I don't know what he did is called. There were some loose wires in a switch that were causing my garage door opener and my air conditioner to not work. It was a processing finding the right wires but he did and I am so grateful after three days without air conditioning. He was efficient, answered all my questions and found the problem and fixed it. Can't ask for more than that.

They installed a new light in our pool. The 1st light they brought was the wrong one. They returned with the correct one and luckily it was less expensive. Finished the job on the day they promised and everything is working. Courteous and always work to resolve problems.

Ben was a little early but called before he arrived. He quickly diagnose the problem. It was nothing that could be fixed today. But he promised an estimate from the company soon so we could proceed. Great job Ben!

I called several times, but voicemail was full for a few days. When I finally got through the woman was so rude and she was extremely mean to her child during the call so it didnt set well with me but I needed an electrician.
She told me she would call me back to let me know when she can come by and she never did. tried to use this company, but they never did call me back to let me know when they can come by for repairs.
Do not use this company. I ended up finding Jorgenson's Electric instead as he has a much better vibe and it cost so much less. Go with Jorgenson you will not be disappointed.

I have received excellent service from Red Mountain Electric over the past 15 years. When I have had a problem, they have been there ready to go and taken care of the issue quickly and the cost has been much less than I was expecting to pay. They have also offered proactive solutions for other issues that I have had. We love Red Mountain Electric!

I had some repairs being done and paid for by my Home Warranty I purchased from a third party company. After speaking with the electricians about what needed to be done they had one of their employees Breanne Morris call my third party home warranty company to clarify that everything would be covered under my policy. While listening to Breanne speak to my warranty rep, she was very abrasive and rude to my rep and caused a big fuss about the warranty paying her to stay at my house for 10 whole minutes while waiting for the office to get back from lunch. She was on the phone with them at 1:50 PM and they would be back from lunch at 2 o clock. Very unprofessional and rude of her to treat them that way, especially when she is calling to get APPROVAL for my home to be covered under my warranty.

I will be VERY upset if my warranty company declines to approve my repairs at this point. There is no reason for a professional to treat people like that especially when calling to ask the company for a favor on MY behalf.

Very very disappointed in how this grown woman chose to handle herself in business.

They did a great job, had them come and move fans to different locations in my home as well as add new lighting fixtures in my kitchen. The workers were very kind and friendly and left my home cleaner then when they started. I would recommend them to anyone.

Russell is always on-time, quickly diagnoses your issue and affects a professional repair. His business has my unqualified recommendation. In the past year he has completed several projects to improve the electrical systems in my 20-year old home.

They were very fast and efficient, professional, and over all just a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive to calls and voicemails and also had great communication if they with regard to their time ETAS. Great customer service and fair pricing as well. Very honest company/employees.

They replaced an old smoke detector and checked a rusted can light outside of my garage. He could have just replaced the can light and charged me for it but said it wasn’t needed. Very trustworthy and fair pricing. I will hire them again

It is so difficult to find any contractor that is reliable, competent, and trustworthy, but Red Mountain is all of them. Don't hesitate to use them for any level of electrical needs. They upgraded a panel fuse and ran new wiring outside to install a new cook top downstairs, and did an excellent job

Russell Morris did an excellent job. He was/is very knowledgeable about his work. He explained things very well. We would recommend him highly.

I had scheduled to have Red Mountain come to my home from 3-5:00. For this reason, I planned to be home by 3:00. When I got to my house at 2:57 the electrician had already been at my house and billing since 2:00.
I have a light switch that was going to an outlet for lamps and I wanted to have the switch go to a light. I had everything prepared. When I got there we spent 1/2 hour talking about what to do. He had wired the outlet to have one dead part and the power was directed to the switch where I wanted to have two switches for a light and fan. He didn't have any 3 way wire, but I did have some. I had cleared the insulation from all wiring areas needed. I told him I could run the wire and he said he would. He cut a hole for the switch box and slid my wiring through the holes. He put the box in for the switch and capped those wires. That is all that was done. The cost was 148.75.

I and the company I work for are very happy with Red Mountain Electric. We have used them for 2 different emergent work requests with the most recent being replacement of existing light panels. They willing changed the scheduled time of the work at the last minute to accommodate our needs and quickly completed the work. Will continue to use them for any electrical needs that we have.

This is the third time we have used Red Mountain Electric for things at our home. On each occasion, the personnel performing the jobs were on time, very cordial and attentive to the details of what we wanted, and performed the job in an efficient and professional manner. And the price has always been very fair.

Russell and Ben were AWESOME! My boy came back from college and needed the room where my current office was set up. He was able to get me set up in my room and did it so quickly!!I thought it would be a few hundred to get it set up but I was wrong! I was able to do it under $100. Ben and Russell are super nice and if I had to do it again I would get BEN or RUSSELL!!!

Great experience! They were able to get out within 24 hours of my call. Came within the time period they indicated they would and quickly and efficiently made the needed repairs.

I’ve been a customer of Red Mountain for many years, over 5, and they have always delivered the professionalism, attention, and expertise a great electrical company should provide.
