Highly, highly recommend! We discovered a leak going from our upstairs kitchen down into our basement. Jeremey came right over and had it fixed in just a few hours. The broken pipe couldn’t have possibly been in a worse place and he still got it done for a fair price and in an extremely timely manner without having to destroy cabinets or walls. He even helped me disassemble the cabinets Lazy-Susan that I couldn’t figure out, because he had to work inside the cabinet. Great company!

Jeremy came out to fix a water pressure problem, something that has been nagging us for a long time. He did all the right checks and found that we actually DIDN'T have a pressure problem, but a problem with all of our faucets (lots of sand and grit built up over time -- crappy Syracuse water). He saved us from attacking the wrong problem. Now everything works great. Love a plumber who tells you how to fix your own problems! Solid, solid, solid professional. I'll have him back when we have a REAL issue. ;) SO responsive, website experience was smooth.

Jeremy was great, took care of the install and the cleanup. He showed up on time as planned. Also while he was installing our water softener he fixed some bad fittings! Would/do recommend him to anybody for plumbing!

I’m writing this review out of my own Volition, not because someone asked me to. Jeremy at Hillpro Plumming runs his own personal Plumming business, and so his rates are so much better than the big companies. He is such a good, kind, honest guy. So glad I found him to do my Plumming needs. Love the guy!!. I highly recommend him.

Jeremy at Hillpro Plumbing was one of the names recommended to us by Sand & Swirl to assist with our bathroom remodel. After a lot of research, we selected Hillpro - and we are thrilled we did. He coordinated everything needed: tearout of old shower tile, installed new plumbing, arranged the install for Sand & Swirl product, and arranged for the installer for the new shower door. In the tearout, one of our floor tiles got a small crack and Jeremy repaired that. Hillpro was a bit more expensive than others; but, we feel he was well worth it to have it done right - he was transparent, on time, easy to work with, friendly, and responsive to any concerns and questions. We plan to do another bathroom and we will use Jeremy again.... in fact, Hillpro Plumbing is now our preferred plumber!

After I posted the review below Nate text with me and explained him self and said he should have gotten back to me. Because he was willing to call and communicate with me now I have changed my stars.

Nate Adams promised me he was going to be coming to my house so I tore my shower out. He then pushed me off a week. Then when I text him and ask if he’s coming he didn’t respond for 5 hours so when I text again and said “I guess that’s my answer, I should have never waited for you” he then told me I was going to try and send someone out tomorrow but I guess I won’t now. He doesn’t respond for 5 hours then gets mad when I assume it means he’s not coming!

The most responsive and helpful plumbing company we’ve ever worked with. They came that same day we called and were willing to do whatever it took to help us. Very kind and reliable.

These guys are great. I had a frozen house bibb, plugged toilet with an apple in it, and a leaky tub drain causing issues with the down stairs ceiling. They were out to our house in a matter of hours and it cost me half of what I thought it was going to be. They also arrived when they said they would. True proffessionals are hard to find. I'll be keeping their card. Recommended!!!

BA Plumbing does exceptional work! We have used them for years! They not only are skilled, they are prompt, professional, courteous and stand behind their work. We refer them every chance that we get and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. (I must admit, Nathan is our favorite!)

I was given a recommendation for Nate Adams to service my boiler when the installation plumber would not respond to me. I explained that I'd had some problems and needed the boiler serviced to verify if any repairs were required. Nate was familiar with my brand of boiler and put us on the schedule for a week out for sometime in the afternoon.

On the day of my service appointment, I texted Nate to confirm the appointment and was pleasantly surprised that his crew was running early and would be there before noon. Two service technicians arrived and got right to work. I asked some questions for which they were very knowledgeable. It took several hours to complete the service and Nate stopped by toward the end of the work and went over what had been done during the service. In addition, they had to relocate a pressure valve on the line ahead of the boiler, replace an expansion tank that had failed, and recalibrate the boiler for proper elevation for our area.

Nate went over timing for future service, and what to watch for in the interim to verify proper function of the boiler. He also recommended repair/replacement of our thermostats if we were not getting consistent heating. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience working with Nate and BA Plumbing. They were very professional and thorough. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

Brian Adams Plumbing was fantastic! They replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently, working hard the whole time without any shortcuts. Super honest, trustworthy guys, no upsells or surprises. Highly recommend them for any plumbing job!
