my home.

I highly recommend Care cleaning! I appreciated their quick responses and genuine friendliness with all correspondence. I had an amazing team that came and helped get the main areas of my house CLEAN. The detail and thoroughness of their efforts were amazing!! My kitchen looks BRIGHT! My bathrooms literally sparkle and I feel like I can take a deep breathe with the holidays coming. My house is CLEAN. They are worth it!!

Care Cleaning did an amazing job! Typically I preclean before cleaners come but didn’t this time and our house was in rough shape! They paid attention to detail, worked quickly, and did a more thorough job than any other cleaner we have tried. My husband even noticed and commented! I would definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future!

Hiring Care Cleaning was the best money we’ve ever spent! They did a great job communicating and asking questions to ensure the cleaning was perfect- and it certainly was! The fixtures in our home have never been so shiny! The products they use don’t smell like pinesol or fabuloso and they aren’t super strong which we were really happy about. The scent was fresh and clean without being overpowering. I look forward to them coming again.

Do not recommend!!

They did a bad job, charged us an insane amount, and stopped responding to emails. I provided them with pictures right after the clean as proof and they tried to blame it on me which makes zero sense because the house was completely empty, we had not moved in, and the only time we had gone in the house after they cleaned was to check it. They also left all the rags in a pile on the floor and it had a strong chemical smell. You could smell it as soon as you opened the laundry room.

They offered a $10 discount, stopped responding to emails and it was after 24 hours because we were in the process of moving across the country. We had them clean it the day before we were coming to the house. So we had them clean it and drove straight to the house once we arrived in Utah to check on the cleaning and see the house.

They did offer to come fix what had not been cleaned correctly and re-mop the floors, but at that point we had already moved in and I had cleaned it myself.

Fantastic work! I’ve never used a cleaning service before and was gifted a full house cleaning. To say I was impressed is not sufficient.
Our home was spotless and smelled so fresh.
The crew was kind, personable and very thorough.
I would highly recommend.

I am completely blown away by the service provided by Care Cleaning. It was so easy to set up the service and the attention to detail is amazing. I feel like I can actually live in and enjoy my house again - my house is literally sparkling clean! My husband and I were really appreciative of the team not being in a rush in terms of the fact that they were thorough and careful of our belongings. My husband gifted me with a deep house cleaning service by Care Cleaning before our baby comes and it was THE BEST. Our house has literally never been this spotless. They came in the afternoon and were finished by the time we were home from dinner. Every inch of our home is clean and smells so good (not overwhelmingly like cleaning supplies which is a huge bonus for my pregnant nose!). They were also so easy to work with! Scheduling was a breeze. They also left a checklist so we could see exactly what they did. It was so nice. We plan on using them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a thorough clean of their home.

I work from home full time with a 5 month old to take care of at the same time and my husband works nights full time/has to sleep most of the day. The thought of spending the little free time we have together doing a deep clean is miserable! I had my first Care Cleaning appointment today and they did SUCH a fabulous job. They provide a checklist with tasks they complete for each room and you can take or leave what fits your needs. I felt safe to leave them in my home and came home to a fresh comfortable environment, absolutely spotless! They even organized my pantry and junk tray (holds coins and cords etc) that sits out which I wasn’t expecting. Just love em’ looking forward to monthly cleans. ❤️

Everything from our first contact, the thoroughness of the house cleaners, and the customer service after the cleaning has been nothing short of perfect. This company is kind and reasonable and best of all, really good at what they do! I was shocked on the day of our first house cleaning to open the door to see a small army. The cleaners walked in and got right to work. They were kind, friendly, respectful of our furniture and space, and honestly cleaned things better than I would even know how to. We had just a few small reasonable requests and they were happy to accommodate. They even dusted each individual leaf to our live plants. I’ve never seen our plants so shiny! Scheduling is a breeze and making changes if something arises is no problem as long as you give them at least 48 hour notice. We’ve had other cleaners before, but none of them hold a candle to Care Cleaning.

Honestly the best cleaning I’ve ever received. My house smells amazing, looks amazing, the crew that showed up today were friendly and went above and beyond. I feel like my mental health just sky rocketed looking around at my beautiful home. A new school year just started, and I wanted to hire Care Cleaning as a gift to myself for surviving summer 😜 funny thing is, they did such a good job I’m going to make it a once-a-month thing as a gift to myself! My friend Cheri recommended Care Cleaning, she’s a busy working mom like myself and this is saving our sanity! Thank you Care!!!
