Constraction reviews in Kaysville, Utah

Cross is a great guy to deal with did a great job on my concrete

Ross was great to work with and made sure that everything went smooth. He has a professional crew and they made sure everything was just how I wanted it. I would highly recommend him!

In 2019 we started a complete remodel and rebuild of a commercial building with a different contractor. 6 months later the project came to a halt when the builder could not get subs to complete a portion of the project and honestly it felt like they did not have the capability. For almost 2 months the project went no where and the building sat exposed to the elements with the front facade removed. We had to fire the original contractor and hired Rosco. They got the project back on track and they finished on time and at our original budget. Ross was great to work with and there was good communication. The space turned out great! I wish we had been with them from the start but grateful for how they helped us when we were struggling to complete this project.

Fantastic work. Very responsive. Will use again.

I’ve worked with this company and have seen their product first hand. The end result is always top quality and I couldn’t be happier with the space!

It was great working with Rob and his team. My covered patio is GORGEOUS!! I love it!

These folks are the best. I can't be in the same room as them for 10 minutes without learning so much. They have so much experience and it shows. They do the best work. If you give them a call you won't regret it. They will knock it out of the park.

They remodeled our bathroom and they did an amazing job! It’s one of our favorite places in our home. They helped make our vision come to life.

Quality First ensures that they get the job done right and are so easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend and looking forward to working with them on future projects!!

Quality first came and helped build my martial arts school in Clinton. They did an absolutely amazing job, the signage and construction is great, and everybody there were amazing to work with!!

They completely renovated my workspace and made the whole thing as easy as possible for us. We love the handiwork, they are high-quality in their work and extremely trustworthy. Would recommend!

I needed some help with a really small, specialized counter top change and Quality First was amazing! They coordinated the project well and were able to get my issue resolved!

Great job, team came out and re stucco the side of my house. Will recommend to friends

I hate to give one star reviews but these folks gave me an estimate of $8700 to do a 3 ft by 4ft shower. I was initially told a ball park price of about $3500, and was shocked when I got the official estimate by email. I rejected this estimate and decided to do the job by myself. I went to a local tile shop and after about $2000 in materials, I was able to complete the job. I was told by another tile person that a job such as mine, a 3 ft by 4 ft shower, should have been in the $3500 range. So with this company, buyer beware, get a second and even third estimate when they bid a job.

Exceptional attention to detail with expertise and professionalism that makes Quality First Construction really stand out. Having had the pleasure to work with them on multiple projects, I am confident in their abilities to tackle any project.

Had fence posts with mow strip installed. Looks great! Would totally recommend.

Quality first does what they say which is putting quality first. They will do a great job for you and give you a great service! Highly recommended for your projects! Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

We had an emergency and needed bids right away. I called mid day Friday and had bids Monday morning. Rob worked over the weekend for us, we know this from emails and texts we received over the weekend. His willingness to work when he didn't have to and ask clarifying questions so that he could be as accurate as possible in his bids is why he EARNED a 5 star review. Thank you Rob at QFC!

QFC Remodeled our offices, backroom and bathrooms. They were excellent to work with, listened to our needs and concerns, and walked us through the design, engineering and permitting process so we didn't have to deal with any of that. Any time there was a roadblock they took care of it and made sure we were kept in the loop. It was as pain free an experience as any remodel could be.
Thanks Rob and Caleb for getting us new offices and bathrooms.
