Reviews of local pros in Holladay, Utah

As a rule, I don't write reviews. Arbor Works did such a fantastic job pruning the trees on our property that I've made an exception. Several years ago we used another company to trim our London Plane trees, and they "butchered" them. Arbor Works re-pruned them and positioned the trees to grow back into their natural and appropriate shape. They also trimmed several other trees that were in need of various degrees of pruning and thinned out a naturalized area behind our home that had become overgrown. The 6-man crew was fantastic. They explained everything they were doing, did a phenomenal job, removed all of the debris, and left our property virtually spotless. Loren helped us prep the bed under our trees and left us with a complete understanding of how to ensure our trees stay healthy ongoing. Arbor Works is a pleasure to work with and we'd recommend them to anyone in need of tree service.

Loren, Chris and the entire crew are absolute professionals. We needed a large pine tree removed from our backyard and it was not an easy job. Neighbor's garage next door, power lines, phone lines - all conspired to make this a tricky job. The crew arrived right on time and completed the job quickly, professionally and did a great cleanup too. I highly recommend these guys - they care about the environment and about their customers. Great job!

Wow is all I can say! We had several trees trimmed and a large Austrian Pine removed. The pine was right next to the house so we were nervous -- but didn't need to be. The crew took the tree down in pieces to protect the house. They were extremely professional, efficient, and cleaned up the yard when they were done. We have tried several tree trimming companies, this is by far the best. The price was right in the ballpark of other quotes and extremely fair. We recommend Arbor Works to anyone who needs help with their trees. We will definitely be using them again.

HIGHLY recommend! So professional - Loren took a long time with us to talk through what we needed even when we weren't happy to have to remove some trees. Jimmy and his crew were here on time, asked lots of questions to be sure he understood what we wanted, explained what they were doing and why and they CLEANED up everything! My trees were neglected for years and they are all happy and beautiful now! Great price for the services. I am beyond thrilled with this team!

I don't usually take time to write reviews but these guys deserve special accolades. From the bid through project completion Arbor Works has been nothing but professional. I have had crews out twice to cut down small groves of trees and to do stump grinding. The crews were respectful of my property and took great care to do their best. I will absolutely call Arbor Works for all of my tree needs in the future.

We worked with Chris and Loren at Arbor Works to remove some very large elm trees from our back yard. They did a great job quickly and cleanly!

Pros: Very prompt(!) with getting the bid and scheduling the work, excellent communication throughout the process, they worked with us to get a competitive final estimate, they were willing to work around our schedules, and they cleaned after the tree removal beautifully. Finally, there was no damage to the grass lawn, surrounding fences, or nearby trees despite the large scale of the work was done.

Cons: accidentally knocked down the cable internet line--which was actually not bad when you consider the spiderweb of lines and cables crossing the air space of our back yard. Chris let me know by phone and text and followed up with me the next day.

We contacted Arbor Works for tree removal (nine large pine trees), stump removal and pruning. They were great! We are very happy with their service. My fiancé was in contact with Loren on our project. Loren was knowledgeable, professional and communicated clearly about what to expect. The crew was on time and the work was completed in the time frame estimated. Our yard was in perfect condition after they had left. We quoted the same job with others and their bid came in the lowest. They have great customer service. We will be contacting them for future jobs. Highly recommend!

Your out of state crews are not giving you a good image. Creating road hazards, dropping trees in the road with no warning or traffic control and the crews just laugh at you when you try and raise the concerns. I will never support this company getting another contract.

Subscriber for bi annual cleanings and Alex came by today and he did an awesome job. He went above and beyond by getting a high reaching ledge cleaned while doing the windows too. Thanks Dirty Mint and Alex!

Adam was extremely professional, courteous & meticulous in his window cleaning. I’m delighted by the results & will definitely use Mint cleaning regularly.

Excellent service. Made my house look like it did when I first moved in. Highly recommend the exterior house washing at least once a year. Very professional service. They made sure I was happy before they left and were very careful around my entire property.

I have been using Mint for a few years now, because let’s be honest you don’t really want to clean your windows yourself :)
They always do a fantastic job with our windows. I know a few of them are difficult to reach and some have screens that need to be removed every time. This week Alejandro came by to clean the windows and once again did a wonderful job. The whole Mint team is always professional and respectful of our property and where to park in our driveway. They work quick and efficient and always have a great attitude. I couldn’t ask for a better service and highly recommend them! Thank you!

Worth the money, I am so happy my windows are all cleaned! I have a three story home and I haven’t cleaned the windows since I purchased the home 8 years ago. They worked really hard on on some windows that had some serious hard water stains. Thank you so much!

Chase from Mint Cleaning did a fantastic job for me. He went the extra mile to make sure my huge front room windows looked great. He did a great job all the way around. I highly recommend Mint Cleaning.

Victor did an amazing job with the windows at cinnaholic! They look crystal clean thank you so much!

Alejandro was FANTASTIC!! Our windows are so clean now and look amazing. He was so kind and polite throughout the whole process. I am very, very impressed by his professionalism and how he took the time to really get every window spotless. 100% Will have him back!

I called in a bit of a panic. I had 3 basement windows missed by another window cleaning company. MINT was able to get me a same day appointment and the communication, courtesy and results were outstanding. I’m officially a “Mint for life” customer. THANK YOU!

Had Alejandro with Mint Window Cleaning out again to clean my windows. He again did a fabulous job! He left every window perfect. His communication is always wonderful. Explained everything before and after he was done. Treated my home with respect. Thank you for your hard work Alejandro!

Adam and his crew were exceptionally great in all ways. Professional, organized, friendly, so polite and just fun!! We will use them again for our future window cleaning needs!

A HUGE shout out to Jeremy Hughes and Mint Cleaning for doing an outstanding job of cleaning our windows. The quality of his work, professionalism, and overall service experience is over the top! I’ll be putting his door hangers on all the neighbor’s doors and spreading the word to everyone I know! What a terrific experience!

Alejandro did our window cleaning. He was on time, detailed, friendly and professional. He took care of the work with excellence and ensured that screens were carefully removed and replaced. He kept me informed, but didn’t interrupt my meetings as i was working from home. He even made sure hard to reach windows were cleaned. Thanks for great work, Alejandro!
