Great guy. He did fantastic work replacing a water heater and water softener and doing some repairs for me. He is a skilled craftsman who knows what he is doing. He doesn't cut corners and will make recommendations for you that are cost effective but best quality for what you need. Knowing the value of the work he did for me, I thought his price was reasonable too.

I am sad to share a very bad review of Bob's plumbing services. I hired him twice because the first visit went very well and I thought I could trust him. The 2nd time I hired him was for hot water pressure issue which he assured me was because of my faucet. He told me I needed a new faucet and I should buy moan. I know moan is a good faucet but I was very happy with my other one that was only two years old. He replace the facet...400 dollars later and it didn't fix the hot water pressure issues that I had. He took my old faucet with him and I should have been able to keep that faucet. I paid for it. I am not even at all happy with the moan faucet and I still have hot water pressure problems. So upset.

I had Bob do some work on some baseboard heat. He installed it all weird so the end caps won’t go on. Then he told me it was my fault even though I had all parts before he started any measurements (he claimed I didn’t have them before he measured. I have text and receipt proof). Won’t return any text or phone calls. On top of it all he threw away the end caps instead of leaving them so I can’t even get someone else to fix it so the caps go back on.

What a great five star plus company, don't bother calling the other companies and wasting your time and money. Jeremy is a local family owned business. I had a reverse osmosis unit installed. Jeremy offers clear and up front pricing, Jeremy is easy to communicate, Jeremy is very professional, punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hill Pro Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We had a burst pipe emergency and were so stressed, but Jeremy came out incredibly fast and took care of everything right away. He was professional, kind, and explained the issue clearly. The repair was done quickly and gave us so much peace of mind. So grateful for the fast response and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an honest, reliable plumber.

Super awesome and quick! I love the consideration in walking me through what was going to have to happen to fix my faucet. It was an exterior faucet and the sheet rock had to be cut to access the pipe. He asked if that would be okay before doing it and I just appreciate all the great work
