Reviews of local pros in Holladay, Utah

So happy we went with activescapes for our yard project. We put in an in-ground trampoline, fixed grading issues in the lawn, installed window wells as well as put in a beautiful fence. It’s 2021 and a tricky time with supply chain and staffing issues for so many companies. I contacted several landscaping companies for bids. Some never returned my call, another never finished the bid, and yet another had gouging prices that even in this market seemed out of touch. Activescapes had fair prices, they are great at communicating and we’re able to trouble shoot the supply issues to get our job done beautifully with great timing. When we ran up agains supply issues for the fence, Jackson sent several options to choose from, that would get us what we wanted without having to wait months out. The team was so professional and the work is well done. They really delivered and went above and beyond. We highly recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about Activescapes and their crew. They did an amazing job on our yard from start to finish. Communication is very important to me, and Jackson did not disappoint. He answered questions in a timely manner and communicated throughout the entire project. I couldn't be more happy with the final outcome and now my family has a place that is our own to enjoy the outdoors. I highly recommend them with no hesitation at all.

Great working with Activescapes and their team. They were prompt and on time. Highly recommend for any landscaping needs and snow removal.

Jackson and his amazing crew did an excellent job, and definitely followed through in what was promised at the beginning of the yard excavation. They were prompt and on time, worked very hard, and cleaned everything up on site afterward. Such a reliable company and I highly recommend them!

Jackson is great to work with! Very professional, great at communicating, and very fairly priced. His men do great work and leave properties looking immaculate. I would definitely recommend them for monthly services or projects needing to get done.

We would highly recommend Activescapes. Our water feature is so beautiful. Activescapes was great to work with and stayed right on schedule.

The Activescapes team is great! Jackson and Rufino were great to work with - they listened to my ideas and helped make them a reality. They installed a paver patio with plants and landscaping around it.

Jackson and the Activescapes team were fantastic!! Highly recommend them. We did a full new landscape job and they were super helpful every step of the process. They put together a design that we adjusted a couple of times and then they brought it to life. Excellent communication all the way and high attention to detail. Thank you!!

Absolutely love working with the Activescape teams! Had them completely tear out my old landscaping and rebuild everything. They did an amazing job and now they maintain it and it looks so good. I would definitely recommend Jackson and he’s crew.

Excellent experience with Jackson and his team! I gave him inspo pics, a super rough drawing, and a few meetings to talk ideas and they MADE IT HAPPEN! My idea came to life in their capable hands! Jackson was able to source the custom materials I wanted, and his crew worked efficiently to get the work done in the time they said they would. We added on projects and every time they said “no problem!” Would highly recommend them again and again.

Let me tell you somethin…Activescapes has done an excellent job with both landscaping and snow removal at our HOA. The property always looks clean and well maintained, and their crews are professional and dependable. In the winter, they’re prompt and keep our walkways and parking areas safe. Great communication and reliable service year-round. Highly recommend.

We asked for a total overhaul of our yard, front and back. It was a big ask and Activescapes delivered! They refaced the front wall, excavated and built the backyard retaining wall, making the backyard way bigger and more useable than it was. Jackson was excellent in communicating with us the whole time, with schedules, subcontractors, and issues/decisions. They installed drip lines and sprinklers that make maintenance easy. The landscaping, pavers, decking, fencing, and lighting is beautiful! It turned out better than we imagined and they gave us a yard we can finally use and love. 10/10 recommend using them.

Casey and crew were great, reasonable pricing, fast and on-time plus great communication! Had old aluminum siding replaced with vinyl on the whole house. It looks great and they even installed the new lights. Highly recommend!

We had Casey Buxton and crew remodel and update the front of our house and garage, also added two new windows. Couldn’t be more pleased! These guys are the best. They showed up, worked all day and cleaned up. Will be calling them back to do the back of the house!

I was very specific with what I wanted done to upgrade my deck. All expectations were met. There was one small issue and when I asked about it, the crew was back out the next day to remedy it. Casey kept his word. I would absolutely use this company again.

Doesn’t show up or answer his phone to reschedule

They were extremely quick to respond. Did an excellent job and in a short amount of time. Well priced.

We used Buxton Exteriors to have some windows updated and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were very helpful and worked with our schedule and within our budget! I've also been super impressed with their other projects (from an aesthetic point of view) because I follow them on Instagram. Really some great looks. If we ever decide to update the exterior of our home, C Buxton will be the first call we make!

A couple of years ago these guys put up new soffit and fascia on my home. Word of mouth. They did three jobs within a block of here. I used to own an exterior remodeling company a long time ago and I know good work from bad. They did craftsman like work and it has stood the test of time. Very detail oriented and they were also personable and professional. I would recommend them to all.

Casey and his team are incredible. He is a fantastic communicator (even responds on weekends and late at night) - and kept to all timelines and agreements. I vetted 6 companies before choosing them - and i could not be happier that I did. He and his team did a full exterior remodel on my home (roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, siding, stained cedar and paint). They were all easy to work with, respectful and absolutely crushed the job. My 60+ year old mid-century home, looks brand new. I am thrilled with the results.

We have used casey buxton 9 times on different projects over the years and his prices have always been good, & excellent work.
