Gave me a quote over the phone, easy to work with. Did the work and shared some helpful information for operating. Had a whole house steam humidifier installed and the pricing was also very competitive!

These guys are the best. We had several companies not return calls after saying they would and then one was more than a week out to get a guy to come assess what could be wrong. These guys were on top of their game and very sympathetic to us not having air for more than a few weeks in 90 plus degree days! Very straight forward and articulate with what was going on and our options. Very pleased and would recommend them 100%! Thanks so much SCP Heating and Air Conditioning for making us feel like our broken air conditioner was important to you! My kids thank you also, they are much less cranky with the air restored!

We love Tony! He came and fixed our air conditioning as soon as he could get out here. He was very thorough and checked out lots of different aspects of our systems while he was here to ensure he wouldn't have to come back! We really appreciate him and his time!

Tony couldn’t have been nicer. These guys always return calls promptly and find room in their schedule for us. We’ve had them out to repair air conditioning units, install water heaters, even install humidifiers when we got new hardwood floors. Five stars!

The best HVAC business I've ever come in contact with!!
Had them inspect my furnace and thought they were just a breath of fresh air - not trying to upsale me a new furnace or tacking on any extra junk. He was just interested in fixing the issue at hand. He wouldn't even take any money driving all the way up (from Layton to Logan) to check everything out for me.
These guys are honest and will be having my business when ever I need them.

Our furnace was not working properly. Shaun called early in the morning, had a full schedule and still fit us in. He was fantastic! Stayed in touch with me during the day to let me know what time he would be able to make it out to our house.
Got here at 5:30pm, identified the problem, drove 30 minutes to get the part and 30 minutes back to our house. He installed the new part on furnace and stayed until 9:00pm to make sure everything worked perfectly.
As he was leaving he said he was headed to another appointment.
I would totally recommend Shaun! He’s a super hard worker and is very knowledgeable!!

Hottest day on record. AC went out at 9pm Saturday night. Called Josh at HK and he was at our house with the AC repaired 1 hour after we called. I was thinking it might cost a small fortune to repair, but the bill was a tenth of what I was expecting.
Amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Great service! Our a/c went out in the middle of the July 100 degree heat! Shaun was able to get us in the next day and fixed the problem within an hour! Rates are affordable too. Highly recommend and would use him again.

Shawn and his team were great. I received a quote from another contractor that was significantly higher than H K (3 times the cost) . Same day quote. They came and completed my install in the time they said it would take. Took the time to educate me a little more on the system. Great Contractor to have work on your home.

Shaun and Josh came out to fix our furnace and instead we had them replace the furnace and the swamp cooler with central air, both controlled by an app on my phone. The new units will help us conserve energy and are much more quiet than what we had. They came out and worked all day too get them installed and were clean, courteous, and respectful, with a good price on top! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

Fantastic company....great service and product. Highly recommend..Our AC was blowing hot air.....We called Josh at HK..he came right over and installed a new AC..he gave us a great deal saving us a lot of money..he is an AC expert, and put in the new AC really quickly....We give Josh and HK AAA+++

My AC was freezing up and have home warranty .HK technician came through Home warranty company and diagnosed issue with AC compressor and asked to replace just 4 year old AC .. I have already my AC tune up guy who already took a look and informed me about issue with TXV valve in COIL .. I told this to HK technician but he didn't agree and updated his finding to home warranty company and they I had conversation with Home warranty company that is a different story .. Because of his wrong diagnosis , I was living without AC in this hot summer .Seems he is not trained enough to diagnose AC problem and not he had shown his findings with compressor issue .. Not recommending this company at all .. Very bad experience . Not a single star

I had Shaun put a whole new AC system with duct work in! He's been great. I've had a couple other things he's been right there to help and fix it quickly. Him and Josh definitely are great guys that know what they are doing! I will call them again in the future.
