We've had Russel come out and fix some things. He has always been on time. He is courteous, professional and knows his stuff and very fair! We highly recommend this electric company! They are awesome!

GFCI breaker for spa did not trip when tested (safety hazard). Russell quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the breaker was not properly installed, which caused the failure. By chance, he had the correct GFCI breaker in his truck. He expertly checked and tested following the work. I checked the price of the new breaker on-line and found there was little mark-up. I would trust Red Mountain electric to do a good job at a fair price.

Wow, first off, they tried to squeeze me in the best I could. I was under a time crunch. Everybody was so kind and helpful. Russell came out and was incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely concerned with my issue. He bent over backwards to source the right breakers to help me get power to my camp trailer.

I had Russel come by again today Thursday, October 17, 2024. I had a special situation on the side of my yard where it was difficult to do a wired motion light. Lately, I’ve had a couple bobcats on my side yard.

The long and the short of it is I was able to install a battery operated motion detector. What’s important? Is that Russel was able to help me center these three different lights and put them in a place that they are obscure yet efficient. It looks great. I’m very happy. He’s a good guy. He was in and out and got the job done.

Red Mountain sent a master electrician(and so licensed) who quoted a fair price to install a garage 220 EV outlet. The electrician was 100-percent reliable and skilled in pulling power and installing the outlet exactly as quoted. Friendly, no surprises, just what I wanted. Red Mountain Electric easily ranks in the excellent-professional bucket of electricians.

I am so happy that I found Russell from Red Mountain Electric! He solved a problem with supposedly retrofit recessed lighting that was anything but that and had stymied multiple other people with other solutions. He also quickly took care of more standard electrical work, arrived within the estimated window, his pricing is fair and he was a pleasure to deal with.
