Great service and great cleaning! I really appreciated how well they cleaned my office and they have also done a great job cleaning my home!

They wanted $600 for a deep clean, meaning walls, blinds and doors to be cleaned. Again, they are not dirty as disgusting, its just needs a regular cleaning not just dusting. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom , living room, stair case and kitchen. No oven, no fridge.

Tami and her team is fantastic. i would highly recommend them for commercial cleaning!

Melissa and Shaye were on time. They did a great job and executed the quote exactly as given. Was great having the common areas deep cleaned because now my kids are motivated to clean as they go. Having it deep cleaned before putting up Christmas was also great.

Got Dirt has the best quality and is the best bang for your your buck. They are honest and reliable. They do personalized bids that make it so you are getting exactly what you pay for. I would not hire any other company!

I had their team come and do a semi deep clean of my house yesterday. My house was cleaner than it was even when we moved into it. (When it was brand new). The girls were awesome and had great attention to detail. They did a thorough great job!

We hired this company for a move out clean. The Manager was wonderful and stated things that needed to be done that I didn’t even think of. But the worker who came the first day pushed everything back and made it stressful on our end. She was on her phone most of the time and within the 5 hours she was here, she didn’t get much done. We felt we made it pretty simple by having everything packed up and out of the way and within 5 hours only the kitchen sink, stove/oven, and microwave were done. The manager came and did a bid first and said they would have certain areas done in the first day and because of the workers lack of work, And constantly on the phone, they didn’t get it done. A lot of things we hired the company to come and do, we ended up needing to redo or even do ourselves.

The manager was very friendly, but unfortunately she lacks the organization she needs to run this business, and I don’t think she adequately trains her employees. I signed up for a biweekly service. They serviced my home for six weeks. Of the 3 scheduled service times, they only showed up for one. The first cleaning, after no one came at the scheduled time, I texted the manager. She apologized and told me someone would come the next day. Frustrating, but I can understand occasional scheduling mishaps, especially since I was a new client. The second service she texted me before service to let me know what time they were coming. Great. On the third service, again, no one showed up. After texting the manager on the day of service, she did apologize several times, but couldn’t get me in for another week. Honestly, I can’t deal with someone that unreliable. 1 for 3 is pretty bad. But in addition to the unreliability, I felt like the cleaning itself was subpar. After the first service I texted the manager with a few concerns: beds were left unmade, my couch pillows were left all over the place and untouched, and my master shower was missed and some of the mopping was bad. She promised me a quality control check on the next visit, which never happened. Again my couches were left untouched and my kitchen table was too!!
I wanted to like you, but a cleaning service has to be more reliable. I’ve had amazing cleaners before, so I know what a good cleaning looks like. And this wasn’t it.

Tami Jo and her team showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) and worked diligently to deep clean my house. I have two very important events coming up in the next 10 days and this thorough cleaning takes a lot of stress off of me. I definitely recommend Got Dirt House Cleaning.

I have been extremely satisfied with my cleaning services! Jerica cleans for me twice a month and i seriously count down the days till she comes so i can come home to a sparkly clean home! (I have kids with chores so having someone deep clean is a blessing) She's very detail oriented and loves my dogs and my kids company while she's there, i couldn't ask for a better company and cleaning gal ;)

Got Dirt cleaned my mother in laws apartment for over a year. Always did a great job and was accommodating if I needed to change dates or times. I highly recommended them and they were also very affordable!

I found there was very few options for cleaning services in the Clinton/Clearfield/Roy areas and these guys were fair, took the time to look at the job, listen to what i wanted, and they were AVAILABLE to get me on the schedule. I needed to take time to decide and they followed back up with me to check if I was ready. Mackenzie was very personable and nice and understanding. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I called so many cleaning services and either couldn't get a hold of them or they didn't return my message or they had standard fees per room. The places that had standard fees included so many things I didn't want done. My needs were unique and Got Dirt was the only place that actually came to my house, looked at what I wanted done, took the time to hear what my needs were. Mackenzie from Got Dirt came to my house and LISTENED and LOOKED at my space. For example, I have one full bathroom that no one EVER uses the shower so it saves time for them and it should save me money to not have a perfectly cleaned shower cleaned twice a month. My husband and I live at home alone so we have 4 bedrooms that are empty and never used. We have very little furniture. We have A LOT of square footage but use VERY LITTLE. It was impossible to try to get a quote online by filing out the online forms that many places required. If it's calculated by number of rooms and square footage then it's unfair for me because it's not used and I don't need that cleaned. One place that answered the phone didn't even have an opening for 3 months. Another place gave me a quote based on square footage even though I tried to explain to her that I didn't need every room cleaned. She said they do certain things like cleaning cob webs every single time regardless. She also insisted that they only agree to have you as a customer if they start with a deep clean of every room first. The bid was astronomical and because I do regularly clean, many things would be done that simply didn't need to be done. I clean closed up areas it when I have company, which is rare. Mackenzie was able to see what I was talking about. She understood I didn't need baseboards cleaned every other week in rooms where we never even open the door. Also I have time to clean my house. I just needed help because of a health condition every couple of weeks or once a month. I clean up cob webs when I see them and I shine my stainless steal appliances. I only needed certain things and because Got Dirt comes and looks at the job and hears you out first, you get a realistic quote on what you NEED. I needed either biweekly or once a month cleaning. I had exceptions like the bathroom where we only use the sink and toilet but we had other things like my husband works from home. His office is like a real office and he's in there working every day. He doesn't need it dusted or cleaned but he did want it vacuumed with the rest of the house. There's those kind of situations all through the house. She had premade forms with all a home's rooms on them and she check marked off the tasks for each room that I needed done. Then at the end, she gave me a quote for both biweekly and monthly. The quotes were fair and the work we wanted done was clearly recorded and I was given a copy. They also allow for you to get deep cleanings or add extra chores as long as you give notice and you negotiate a price before they do it. I understand why some services would want to start with a deep clean but the thing I appreciated most about Got Dirt was that I could get everything the other places offered or I could get what I really needed based in my circumstances. I REALLY appreciate them for that. Every home is different. I also appreciated that they called back. They were the ONLY place that actually came to the home to see the job before giving a price.

I used to use this company until I paid a TON of money to have them deep clean my townhouse a while back. They sold it as a “floor to ceiling cleaning, and everything in between.” Let’s just say my staircase banister wasn’t even dusted, I didn’t see any type of wall cleaning, and my fan hadn’t been touched. I was in such disbelief that they would charge me this much for a relatively small space and have this been the end result. Take some pride in your work and your company! Still bugs me to this day….

Stay away from this company and give your business to someone who deserves it. They DO NOT DELIVER and WILL NOT rectify their shortcomings.

Had Manager come do a bid for a deep clean, she walked in told me I did not need a deep clean and I said yes I did. I wanted my mop boards cleaned, fans cleaned, walls cleaned furniture polished ect. and to come every 2 weeks. Her crew of 2 very kind ladies came and I left them to do their cleaning. When I got back they were just finishing up the floors so I paid them they left. I then checked their work and discovered than only some of the mop boards were cleaned masterbathroom floor was filthy, no furniture polised, no fan blades cleaned and just a half of good job done. I have called Got Dirt every day and left message after message and they will not call back
I paid them for a deep clean and and barley got a normal clean. Manager is very unprofessional. Who is is she to tell me whether I did or did not need a deep clean, charge me for it and then not have it done the way I asked. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I’m so glad we went with these guys after buds from a few other people. Tami Jo was so easy to talk to and have a fair bid, she knows what she’s doing for sure. And Brittany is the one who actually cleaned what we needed. It was a BIG job, she came fore two days straight and totally killed it with quality cleaning. It feels like new.
